I have recharged my mobile no by paytm. It got failed and at same time the money was deducted from my account. After long time i received a message that money will be refunded but no money is refunded in my account.

Kindly help in this matter. If they deduct same amount from 1000 people in a day they are earning 1lac

      I was booking tickets at irctc app on 4/12/2016 and payed via paytm. The ticket booking failed and there was no message from irctc but the amount was deducted from my paytm account.

              My money (1600) got deducted from paytm wallet to transfer in my bank account but no added amount in my bank account they said it will take upto 10 day but now it is about more then 15 days. I mailed them about three time but activity done by them.
              2 i added money 200 in metro card[protected] dehli but there no added amount i filed complain.in reply mail they said money is added check at your nearby metro. They are stealing my money

                The electricity bill i payed through paytm has been debited from 2 of my accounts. At first when i payed through one of my debit cards it said that the transition failed and then i tried doing it with my second debit card at that time it got successful but now it shows in both of the accounts that the payment was deducted. I want my refund as soon as possible and the customer care service is very poor from thier side.

                    I have recharged to Paytm to worth almost Rs.600 and now not a single rupee is reflecting in my wallet. I have tried reaching them via customer care, website and email ID. They have purposefully made it difficult to reach them in case of issues.

                    I have written to them, however they have failed to respond.

                    Request the authority to intervene to solve such issues.

                      I had requested for paytm wallet upgrade request on 27th November and it was informed that Paytm representative would meet on 30th Nov, but they didn't arrived nor received any confirmation or further hearing from them. Even I had dropped multiple email at customer care for solving this issues, but till date there is no prompt/positive response on it.

                      Can I know whom shall I reach to and solve my queries for wallet upgrade request. Can you pls check and help sort this out. Please do the needful. Yours cooperation in this Will be highly appreciated by me.

                        I tried to use paytm to make payments for my two electricity bills of bses yesterday night. Payments were successful but it show double deduction in my passbook. Can you verify and if it is duplicate kindly reverse the entry.

                                I had paid rs 970 in kfc Ambience mall gurgaon, money is deducted from my wallet but in kfc system its showing that your transaction failed. A nsg had come to me that you had pain Rs 970 to Divyani international limited .KFC Person told me that paytm will refund it after 24 hours but it is not refunded yet in my account so refund it as soon as possible.

                                  I transferred 5000INR from my Paytm wallet to
                                  Name:Delta Academy

                                  but it's still shows pending.I issued 3-4 tickets overtime which I think has been overlooked or passed into trash without a damn.

                                  I got a text message from my bank that the transaction has been declined but i am still far from my 5000INR. I have uploaded a detailed copy of such.

                                  My money isn't mine anymore ! I have been disowned from my 5000INR. In tough times of demonetization this is a huge setback. Look into this at the earliest and restore my faith in Paytm which has been compromised due to this misfortuned transaction fail and heist. I hope for best responses and that Paytm will stick to their motto and my money will only be mine!

                                    I lost 10k INR through PAYTM fraud. My paytm account has been hacked & the entire amount has been transferred to an anonymus account name SALONI JAIN([protected]). I complained to paytm cybercell (ref#[protected]multiple times with the same information but still there is no reply from paytm at all. I'm not sure how paytm will contribute to digital India with this kind of poor customer support. Really disappointed.

                                        I had downloaded the paytm app in nov 16 after demonitization
                                        Had transferred 5000 from paytm balance to my linked icici bank account through back to bank. Option on 28th nov 16 and have till date not got credit in my bank account and even till date the paytm balance remains ₹ 0.
                                        Have tried to reach paytm via app without any solutions till date.
