    On 30 Nov 2016 I made two transactions of INR 1000.00/- to Uber Paytm account from debit card (Last four digits of Card number -3062- Punjab National Bank).

    In first transaction the amount was debited from my bank ; however neither it was credited to Paytm account nor reversed to my bank account.

    Post that second transaction from same card was made which was successful and Paytm account was credited accordingly.

    Now they are not responding and even not reimbursing amount.

      On 13.11.16 Sunday i had booked uber cab n payment mode selected paytm wallet due to insufficient amount i had refill paytm wallet by 2222, i thought its paytm but paytm doesn't show balance amount. in uber apps paytm shows that amount .
      Paytm advised me remove wallet from uber & re add again Now i had added tp paytm account but balance shows 0.
      What about my balance which is nearby 1400 to 1500.
      Paytm said 24×7 support i had escalate this issue one week back but there is no answer??As professionals business keep curtsy revert or reply.

        Hi,
        I have raised the ticket for my issue more than 5 times but i didnt get any kind of reference number or any kind of email from paytm. Let me tell you everything once again. I initiated transaction of 746 Rupees for mahanagar gas ltd from paytm. Order number:[protected] at the end moment the application says an oops moment occoured and the transaction is still processing. After 5-10 minutes i received an sms and email from paytm saying that paytm has confirmed from the bank that the money is deducted and will get the money back returned to my account in 24 hours. so i waited 3 days for the refund. Also i raised ticket for the issue more than 5 times but still no reference number or response from paytm. i received email from paytm about some another recharge being successful. I have waited long enough for getting my money back in the account but as i have got no response i am going to go to consumer forum if i dont get any response from paytm within 24 hours via email or message.

        i raised tickets several times using the paytm app also i send a complaint from this consumer complaints website and also i tweeted and sent a Direct Message to Paytm Care on twitter. here https://twitter.com/Paytmcare . so after few days i received an email from paytm apologizing for the inconvenience and the reference number as a proof of paytm refunding the money into my account. so i contacted icici bank customer care so they asked me to email all the details and screenshots on their customer care email id : [email protected] So after sending those details to the bank within 2-3 working days the issue was rectified and the money was deposited back to my account. And this is how the issue was resolved.

        i finally received a response email from paytm after sending several emails from my end and also after sending complaint from this forum. The reply email stated that the refund has already been initiated from the paytm end and also they provided me the reference no. (shared by bank to paytm) as proof of payment which paytm deposited back into my account. so i contacted my bank customer care and asked them for the help they asked me to send the reference no. and other details screenshots to bank email id. And now on 10 dec 2016 the money got deposited into my account. Finally the issue got resolved.

          While I was adding money to my paytm wallet, the amount was deducted from my bank amount but no money was added to my paytm wallet. What kind of fraud is this? I don't know where did my money go. Even it was not refunded. I am trying to call the customer care not able to talk to anyone, getting no reply from the emails that I have sent them. Such a fraud they are doing with people. Need my money as soon as possible

            My order no :[protected] ₹760 were deducted from bank account and bill status shown failed and no refund back in my wallet so i again tried to make payment of my bill order no:[protected] so money was again dedeuctec ₹760 nad bill status failed and payment was redirected to paytm co company one97communication ltd as per bank messages i called paytm customer care but voice call said complaint via email so i did so 5 days ago with ticket /ref id:10483216 of order no:[protected] and ticket/ref id:10483041 of order no:[protected] so i want refund of 1520 in my wallet as soon as possible

                    This is to bring to your notice that an extra amount has been deducted from my bank account through "paytm". I was trying to pay my electricity bill of rs.670 & every time it was showing order not found & as it was urgent so i kept on trying. And after few minutes i got three messages stating that the transaction is successful. An extra amount of rs.1340 is deducted from my bank account instead of 670. I am trying since yedterday on paytm's customer care but no one is responding and my call is regularly getting disconnected & infact i even complaint regarding the same on paytm contact us many times but i haven't received any feedback on them as well. I am the one who is suffering from the loss. So, please refund my amount rs 1340 as it was clearly paytm fault.

                      This is the worst service I've seen ever. I added 199 rupees to paytm wallet and it is showing transaction failed.The next moment I got message from bank saying your money was gone.I tried to contact customer care and this is the worst experience I've ever had. Whatever is the option I select they finally say to send an email message. This is the worst service and I will never ever use this and I don't let my friends use this too. Paytm you should give my money back
                      Money is got deducted from my Bank account but not reflected in Wallet. Worst part of is, one cannot directly contact customer care ... Poor customer grievance handling ...

                            You had to shop on any website that uses 0aytm for payment. other wise give the paytm email and password to me iwill try to do so more if you had trust on me then send the detsils on [protected]@gmail.com if i utilize your money i will give you 75% of that amount.

                              I was booking movie tickets via paytm and for two different transactions same seats got booked and money deducted for both of them. Please find screenshots and below details-

                              Paytm cash transaction id #[protected] / booking id : cp[protected] / kahaani 2, hindi 3rd dec 05:45 pm / seats executiv - d15 - 16 / cinepolis westend mall sumashilp pune. Amount deducted rs.454.48. Time : 01:13 pm.

                              2) paytm order #[protected] / wallet order id / transaction id : #[protected]/ booking id : cp[protected] / kahaani 2, hindi 3rd dec 05:45 pm / seats executiv - d15 - 16 / cinepolis westend mall sumashilp pune. Amount deducted rs.454.48. Time : 01:12 pm.

                              Same seat number same booking id has deducted double amount...
                              Please refund amount deducted for 1 repeat transaction.

                                        Dear Paytm,

                                        I just added 4000 rupees to my wallet through my SBI account.Still it deducted from my account but not credited in my wallet.I was a very emergency payment to my hospital bill which is not possible at this movement. My payment against order ID is [protected].

                                        The amount got immediately debited from my debit card but the same is not reflecting on the paytm wallet. It has been 8 hrs since the transaction.

                                        I wrote to [protected]@paytm .com but no reply nor I get any sms from the paytm regarding the cash. .

                                        We since in the 21st century still waiting for 24hrs if any transactions fail or not successfully done. Where as in foreign countries the immediate solutions are given.I do not able to understand we are the number one country in the world to give support in IT industry and selling software's but still facing normal issues.

                                        Need immediate solutions.
