i raised tickets several times using the paytm app also i send a complaint from this consumer complaints website and also i tweeted and sent a Direct Message to Paytm Care on twitter. here https://twitter.com/Paytmcare . so after few days i received an email from paytm apologizing for the inconvenience and the reference number as a proof of paytm refunding the money into my account. so i contacted icici bank customer care so they asked me to email all the details and screenshots on their customer care email id :
[email protected] So after sending those details to the bank within 2-3 working days the issue was rectified and the money was deposited back to my account. And this is how the issue was resolved.
