    On november 30 I paid 5000 to a merchant nd also paid 2000 rs through paytm transaction ID [protected] merchant received only 5000 but the next 2000 was also debited from my account... There are no details of this transaction in my passbook.. . Trying to contact paytm even sent many emails but no response yet... Bad experience ever.. Waiting for refund of my money...

              I have order place from 1mg.com and payment from paytm but transaction fail some technical problem but debit my account rs 469 and till date no credit in my account so this regarding i have 2-3 times complain reference id10911597 and 10865900. This regarding some person from ur office call me & they try fraud transition rs 9985 today but unfortunately he fail i have given fraud call no. [protected] and u also check my account. So request please response my debit amount and this case also

                Dear sir

                This is the third reminder i am giving to you.

                Even after providing all the proof i am not excepting such a kind of reply from you. For the same issue i have lodged the complain 3 times, the previous reference id is[protected] and 10916674

                How can you say casually like this that you should have go the refund without checking my passbook.

                I am also enclosing the screen shots of my passbook as proof that after taking a ride of rs. 123.57 from uber, not credit is there in my account for 25% cash back.

                You can check the passbook your self and be sure before giving any reply.

                Please don't delay the issue much more and credit the amount of *rs-31/- (25% of 123.57) in my paytm wallet immediately otherwise the faith of the customer will be lost.

                Already 15 days has lost, if you don't credit the amount, i will raise the issue in the consumer forum, face book as well as higher authority of the company.

                Please don't harass the old and genuine customer.

                  I would like to inform you that since 28 Nov i have do 2 transaction one of transfer successfully 2nd not transfer due to my daily limit is 5000-/Rs.
                  After that i click to Return to Bank option but my amount is not transfer in my account since 6 days. many log the call in Paytm and also mail to paytm support/paytm cybercell but waiting for Paytm revert still?

                    Hello,

                    On 17th November, I was trying to add rs 500 to paytm wallet account so that I could book OLA, but It was not added to wallet but the amount got debited from my account. I received a message saying that amount will be credited to my account within 7 working days but still I am waiting for money to be credited to my account. I tried to contact customer care but I didn't get any satisfied response. Please help me regarding this. Otherwise I will stop using paytm.

                      I think there is some bug in the app. Since last many transactions I have observed that without being redirected to payment gateway and entering card security code and OTP, transaction status starts showing payment confirmation awaited and after few hours status is updated, to "Payment Failed". Please help in this issue. Mobile App has some issue, please get it rectified.

                      I have tried following. Uninstalled app and deleted all the data. Reinstalled the app from play store. and retried doing payment from the freshly installed app, but the issue persisted.

                        Dont go for this app. Worst ever seen. After failed transaction money is deducted from your wallet and not being transferred to payee wallet.Customer care is almost non-existant.You cant track status of your complaint. You cant talk with a customer representative.
                        Looks like a scam.
                        App is very bad. Your money will get deducted first then you will get confirmation after some time.

                        App does the transactions on it own and shows failed transaction and removes the original failed transactions.

                        Looks like a scam.

                        paytm galti se bhi mat karo.

                          I made a transaction of Rs 222 on 24th nov 6pm. It was a app issue and it could not be processed. Refund was initiated that day itself and still unprocessed.

                          I got a reply from Customer care 3 days back saying "Dear Customer

                          We apologise for any inconvenienc... We have seen an overwhelming surge in usage and queries which has led to this delay.

                          In case your transaction at Paytm was unsuccessful, you should have got the refund for same. For the successful transactions, you would have already got the benefits.

                          However, in case your problem is still not solved, please reply to us on this mail and we will ensure that we solve your problem on priority.

                          Thank you for your continued trust in us."

                          I have not recieved cashback since 24th Nov for Rs222 offer.

                          I have seen the Rs222 ad twice since 24th nov.
                          I have deposited Rs 222 on paytm wallet on 24th and 29th Nov.

                          both times, there have been payment gate failures but later after one day instead of refunding it to my bank account, it goes to my paytm wallet.

                          No cashback have been.

                              Day before yesterday i did a TataSky recharge of Rs 940, the transaction has been done on paytm end and amount also has been deducted from Bank but it still showing "PROCESSING", i lodged a complaint yesterday and complain no. is as follows .Yesterday again i did a recharge and yesterday's transaction has been done from paytm end as well as Tata sky end .

The recharge is still processing and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. I want to cancel this recharge but there is no option of cancel order.                                         The amount of 334.48 * 3 times = 1003.44 debited for the same tickets which were booked thro axis bank debit card (As paytm system showed as error in transaction). I am supposed to get back the amount of 1003.44, but very irresponsible reply from their customer care saying that we have booked the tickets.

                                        What a shame, that a company giving false claims and cheating customers.

                                        I am going to complain to rbi and other government agencies about how paytm is cheating people.
