By mistake I recharged the airtel number [protected] instead of [protected] of rs500 through paytm wallet. Kindly I request u to please reverse the recharge. I have already lodged the complaint on airtel customer care website but they replied me to contact on paytm website because it is third party case. So I request you to please do needful as soon as possible for the above. I would be very thankful to you

        Dear Paytm,

        I just added 4000 rupees to my wallet through my SBI account.Still it deducted from my account but not credited in my wallet.I was a very emergency payment to my hospital bill which is not possible at this movement. My payment against order ID is [protected].

        The amount got immediately debited from my debit card but the same is not reflecting on the paytm wallet. It has been 8 hrs since the transaction.

        I wrote to [protected]@paytm .com but no reply nor I get any sms from the paytm regarding the cash. .

        We since in the 21st century still waiting for 24hrs if any transactions fail or not successfully done. Where as in foreign countries the immediate solutions are given.I do not able to understand we are the number one country in the world to give support in IT industry and selling software's but still facing normal issues.

        Need immediate solutions.

          Dear sir/ madam, i have purchased two movie tickets from paytm with booking id Paytm Booking ID: [protected] at 3 DEC, 2016. they are showing ticket booked at pay tm official site . they are showing ticket has been send to my mobile no and to my e mail id but it is wrong. they didnot send even when i am trying to download the ticket from their site it is showing error. I have sent complain to their official site but noone is responding.kindly take necessary steps that either i shall get those tickets or get refunded the money.

          same happen with me, amount was deducted from my credit card and i tried 3 times to get in touch with paytm via there complaint ticket but no response. since they were not responding i booked my ticket from Book my show And today when i saw my paytm for refund its showing the ticket is confirmed now. Strange

          I ADVISE TO ALL OUR INDIAN FRIEND TO STOP USING PAYTM. THEY ARE CHEATER AND EVEN THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER CARE OR CONTACT NO. TO CONTACT.

            Hi!
            I had ordered for “E450 Thinkpad Lenovo” Laptop, Order No. [protected], on 16-Nov-2016 at 22:04 hours from Paytm for INR 32, 579 and made the payment on the same day partially through my Paytm wallet(INR 2, 468) and partially through my Debit Card (INR 30, 111). After a few hour, I cancelled this order because I wanted Laptop with different specifications. Paytm refunded the amount paid through the Paytm wallet but till date i.e. 3-Dec-16 23:00 hours it has not refunded the amount (INR 30, 111) paid through the debit card.
            As per the Paytm Payment, Cashback & Refund policy I waited for 24-48 hours after the cancellation of the order to let the Paytm credit my account but it didn’t refund the amount.
            I first raised the query on 19-Nov-2016 19:44 hours mentioning them the case of delay in refund requesting to refund me the amount in the bank account. Later on, every single day I reminded them and humbly requested through mails and Paytm’s official Facebook page to refund me the amount to the bank account but it didn’t work out. They have the fix set of replies, a few of them are mentioned below:
            1. We are looking into this and will get back to you with an update in next 48-72 hrs.
            2. Thank you for waiting while we work on your issue and get back to you.
            3. Hi, Our team is working on this issue and we'll get back to you at the earliest. Thanks!
            4. Hi, Please give us some time. So that we can assist you further with the proper resolution!
            5. Hi Gagan, We are getting this checked and will update you soon. Thanks!
            The above vague replies clearly depicts that they are befooling and their intent is to harass the customers mentally and make them devoid of peace. Further, they (Himanshi from Paytm) created havoc on 28-Nov-2016 by closing the complaint saying that the entire amount has been refunded. Later, when I asked them to provide me the details of the transaction of refund so made to my bank account, they were completely answerless. Also, repeatedly I have been asking the Paytm personnel to call me so that the issue can be sorted out at the earliest but they didn’t pay heed to any of the requests I made.
            Instead of repeated reminders and more than dozen of requests, the Paytm is making excuses daily and enjoying on my hard-earned money.
            I even requested them to issue me the refund in cash to which they didn’t give their consent till now.
            I really wonder how boastfully they preach “Remember at paytm your trust is foremost. Your money is yours unless you have received your recharge. That’s our promise!” This is completely opposite of how they are practically functioning and operating.
            Now I request your esteemed learned authorities to please take this case ahead and resolve the issue by suing Paytm for delay in refund. Also, Paytm to pay me the interest from the date of payment (16-Nov-2016) of money till the day my account is actually credited.

                I am paytm user pithia ramesh,
                I added rs9000/- two time on[protected] because of slow process then used rs 8999/- from wallet and rs 9000/-return to my icici bank account then i got sms that paytm refunded my amount but it was not credited in my account.
                I also contacted to icici bank customer service but they told me that not any amount was credited from paytm.

                    I lost my money through paytm.
                    i transfer money with wallet to bank transfer then i check the
                    transaction is success but i check to bank account is not received money.
                    then i call to bank branch and check my account details but no transaction in a day then i call paytm customer care and tell them all of case it say to mail in paytm care then it's check i lost my money please tell me what i do next.

                        Sir i paid my last month electricity bill (cesc ltd.) through paytm wallet. my order no.[protected]. on[protected] at 7.42 pm. the cash rs.850 has been debited from my a/c but the order status shows payment faild. i send severel quaries to paytm but they don't take any action, even paytm send and sms to my mobile no.[protected] on that very day that they will refund the same amuont within 48 hours to my wallet but they didn't. i went to my bank also but they told me 'we give the cash to paytm now every thing in there hand'. sir what i should do now? please take any step to solve my problem. thanking you saptarshi roy.

                          Dear Paytm,

                          I was making a payment to Nearbuy via Paytm wallet. For which i initiated a transaction of 348 INR.
                          Paytm mobile no [protected].

                          The amount got immediately debited from my debit card but the same is not reflecting on the paytm wallet. It has been 6 hrs since the transaction.
                          Amount Rs.348.0 on Paytm against Order ID 4573499.

                          I wrote to [protected]@paytm .com but no reply neither there is any call centre whre i can speake regarding the problem.

                          Need immediate solutions.

                                  Paytm has now started to make fool of the customers .My friend recently bought iphone7 from paytm on 6th october 2016 . At that time there was an offer displayed at there sites that people will be getting 10000 cash back after the return policy is over which was of 15 days and now more than a month has passed they are not giving any cash back . Also he has a confirmation email from the executive that he will be getting 10000 rupees as a cashback . But now they are refusing and betraying there customers by saying the offer was not valid and gvng some vague reasons. Its really sad that the company with such big name and banners has now started to fraud there customers and betraying them . This is a really a bad example set by them .so all those people who are availing there offers beware @Paytm order id [protected]

                                        Rs 800 deducted from bank on 26Nov still not credited to my wallet or back to bank on failed transaction.
                                        Repeated mails sent to Paytm care bot no response.
                                        Pathetic response...better use MobiKwik for quick n prompt reply.
