      Last Week i try to add money in wallet. But transactions was failed 2 times the amount deducted from my bank account.
      Still I didn't get the refund amount. I created around 8 tickets but now one responded my query

        It has been almost a month I am using paytm it is a very good app for instant recharge. But there is a issuse with metro payment whenever I put my card no.It shows invalid no. I have tried many times but all time it's showing invalid card no. Atlast I have to use another app(freecharge) and it has done my payment in seconds. So I request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible. Your loyal customer.

          Sir i have account with pay tim on mobile no. [protected], having balance of Rs. 150/- but your executive came to my office for business and deleted the account and try to remake it many times, in the due course my account is sized, your executive was unable to start, he asked me another no. i gave [protected], he made account but cannot make it, in the mean time he has transfer the amount to other party because he said the balance will go, now my balance is gone, executive is gone, account is gone and i am gone help less to use paytm for my self or my business, now how do i start the account who is gong to help me and how long it will take, its my humble request to you to look in to the matter, he also gave me one sticker for my shop which is lying at my office unused,
          please advice me and take immediate action for money and for account too, or this will be a fraud case with me, and i need to take immediate action, hope you will do needful, for your reference to talk to me i gave you my mobile no, my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

          i thank you for the paytm online executive to help me open my account, now i can operate the paytm, but now my worry is the executive who has transfer my Rs. 150/-, how do i get it?, paytm executive asked me give the credit card no, which i dont want to give online, in this regard, i can furnish transaction id and no. of the executive. which is [protected], and my transaction id is [protected], please transfer amount to my account

              Hello, I made a payment of electricity bill of rs 890 through my debit card using paytm app on 19th December 2016 the money is deducted from my bank account, I got the Sims, paytm shows the bill on pending status and then failed... but no money is returned to me or the bill is also not paid... I'm continuously calling paytm care, emailing my problems.. but no reply... it's very dispointed for me as the due date of bill is over bill is not paid and no money refunded to me... pls do needful...

                    I have ordered for a pizza for Rs.214 through paytm wallet.My order ID is HPT[protected].The aamount was deducted but the order failed.so i registered a complaint about it in http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ at 1.30P.M today.And now(5.25P.M) I got a call from [protected].A lady spoke to me.she said that she is speaking from paytm and she asked my card details.also she added that i should remove the complaint from forum as soon as my problem gets resolved.so i believed and said my card details.Thank god.OTP saved my money.To my utter shock, A message came to my mobile having OTP code for debiting RS.5000.So i said that lady that am gonna connect to local police station.And she cutted the call.I dont know who called me.I have doubt on PAYTM.com whether they are planning to cheat people..My paytm registered number is [protected].Herewith i attached some images for proof.First one is the proof that paytm deducted money.Second one is the copy of my complaint in http://www.consumercomplaints.in/.And third one is the copy of OTP that i recieved.SO i want this forum to take action against Paytm.com and do need the needful.

                      I had received a deal vide order no: # [protected], where there was a scheme that if i pay from my paytm account for more than or equal to 5 taxi trips in a day, i will get a cashback o[censored]pto 100% of the fare amount i have paid from my paytm account.

                      I had traveled on 30th november, 2016 in uber taxi services and had taken 5 different trips and paid for all the trips from my paytm account, but still i have not received any cashback from paytm.

                      Please resolve the matter at the earliest and do the needful.

                        I tried to book ticket through irctc using paytm wallet twice yesterday morning (I. E.01/12/2016) during booking process i made successful payment but irctc didn't book ticket. I have checked and found that amount is deducted twice. Please have raised complaints over paytm app also.                           I tried to pay the electricity bill using Paytm using my debit card and 1400 rs were debited but Paytm showed an error and bill was not paid. Tx ID[protected]. I complained on Paytm but they are not replying and their customer Care number is also useless no one is picking call there. It has been 3 days but no response from their side. I am really frustrated with this now.

                          Please get me my money back.

                            Bad paytm service. They cheated on my hardearned money. Booked movie tickets worth rs 732. Got a cashback of rs 200. When i reached tgip mall at big cinemas at showtime then i came to know that the payment was not processed further and no booking id was generated hence the seats were not allotted. I had to buy fresh tickets with my credit card. Straight loss of rs. 532. Later booked a complaint with paytm same day giving them proofs. My complaint reference no. Is #10600333 which is still unresolved. Paytm guys still say that the relevant messages were sent. I did not receive any thing from them on email as well as sms for my show booking. My thumbs down for paytm

                              I have recharged 225 rupees for my airtel mobile number from paytm, order number is [protected], they are credited my amount from my account but my status still is in process from past 1day. I mailed [protected]@paytm.com also but still I won't get any reply from then. Even we are not able to cancel that order also. Cancel it and refound my money.

                                I have recharged my mobile for Rs. 499 and its been 24 hours that the cash had been deducted from my account and the status still shows PROCESSING. I have chosen paytm for fast processing but it made me loss of time and money. I have sent several requests to cancel my order but no response. As per the feedback received from [protected]@paytm, they says that to cancel the recharge by going to 'Your Orders'. But I couldn't find a cancel option there.

                                  Hi my Anjali I was recharged from pytm and I was registered a complaint regarding this recharge some body was called me for my complaint from Paytm he was deducted a 25000 from my bank account.
                                  Due to urgency of money I installed paytm on my mobile but my card is not accepted after entering my details of card it is asking me a password and entering the password it is taking me to a blank page and my request is not processed after... Please help me to connect so that I could process my other billings.

                                    As your costumer i am suffering a lot due to your negligence... i did recharge on no [protected] of rupees220 but it showed order error but money deducted ...immediately again i recharge on same number with same amount but again order error appeared on screen but again money deducted...
                                    After my complain you recharge one time but one more recharge of rupees 220 is still pending.i am sending screen shot of both the recharge which proof that one was done on 8.28 pm and the second one was done immediately at 8.31 pm.you recharege one order after my complain but second one is still pending
                                    I am a regular costumer of paytm but if this time you dont pay attention i will certainly loose faith on paytm and stop using paytm...i hope you look into the matter and do the needful.

                                      I want to complaint against paytm. Please follow the below concern which i have raised at paytm's email address several times but no action has been taken yet and its been 10 days now. Please help.

                                      I have transferred money from 99...63 who had sent rs.1000 and rs.3162 to my paytm account

                                      Till date neither i have received the money as mentioned above nor the same
                                      Has been refunded back to the payer i. E. 99...63.
                                      Though the messages received from the payer shows the transaction as
                                      Uccessful.

                                      Kindly resolve my problem. Either transfer the two amounts as mentioned
                                      Above i. E. Rs.1000 and rs.3162 to my account at 99...01 or back to the
                                      Payer's account at 99...63.

                                      Kindly do the needful on priority under intimation to me.

                                        I have tried three time to pay mahanagar gas limited bill on 30 nov 2016.
                                        My order id no1: [protected]
                                        My order id no2: [protected]
                                        My order id no3: [protected]
                                        The bill amount was deducted from my sbi bank account once and still it is showing 'payment failed' on paytm.
                                        I have send the query through paytm site but still no reply from your side. I still have not received refund in my account or wallet. I also tried to contact through customer care no but no help.
