I gave refund process still 1500 rs not yes credit in my bank account
Hi my Anjali I was recharged from pytm and I was registered a complaint regarding this recharge some body was called me for my complaint from Paytm he was deducted a 25000 from my bank account.
Due to urgency of money I installed paytm on my mobile but my card is not accepted after entering my details of card it is asking me a password and entering the password it is taking me to a blank page and my request is not processed after... Please help me to connect so that I could process my other billings.

    As your costumer i am suffering a lot due to your negligence... i did recharge on no [protected] of rupees220 but it showed order error but money deducted ...immediately again i recharge on same number with same amount but again order error appeared on screen but again money deducted...
    After my complain you recharge one time but one more recharge of rupees 220 is still pending.i am sending screen shot of both the recharge which proof that one was done on 8.28 pm and the second one was done immediately at 8.31 pm.you recharege one order after my complain but second one is still pending
    I am a regular costumer of paytm but if this time you dont pay attention i will certainly loose faith on paytm and stop using paytm...i hope you look into the matter and do the needful.

    We recharged on three numbers on 30.11.16 . The numbers and amounts are [protected] -220 rupees, [protected] -220 rupees ( bsnl ), [protected] -200 (airtel).MONEY DEDUCTED BUT RECHARGE NOT YET DONE.

    On 30.11.16 i try to recharge on number [protected] rupees 220. It was not done and shows order error ...immediate again i recharge on same number and again it shows order error...both time rupees 220 each time was deducted from my bank account.
    After my complain one recharge was done but second is still pending .kindly recharge it immediately so that our faith on paytm could remain intact.

      Hi team,

      I want to complaint against paytm. Please follow the below concern which i have raised at paytm's email address several times but no action has been taken yet and its been 10 days now. Please help.

      I have transferred money from 99...63 who had sent rs.1000 and rs.3162 to my paytm account
      (99...001) on 23 nov and 24 nov respectively.

      Till date neither i have received the money as mentioned above nor the same
      Has been refunded back to the payer i. E. 99...63.
      Though the messages received from the payer shows the transaction as
      Uccessful.

      Kindly resolve my problem. Either transfer the two amounts as mentioned
      Above i. E. Rs.1000 and rs.3162 to my account at 99...01 or back to the
      Payer's account at 99...63.

      Kindly do the needful on priority under intimation to me.

        I have tried three time to pay mahanagar gas limited bill on 30 nov 2016.

        The bill amount was deducted from my sbi bank account once and still it is showing 'payment failed' on paytm.
        I have send the query through paytm site but still no reply from your side. I still have not received refund in my account or wallet. I also tried to contact through customer care no but no help.

              I got fraud two times by paytm, yesterday i added 4000 rs to my paytm wallet
              The amount has been deducted from my bank account but i haven't received any balance on my paytm wallet, and the same has been happened with me earlier i also got cheated of 100 rs by paytm.
              I have been trying the customer care number since yesterday but there is no option to connect with customer care executive, the call is disconnected by itself, we cannot reach to the customer care executive,

                On 1st-Dec-2016 I have added money of 15000 to pay Tm wallet, after that i have selected return to bank option.I got a message like pay Tm has refunded to bank it will get in a 7 working days for any queries contact to your bank.But the bank people are saying we are not responsible for that, i have mailed to pay Tm they are not giving response to mail.There is customer care number to talk with pay Tm people, then what about my money.The transaction details are given below.

                          I recharged my Vodafone no. [protected] from Paytm yesterday for 275/- . The amount was deducted from my a/c but recharge is showing is processing status since 24 hrs.
                          Also I complained abouy it in mail. And even called the helpline no. But no executive attended the line.
                          I need to cancel the transaction and refund of my deducted balance.

                            I tried to purchase using the paytm wallet, when the money got deducted from my bank account but it didnt reflect in my paytm wallet. I have been trying to complain regarding the same but there is no customer care. I have raised so many tickets and even given feeddback but havent gotten any reponse from their end. Its money we are talking about!!! How can a company be so irresponsible by debiting the amount from bank and acting like nothing happened!
                            Oh and did i mention there is no customer care! Its frustrating the hell out of me that with my money gone, they are not even answering!...

                                I have booked 2 goair flight tickets on 25th nov 2016 and paid via paytm. 1st ticket was booked but for second ticket amount of rs 3566 has been deducted from my account but not reflected anywhere.                                   I am 76 years old. I used to use uberrides by adding money to their account which was under paytm. A month back i had transferred rs. 5000/- to that account and used to have cashless rides.

                                  But few days back i downloaded the paytm app on my mobile and transferred rs. 100/- to start with to be on safer side. And then in the uber account it started showing only rs. 100/- and not my balance which was more than
                                  Rs.4000/- as on my last ride late last month.

                                  Today just to check, i transferred via paytm app rs. 200/- and in uber app also it is showing the total balance as rs. 300/-.

                                  Where has my big paytm balance of over rs.4000/- disappeared on uber app?

                                  Something not pleasant. Please go through all my transaction via paytm app as well as uber linked paytm app, look into the issue and respond.

                                      I tried to make payment from a third party app called cartisan from ios.
                                      I chose to pay through paytm, transaction failed.

                                      At this point, my credit card was debited. I have checked paytm, no transaction record in paytm passbook.

                                      I was not sure of problem, contacted paytm for help. No response for 2 hrs. I had to make payment, so i did retry after 2 hrs and succeeded with payment.
                                      1st try: 28-nov-2016 7:57 pm (Failed)
                                      2nd try was at: 28-nov-2016 10:22:11 pm (Success)
                                      I see only the 2nd try in paytm, not 1st one. No one is responding from paytm.

                                      Now, i had made payment of 4442.00 inr twice. Paytm team asked for some details on 29th and i had provided them.

                                      They are not getting back with any info from 3 days. Hence, i am trying to raise complaint here.
