Complaint marked as Resolved My payment pending issue got resolved now.
Paytm Customer Care person called me to confirm on cancellation of my payment as they are unable to process the request saying that the receiver's account is not verified.
They have cancelled the payment and refunded the amount to paytm wallet and called again to confirm whether I got the refunded amount in the wallet or not.
Although it took almost 7 days to resolve the issue, but I am relaxed now as I got my money back.
I have go through few of the other complaints and paytm care, it was mentioned that it wait 5-6 days to process the transaction in few cases, so whether you raise any query for pending payment before that, it will be considered after 5-6 days only to confirm whether you wanted to proceed with the payment or wanted to cancel it.
