Got a recharge from the Paytm Website
Did not get the recharge for 10 hours plus the email says

"However, if you don't wish to wait, you can cancel your order after 4 hours via App/Web, by following these simple Steps: Go to Order history Click on the order click on cancel."

but there is no cancel option even after 10 hours
so the emails are misleading and should be done something about

      I am writing here to complain about my mother sbi davit card xx...1496 used to pay through paytym (mobile s) account by fraud member and purchased total worth of 85k inr by calling my mother and getting all the detail of davit card. my mother lives in village (makhdumpur, jehanabad bihar india pin -804422) and she does not understand what going on.

Amount of Rs.1000/- got debited from my Punjab National Bank account but is not reflecting in my Paytm account. You are thereby requested to pls suggest & sort out the issue as soon as possible.

          My electricity bill for Rs 6170 for UPPCL (Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited) is still processing. I created many tickets /complaints but havent got any response for paytm. I've been trying to contact paytm since the past 8 hours but havent got any response. My order number is [protected]. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. I have used your application for paying a Utility bill and if that payment had failed then it's your responsibility to refund the money.

            Some fraud just initiated a transaction from my debit card of Rs. 188.07 which I never being the card Holder never did,
            The message says the following

            ECOM PUR/PayTM/SBIPG/301116/15:45

            Pls have my money refunded asap as this kind of fraud is not at all acceptable and some positive step needs to be taken from paytm to stop this kind of fraud activities.

              Videocon dth recharge not done today morning but amount of rupees 270 deducted in my account . And its not refunded in my account so I complain here . Because the customer id is wrong, The id is[protected] and the order number is [protected] so pls do something as soon as possible.

                you guys are dam BS yr u have feeded ivr on your number none of the executive attends the call ivr says just to mail but you dont reply also

                  I paid postpaid bill of some other number and requested refund through the customer care.The money got refunded to paytm wallet and I clicked on Return to Bank.Got the Message amount has been refunded to bank account but still not reflected in bank account.

                    I read in economics Tiems not charges on transfer. I don't understand why paytm charge me. Please give clarification.

                          On 26th Nov 2016, I Ordered food in KFC and payed through my PAYTM wallet and transaction is showing success in Paytm.
                          But when i call to KFC, they said that they didn't receive the money, my order was not processed.

                          But money is deducted from my wallet.
                          I raised complaint in Paytm on 26th Nov.
                          Almost 6 days over, but I didn't get any response from Paytm.
                          I remind twice, but no use.
                          When i called to customer case number[protected], auto speech will come to raise complaint in Paytm website.

                          Customer service is very bad. No response for complaint.

                              You suck big time! you and your bloody pm sucking the lifeblood of common people. I was forced to download your bloody app and recharge in order to pay my utility bills in the beginning of the month due to the cash crunch. First I signed in with my FB account. I recharged with Rs 500. The transaction went through and they showed me ac/ bal Rs 500. I was exploring the app and saw the online merchandize below. When I clicked on one of them, the app aske dme to log in again. I tried to log in with my FB account but it said that it is sending OTP to some weird phone number which is no way connected to my FB account. So I was forced to create an account by entering my mobile number. I was asked if I want to merge my account I said yes. That's it, then I see my Rs 500 has vanished. You better return my money right away or I am not going to leave you. You bloody blood sucker criminals. Also I tried calling your customer care, which by the way is not even toll free and wasted some 10 rs phone balance
                              even then could not find an option to talk to customer care executive
                              is this how you run a business?
                              I have recharge on [protected] of 60 Rs through debit card but this payment is not done and money debited from bank account also recharge is not done 57Rs not credited on bank account (3rs from wallet +57rs from debit card=60rs)

I tried thru the customer care interactive phone call. It first unblocked and then blocked. Since their are no customer care executives, I'm stuck. Pls. need an immediate redress all.

                                      Hello Team,

                                      I have sent 3800 amount from paytm wallet to another mobile number, but payment status is showing as Pending from long time although amount has been deducted from paytm wallet. I have confirmed with the receiver also, he did not get any request to accept the payment.

                                      Below are the wallet order id details:.

                                      I have raised query also on paytm care and sent many follow up emails, but there is no response from the team on any of the email.

                                      There is no option to cancel the transaction, and there is no Customer Care facility available from paytm. Even if we call on the customer care number, they will only say that you can raise query or can send email to paytm care.

                                      Kindly help to resolve the issue as soon as possible, I wanted to cancel my transaction now and want my money to be refunded.

                                      My payment pending issue got resolved now. Paytm Customer Care person called me to confirm on cancellation of my payment as they are unable to process the request saying that the receiver's account is not verified. They have cancelled the payment and refunded the amount to paytm wallet and called again to confirm whether I got the refunded amount in the wallet or not. Although it took almost 7 days to resolve the issue, but I am relaxed now as I got my money back. I have go through few of the other complaints and paytm care, it was mentioned that it wait 5-6 days to process the transaction in few cases, so whether you raise any query for pending payment before that, it will be considered after 5-6 days only to confirm whether you wanted to proceed with the payment or wanted to cancel it.
