There is some technical problem in your pytm money wallet.I want to 1000 add money but after click the add button it is show order summery.
i want to recharge some amount but I did not getting any solution. pytm did not accepting my netbanking transaction.i have Rs76 in my paytm wallet but I cant use this. so kindly resolved the my problem.

      Hello Team,

      I have sent 3800 amount from paytm wallet to another mobile number, but payment status is showing as Pending from long time although amount has been deducted from paytm wallet. I have confirmed with the receiver also, he did not get any request to accept the payment.

      Below are the wallet order id details:.

      I have raised query also on paytm care and sent many follow up emails, but there is no response from the team on any of the email.

      There is no option to cancel the transaction, and there is no Customer Care facility available from paytm. Even if we call on the customer care number, they will only say that you can raise query or can send email to paytm care.

      Kindly help to resolve the issue as soon as possible, I wanted to cancel my transaction now and want my money to be refunded.

      My payment pending issue got resolved now. Paytm Customer Care person called me to confirm on cancellation of my payment as they are unable to process the request saying that the receiver's account is not verified. They have cancelled the payment and refunded the amount to paytm wallet and called again to confirm whether I got the refunded amount in the wallet or not. Although it took almost 7 days to resolve the issue, but I am relaxed now as I got my money back. I have go through few of the other complaints and paytm care, it was mentioned that it wait 5-6 days to process the transaction in few cases, so whether you raise any query for pending payment before that, it will be considered after 5-6 days only to confirm whether you wanted to proceed with the payment or wanted to cancel it.

        Mr Sharad Takkar has trasfered an amount of Rs 200/- in my account and till the dated it is not credited in my account.

        So pls look in to this matter.

          I ordered one on (optimum nutrition) 100% whey protein 5lbs strawberry flavoured on 16th november through paytm app ordered number:- [protected] @ rs 7399. they had given me time of delivery in b/w period 21 nov-24th november. but one day late finally i received our ordered on 25 nov 16 with packing when i opened that package i surprised to see that the whey protein is come without seal pack inside and outside and it was already open by someone else. i ordered strawberry flavored but they sent to me a chocolate flavored with lass quantity. i tried to contact him telephonically @ customer care no [protected]. and sent many time email to them but didn't get any reply so finally i write to you. i want my cash back and return that product. please help me

            Dear Sir/ Mam,

            I placed an order of Washing machine which is on discounted price offered by Paytm on 28th November 2016 and paytm accepted my order on website itself after making online payment paytm website showed a message that your transaction is successful and estimated delivery time taken by paytm shall be 5 to 7 days. But on the subsequent day i received a message from paytm that your order has been cancelled due to non availability of product.
            My concern in this regard is that we place an order after investing a lot of time on website to search those products which are on heavy discount so that we could get a better deal. and if product was not available at paytm then it should show as a OUT OF STOCK Item.

            Please help me to get my product as soon as possible and if the price of such product was due to mistake in their information system then this is not my mistake so why they cancel my order & why should i suffer.

                Paytm gave me an offer in which i have to send 1000inr to paytm and you will give me 1500 in my paytm wallet. So i sent 1000inr to paytm but paytm did not give me any single penny!!!
                Why paytm cheat people this much, I always face inconvenience becoz of paytm, I lost my so much money in paytm, Kindly help me to get my 1000inr back!!!

                                I want to refund Rs. 4319 from my patm wallet to my SBI account which was I added to paytm from same SBI account and my Order ID is [protected]. But you send me an email saying that SBI just gave you a reference number 75425316333400357000115 and paytm successfully refunded to account. But the fact is still I don't get the refund. Please look into this matter we trust on your service butin the return you are giving such a ridiculous headaches to your customers and such things are not showing your professional attitude.

                                    created a request to refund money to credit card

                                    Contacted on 23 Oct asking for refund - you asked 48-72 hours to resolve
                                    Contacted on 1st Nov - No Reply
                                    Contacted on 4th Nov - they told by 5 we will resolve

                                    on 8th money refunded to credit card- Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]

                                    this whole process took 26 days

                                    during 26 days credit card has charged financial charges of 1045.50 + 161.06 + 5.74

                                    This was a fault of paytm or technical problem of paytm.com

                                    I have contacted the credit card people as well, they have told we got the refund late so we have imposed the charges

                                    why i should i bare this charges ?,

                                        I added money in my Paytm wallet in order to send somebody.but It was not send. Then I choose the option of refund to bank.after that within 3 day I received a message from Paytm that my money is refunded but when I check my bank account I was shocked. I haven't receive my cash back in my bank account.Paytm said that they have refunded money.but its not true.I sent mails to Paytm many times but there is no response.please refund my money..
                                        Even in the message there was also a reference no. About which Paytm said that in any query contact with you bank with this no. But when I contacted with my bank.they said its not our problem, go and contact with Paytm, if the refunded then you will get you money back.
