Dear sir
on november 25 i have transferred rs 2240 from my wallet into my bank account.but till today i have not recieved my money in my account.i have sent them many emails but i only got one email in which they said that pnb has given them a refrence number indicating that the transaction is successfull.they also told me to visit my bank .i went to bank and told them about the issue but bank employees said that there is nothing like refrence no and asked me to again contact paytm and they said that the problem is from paytm side.but paytm is not helping me they also dont have customre care number.plz help me i want my rs 2240 back.

        I tried sending 1850/- rupees from my wallet to another paytm account through its phone number. The amount was deducted from my paytm account but has been showing pending status for more than 72 hrs.

        Request you to kindly cancel this transaction asap.

        No response from your email id for sending complains. Why the hell such a reputed company dont have a customer care helpline to talk to a live person instead of bots?

          Sir, today at 12.36am i recharged 250/- for airtel prepaid mobile. then that time my paytm wallet maintains 10/- only. so, bank deducted 240/- only. bank account that time not deducted my balance.so, i recharged with paytm wallet balance 10/-. then after at 5.57am bank account deducted recharge bal 240/-. but my mobile not recharged with 240. in my wallet 240/- was not there. please check it sir. my recharge order number is [protected] 29 Nov'16.

            I had paid our electricity bill (UPPCL) of Rs. 855/- thru my paytm wallet on 15-Nov-16 but still outstanding is showing on UPPCL site even i did not received any confirmation massage yet and amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet also.
            You are requested to have a look on this as i have already registered my complaint on customer care ( #[protected] on 22-Nov-16 but there is no response from their side also.

              As everyone know due to money problem now a days everyone is looking for alternative for payment options, on 24 Nov i wanted to buy double bed and I went to shop and ask him to take payment using paytm, he accepted and I paid him 8500/-(5000+3500) in two transactions, but he didnt received the amount not till today even after 6 days. The transaction shows status in PENDING mode and its not even came to my account back or not in second person account, I paid cash next day because of the Paytm's rubbish, I created more then 10 tickets for my problem not got response for single one except default auto IVR response.

                    Paytm shows recharge failed but money is deducted from my account.
                    there is no any proper contact number. so i do write mail to paytm but till now no reply from them.

                      I sent 370 via paytm wallet on my mobile. Both accounts of the transaction showing pending still. I even raise a complaint but no reply yet.
                      Paytm do not have any customer care to be truthful and they do not reply to mails. I want my money to be refunded.
                      They say that if the transaction is in pending state for more than 2 hrs then we can get the transaction cancelled and have the money back in our wallet but there is no such provision.

                          Sir i was purched a tab droidsurfe with keyboard order id no [protected] amount of rs 4, 699/- on 13 nov 16 by paytm with online payment. The package recd by me on 18 nov 16, after opening the package, it contains waste books found inside. There is no tab inside the package. On that time i raised the complaint to paytm support along with complaint form and supporting photos of package. Somany times i logged the complaint but paytm told. Ur problem was resolved. I can't understand why this type of cheating being done. Pl resolve my problem. Refund my total amount.

                            For the past one month, despite of various request n calls no action has been taken .kindly do the needful as early as possibe on URGENT BASIS. I am user of above said Paytm no. After getting enrolled to vip customer by submitting KYC to the representative I called upon to Paytm customer care number so many time but no one pickup the phone nor any one replied to my mail. I need QR code to display on my shop. And want to know how authenticated us Paytm back line as no one is bothered to pick the phone to revived the mail by email on any other source

                                Yesterday around 8:45 pm, I tried to add 500 rupees in my paytm wallet from my bank account .After some time i got a message from the bank saying that transaction has been completed and 500 rupees has been deducted from your account but it is showing 0 in my wallet and bank says that transaction has been done and reduced my bank balance by 500 rupees.

                                    i am requesting you not to buy product from paytm as it is a fake website and they are making fool to customer. as i had purchased 3 product from paytm and return back all there as it is a fake product and not original. and they had given me money of only 2 product.I had given complaint many times also i had phone conversation but there is no satisfied reply so i am requesting you not to take product from paytm.

                                        On 25th november, i have had to pay an amount of rs.650 to dominos via paytm. But the payment was failed and the money also got deducted from my bank account.
                                        There was no transaction history present on paytm passbook. Moreover, i again did the payment and it got failed as well but this time the transaction history was present still the payment was not completed. Now, i am in a loss of rs.1300 for which i have no idea what do. Paytm is also not replying to my complaint.
