I have made 3 transactions through Paytm to account no [protected].
First transaction-100 Rs
Second transaction-5000
Third transaction-2400
But second transaction of 5000 Rs did not happened to the account [protected] and my Account is deducted for the same amount 5000 Rs
My registered mobile no on Paytm is-[protected]

Could you please have a look into that and confirm that where that money is as soon as possible.

      This is sharan. I had ordered at swiggy.com a week back and i paid the money
      Through paytm wallet. The transaction got failed due to poor internet
      Connection and the order was not placed at swiggy.com. But still my money
      Got deducted from paytm. I have been writing for the past one week. You
      People have a customer care and this is as much as i can bear. Your company is a complete fraud. I need my money back!!! Below are my order details. Most importantly you people seem to give only diplomatic reply just to show the world how much you care about the customers... But in reality you don't give a [censored] about them... Don't ask me to write back to you [censored] customer care... Because it is useless and nothing happens there!!

                  Paytm provides a service of transferring your paytm wallet balance to your bank account.I initiated a transfer of my paytm wallet amount on 18th Nov, 2016 to my respective bank account.The Paytm wallet and order details are showing that the money was successfully transferred to my bank account .But no such money is received .I have complaint many times to the Paytm using its app, but only a complaint generation mail is sent every time on the mail.Neither any further investigation is done nor anyone from paytm tried to contact me further . I would like to lodge the complaint against this fraud done by Paytm.

                    I tried to recharge my wallet with Rs. 500, while paying for on order at Zomato.
                    My money was deducted via order number Your a/c was debited INR 500.00 on Info: PUR/PAYTM/NOIDA/PAYTM/Seq No[protected].
                    But my wallet not recharged.
                    Tried calling paytm customer care zillion times. Had put complaints on paytm care three times. No reply. Is this the way they dealing with consumers all throughout country. No customer care executives to talk to your personal complaints.

                      I ordered an Iphone 6s from Paytm.com from my saved money . however, when I received the parcel and opened it there was a vim bar inside it instead of a phone . i was shocked . i lodged a complaint to paytm and asked them to refund my money . But they are not listening to my point . they mailed that a full investigation has been done and found that phone has been delivered to you . i am asking them again and again that what investigation has been done by you . but they are sending me the same mail again and again . I also made a video while opening the product as I have heard alot of such things happning these days .I am asking them to allow me to concact their Grievance redressal officer . they are not providing me that information as well . Please help me in getting my money back .

                        On 22nd November 2016, I was paying on Food Panda app through PayTm payment gateway, but as I was low on cash in wallet so i had to add money into my wallet through debit card. It showed payment was unsuccessful, but money got deducted from my bank. The same above process was repeated two time in a row. I have raised 3 to 4 tickets(complains) on their site but they are not even replying to those tickets.

                          I have ordered an Iphone worth Rs 60, 000 on 24th November with a cash back of Rs 8000. they have shipped the product and credited Rs 8000 to my wallet, because of their vendor/merchant issues they have cancelled the order from their end which I am not aware and they are telling me that they will return my money, I have bought the phone for Rs 52000 after cash back of Rs 8000 which is not available at this price anywhere and they are refusing to give me the product and just accept the payment return, I need the phone as I have sold my old phone at lesser price because of this deal, i have no option and it will be huge loss for me without any mistake from my side. please help me out with this issues as these people are doing wrong with me. I have attached the shipping company screen shot, paytm order page and paytm details. Please help me in getting my phone from PayTM.                               I am writing this complaint due to the message those i have received the free paytm recharge of rs 500 and when I done all the conditions according to the tnc like send it to 8 peoples or groups and installed 9 app and open it for 5 minutes and then I got a warning message app us not installed and didn't got a free recharge code. Please take a some particular action against them and sort out this issue.

                                I had 500+ balance in my paytm wallet but after i installed app again and login to my account, everything is erased like my balance and all transactions made by me. I tried to approach customer care service but i didn't get any reply from them. Even when i try to get information about my account is shows error and no progress to my solutions.                                   I did a recharge for BSNL net pack (Rs. 56). After confirming the payment, Paytm app shown the error "No Order found". It again went to the payment confirmation page. I again pressed the button. It second time shown the same issue. Then I went to my orders page and found out there was no new order. So I obviously thought the recharge have not been initiated. Then I again started the process from beginning by selecting mobile recharge, entering number and selecting net pack. Again the same thing happened 2 times more. Then when I checked the orders page after some time, I found out it is showing 4 different recharge orders of 56 amount each. Out of those 1 was successful while other 3 were in processing state. I immediately raised request with Paytm (#[protected] from the app, to cancel the other 3 recharges and refund my amount. But they did nothing on this request. Then again I raised new request (#[protected]. Still they haven't responded. This is very unprofessional on the part of Paytm. They also have no option in their customer care contact, to talk to executive. They just ask to raise the request from "care" page. And then they do not respond to that.

                                      I have trying to transfer money into bank on 24th nov 2016, at 9.55 pm, suddenly status showing in paytm that your transaction is done but i did not enter any bank details, then i got sms from paytm that “we have refunded rs. 3000/- to your hdfc bank for your order id [protected] on paytm”.
                                      At the same time i got sms from hdfc bank credit card that ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending 5715 for rs. 3000/- has been credited / reversed by paytm97998 on[protected]:21:56:03
                                      But the matter is i have no any bank account in hdfc bank. I have only credit card of hdfc bank.
                                      When i called hdfc credit card customer care they said we don’t have any transaction detail related to this.
                                      There is no customer care support of paytm also.
                                      So i do not understand where paytm transfer my rs.3000/-
                                      My paytm account has been deducted by rs. 3000/- but amount is not credited or reversed into my hdfc bank credit card.

                                        I transfer a particular XX amount in payTM wallet, due to demonitization. Since i didnt find this App. helpful, so i requested to transfer the amount to my bank. I Gets a instant msg from Paytm saying the request to transfer your fund as been processed. The very next day i gets the email saying the transfer of the payment is made sucessfully. But i didnt find my XX amount Credited in my account. Even my bank executive are not aware about this transfer or any such transfer from Paytm. I trieded to reach paytm support team, but either i get to hear the number not available or follow the step as per the website.
                                        Will Paytm looks in to this matter and helps me to understand WHY my money is not credited yet.
