      My friend harwinder singh transfer money to his cousin 5000 on friday 25/11/17 &
      Transfer money was successful & money also deduct from the bank but his cousin didn't get money. Kindly sort out the problem. I also send you slip snapshot check attached also. I have submitted the complaint also paytm care but they are not replying.

      I have paid mobile postpaid bill on 25 Nov, time 12.40 am. Order no [protected] bt by mistake I entered the wrong last digit of mobile no, now I want to refund my amount to paytm account, bt the customer care executive said that once the amount transfer is successfully initiated from our end, regretfully we are enable to roll back the amount..

        My purchase order [protected] dt 22/10/2016. Item not delivered but paytm update it as a diliverd.
        I am purchase two saree one is delivered and one is still pending during telephonic conversion my father told one saree was dilevered and pay tm team update the both was delivered.
        India post (Ex[protected]in) also shows this was not delivered. Complain also lock to india post via complain no. [protected].
        After my repetitive followup paytm was not refund my money or not send my product. I am also ask for dilevery receipt that they was unable to produce.

        Request you to help me for getting my money back.
        Sir I transfer rs 5000 a wrong mobile number, I call to the person but he refused refund my money, can u help me ?

          Hi paytm transaction failed for movie tickets so booked again so two times 500 has been debited from account it means 1000 has debited from my account still failed transaction amount was not credited to my account... Please find the attached screenshots for reference, please solve the issue as soon as possible, it has been already 3 days since transaction done..

            I have merged my two seperated paytm account into one. Account is merged but money is not merged. On the urgent basis, i logged request. Its been 1 week and no body is responding on this. This is very frustating.

            After merging the account is disabled and money is lost. I need to return an item also which is not possible now.

            My ticked number is ticket # 10381468.

                I have recharged my delhi metro card no. 76534345 on 28.11.2016 for rs. 100/- through pay tm, and contacted the nearest metro station at uttam nagar east, but they refused to recharge my card for rs. 100/- and asked me to claim refund from pay tm. You are accordingly requested to refund the amount of rs. 100/- for credit back to my icici debit card against your order no. [protected] under intimation to me urgently.

                        My order no :[protected].
                        I have recharge on 22 nov '16 7:56 am for rs.147, somehow my payment failed.
                        Till now paytm not refund my amount, even i compaint to paytm via email, & when i tried to contact via paytm customer care my call not connect to them,
                        Very poor customer service. Need to improve customer care service.

                        I am very disappointed from paytm,

                        Please do some legal steps agianst this matter.

                        I Had two transaction on 22 nov 2016,

                        2.[protected] 22 Nov '16 8:13 am

                        2nd Id - [protected] tranasaction is refunded by company, but
                        my first transaction which is debited by bank which is not refund, paytm care told me amount will refunded within 7 days by bank, but today its been 20 days approx but still not refunded by bank,

                        Even Paytm Delete my Transaction record from my order list
                        1.[protected] 22 nov '16 7:56 am
                        above order is not displayed in paytm database.

                        so what i have to do now,

                          I have tried to pay electricity on 25 Nov, 2016..though there was certain amount in my wallet for remaining amount I enetered my card detail at last the payment failed..so I tried one more time by entering all card detail..this time payment was successful then after this I checked my bank statement and I came to know that that amount was deducted twice and no refund was provided from paytm so I contacted many times to customer care but there is no response from them till date..I really feel helpless

                            I recently paid my first bill through paytm, on 25.11.2016 for my
                            Electric supply. After giving my card details, the payment was successful,
                            As shown on app and the amount was debited from my bank account. It asked to wait for 48 hours to hear from service provider. After 24 hours from my payment, i received sms from cesc stating
                            'transaction was unsuccessful, please ignore if the subsequent transaction
                            Was successful'. I immediately raised a ticket through the app regarding
                            The issue but didn't hear back. Also sent an email to [protected]@paytm.com but wasn't addressed.

                              I have being waiting for the refund for more than a week and i have still not recived my amount yet. The rule is it takes 7 days to reflect in my account and from 19th its being 8 days now and still the amount is nowhere! This is really frustating and dissapointing.                                   Payment of Rs.210 was initiated by me through my card for eatables but at the completion stage some problem occurred from the Paytm side and I cancelled the transaction. I again initiated the payment of Rs. 210 and completed it. But my account has been debited twice and my paytm wallet is also having zero balance that is nothing been added to my wallet also and 210 Rs deducted twice... I enquires with the shopkeeper as well and according to paytm passbook statement also the payment is received by him only once!! So where are my 210 Rs. I'm having all relevant transaction records for the same.

                                      I did a paytm transaction through paytm app from my mobile no. [protected] on 19th Nov at around 5:47pm. I had transferred rs 3000 to the receiver hemant patil. This amount got deducted at once from my paytm account however, the receiver did not receive this amount. The transaction/order status was appearing as pending for some time and later on the status changed to failed. But still the amount got dedited from my paytm account and now even after a week I havent yet heard back from paytm. I have raised several tickets to paytm customer care from past few days and not in even a single response from them. This is so ridiculous.

                                      Adding to this frustration, today all my previous failed order details through which I use to raise tickets to customer care have been disappeared from the history of the transaction.

                                      This is the worst experience I ever had with any app. Please get my money transferred to my paytm account asap.
