Hello, I tried to send money to some other number yesterday. And its still under pending status...i need the money back to my wallet...please help.
I tried to post a complaint from paytm website but I did not get any revert.I am very upset with paytm service and they don't even have a voice customer service facitly ...its been 48 hrs my query is not resloved

    I was adding 168 to my wallet then it displayed "oops failed!"
    But the money is debited from my account.
    I received a sms confirmation from my bank about payment but my paytm wallet doesn't show any addition of money... please help.

      Sir, i had purchased a mobile cover from paytm .but i receive defffect item thats why i give mail to return my item, today i received call from and he ask for cvv and deducted from my account .i want to cancel my transtion which i done by paytm.

        Hi pattm team,

        My account details are as given below.

        Login id: [protected]@gmail.com
        Mobile number: [protected]

        Whenever i am trying to login to my paytm account, the web site is asking me to register my mobile number (Which is already registered long back), and when i give my mobile number, it sends me an otp, but after i enter the otp, it shows me a message on screen and does not allow me to login.

        "new phone number is recently linked with another account. For further queries, please raise a query at paytm.com/care."

        This is happening for last one month. Request you to guide me whom shall i contact in this regards. I am not able to contact you on customer care number.

          I raised a tickets in paytm for completing kyc of my account on 20th nov. I got automated mail having ticket id. But till now no one worked on this ticket and no one contact to me for kyc. I reverted on mail muilple time but did not get a single reply from them.

          Please look into this.

            My a/c login:[protected]@gmail.com has been locked since 2 days. i have created ticket reference id:10306182 id:10312668. every day. no answer from them nor i can reach through toll free numbers. stuck with money in the wallet.

            Sir, I have recharged my airtel mobile number by ₹97 twice n then I recharged my number with ₹348 these all recharges are not done but its deducted money from my debit card
            Sir, I can not download prem on my mobile, you always says mobile no. Not available. When I login with fb I deposited 100/= into wallet n recharge my other mobile no. But didn't recd the amount n wallet show balance 0..please look into the mater.

              As i transfer my money from paytm to my pnb account but it is not credited yet in my account 5 days to go and this is hillarous working of paytm! And i also i have read thousand of mail regarding to it! Paytm just clear this issue as soon as possible otherwise i will complaint to cyber crime because the services u offer made customer frustaded and not satisfying and oh god worst part is ur customer care working is so bad i dont think customer being able to solved is issue by your customer service! I dont knw y ur company has not being block yet as u not even attend the call of a customer!

                        I tried to pay my utility bill through paytm. The payment failed. Its more than 72 hours and i have not received my refund amount back into my paytm wallet. I have registered multiple complaints regarding this issue on paytm website - customer care. I only get an automated reply saying we will soon contact you. I have not heard a word from them after..                           I have done recharge on[protected] and order no is [protected] through paytm.co.in. This was a mobile recharge on bsnl no and amount is rs.220. But till now recharge not done on my mobile. Same query i raised in paytm site but no action received. For this worse service all have need to unregistered their accounts and government have to penalize for harassing customers.

                          Through given order no paytm can check email id and mobile no. I have paid 220rs and paytm waist my 3 hrs and 6 days till now. I am earning 200/hr. So they have to pay 820rs. But i don't know about indian government polocy.

                              This is regards to my complain related to paytm wallet money.
                              But sorry to say this that I didn't get any response from their end.
                              I had raised a concern at paytm care on 20th nov. By mistake I have booked a movie through my paytm wallet and at the same point of time, I had informwd them to cancel that ticket and refund that money.
                              But unfortunately, didn't get any reponse yet.
                              Below is the complete concern with ticket id

                                  On 22/11/2016 i had transferred rs. 3000/- in my collegue icici bank account no.[protected]. But, by mistake i have entered wrong bank account number as[protected]. Second last digit got changed and the amount get transferred in that account. I had talked to icici bank customer care officer regarding the same but they told that paytm will only help in this regard.

                                  But, paytm is denying to help me in this matter. If a customer did this type of mistake than only his bank/wallet can sorted out the issue. But, paytm is not doing his duty.

                                  So, it is requested to you please instruct paytm to help their customers in this type of matter.

                                    I have transferred Rs. 300/- to wrong account while purchasing food for one of the restaurant in Gurgaon. Also, I have registered a complaint on Paytm care with reference Id : 10331958, but they said that money can't be reversed and suggested to talk to the beneficiary directly but when I asked them to share the contact number of the person, they denied and said that it is not in their policy to share numbers. There customer care department are not at all helping to get my money back in my paytm wallet.

                                      Made a request for Wallet Upgrade and booked an appointment for[protected] and also raised a complaint to the customer service of paytm regarding the same and the compliant was logged with #09974458 on 19/11/2016 and still i have not received any reply regarding the visit of the agents of paytm or not received any response from any one regarding the issue

                                        I ordered an dell vostro 3458 notebook (Y554527uin9) (Core i3 (5th gen)/ (4 gb/1 tb hdd/35.56 cm (14)/ubuntu) order id #[protected] | date thu, 17 nov 2016 and material delivered on 18 nov 2016 through blue dart no. [protected].

                                        When i have connected ac adaptor with laptop on 20 nov 2016, it was showing alert for charging that the ac power adaptor power & type can`t be determine. Than i have lodged complaint against the problem and paytm have generated ticket # 10019862. Support team have written me to go to service center as product in under warranty of 1 year.

                                        As i have purchased laptop online due to time limitations and now support team requesting to go at service center. I do have one laptop of 12.1 inches with me but purchased new one due to some urgent requirement.

                                        Supporting team is sending mails only (No any communication over phone).

                                        Further i have communicated with dell customer care but they wants purchase invoice with having service tag - cw7hmc2 and express service code - [protected] to update warranty of laptop. They have resolved my problem through service request:[protected] on 21 nov 2016 but still open of warranty issue.

                                        Paytm have sent me purchase invoice of laptop which having only service tag - cw7hmc2 number so please mention express service code - [protected] also in the invoice and sent me again to update warranty of the laptop.

                                        I have written to paytm for revised invoice with having service tag & express service code required to update warranty on 22 nov 2016 but paytm have not provided any support for charging issue and revised invoice also.

                                        Today i have generated one more ticket no. 10317837 for warranty issue. I don`t find that it`s genuine product or not. They will not providing software support without updating warranty.

                                        As per return policy, customer may replace / return material within 15 days from the date of delivery and 6 days already passed till today.

                                        I could return this laptop but not doing so because i need to join any institute and please send revised invoice for updating warranty clause.
