On 22/11/2016 i had transferred rs. 3000/- in my collegue icici bank account no.[protected]. But, by mistake i have entered wrong bank account number as[protected]. Second last digit got changed and the amount get transferred in that account. I had talked to icici bank customer care officer regarding the same but they told that paytm will only help in this regard.

But, paytm is denying to help me in this matter. If a customer did this type of mistake than only his bank/wallet can sorted out the issue. But, paytm is not doing his duty.

So, it is requested to you please instruct paytm to help their customers in this type of matter.

    I have transferred Rs. 300/- to wrong account while purchasing food for one of the restaurant in Gurgaon. Also, I have registered a complaint on Paytm care with reference Id : 10331958, but they said that money can't be reversed and suggested to talk to the beneficiary directly but when I asked them to share the contact number of the person, they denied and said that it is not in their policy to share numbers. There customer care department are not at all helping to get my money back in my paytm wallet.

      Made a request for Wallet Upgrade and booked an appointment for[protected] and also raised a complaint to the customer service of paytm regarding the same and the compliant was logged with #09974458 on 19/11/2016 and still i have not received any reply regarding the visit of the agents of paytm or not received any response from any one regarding the issue

        I ordered an dell vostro 3458 notebook (Y554527uin9) (Core i3 (5th gen)/ (4 gb/1 tb hdd/35.56 cm (14)/ubuntu) order id #[protected] | date thu, 17 nov 2016 and material delivered on 18 nov 2016 through blue dart no. [protected].

        When i have connected ac adaptor with laptop on 20 nov 2016, it was showing alert for charging that the ac power adaptor power & type can`t be determine. Than i have lodged complaint against the problem and paytm have generated ticket # 10019862. Support team have written me to go to service center as product in under warranty of 1 year.

        As i have purchased laptop online due to time limitations and now support team requesting to go at service center. I do have one laptop of 12.1 inches with me but purchased new one due to some urgent requirement.

        Supporting team is sending mails only (No any communication over phone).

        Further i have communicated with dell customer care but they wants purchase invoice with having service tag - cw7hmc2 and express service code - [protected] to update warranty of laptop. They have resolved my problem through service request:[protected] on 21 nov 2016 but still open of warranty issue.

        Paytm have sent me purchase invoice of laptop which having only service tag - cw7hmc2 number so please mention express service code - [protected] also in the invoice and sent me again to update warranty of the laptop.

        I have written to paytm for revised invoice with having service tag & express service code required to update warranty on 22 nov 2016 but paytm have not provided any support for charging issue and revised invoice also.

        Today i have generated one more ticket no. 10317837 for warranty issue. I don`t find that it`s genuine product or not. They will not providing software support without updating warranty.

        As per return policy, customer may replace / return material within 15 days from the date of delivery and 6 days already passed till today.

        I could return this laptop but not doing so because i need to join any institute and please send revised invoice for updating warranty clause.

          I have made electricity bill payment bill amount is 2604. But due to some Network problem my my bank account debited two times with same amount 2604×2=5208 . That's mean I have to pay extra 2604₹ . When it will be refunded into my account

            Just a fake site

            Again second from for my wallet has been deducted 45 rs from my wallet
            First i have load my wallet via net banking from bank of maharashtra and after load 80rs to wallet i have recharge my 3 numbers for sms pack and balance with successful transaction (Order nos. [protected] &[protected] &[protected]) from date 18/11/2016 with total amount of my bills 15& 10 & 10 rs. Via net banking from my bank of maharashtra account. The recharge has successful transmitted to my mobile but paytm company has been deducted my another wallet balance of 45 rs incidentally where goes my money of paytm balance please answer it.

            When i have call to their customer care[protected] he ivr has tell that *to talk with our customer care executive press 9* i have follows it in twice tried calls but cant be forwarded to any agents of csa.
            Paytm had not leaves any ways to directly contact with customer care...

            I have paid my bills from paytm.com with successful transaction (order Nos. [protected] & [protected]) from Date 16/11/2016 with total amount of my bills 1000 & 1920 rs. via Net Banking from my Bank of Maharashtra Account.
            the sum of money was deducted from my account paytm has shows the flag of successful Transaction but now i have check the Bill Gateway site of MSEB (https://wss.mahadiscom.in/wss/wss?uiActionName=getViewPayBill) to check my status of Payment there was not seen any History of my Bill Payment from this month
            whats going on wrong turn with paytm... just a fake site

            i have posted my complaint past 2 days but still not seen any solution on it by PayTM

            yesterday i have received an call from [protected] (she said i m calling from Consumer Complaint and your cal being recording now)

            whats the matter

            she asked me for what do i want (refund) i have refused her for she's fake caller and then she had dropped my call ...

            Paytm is the worst customer care support i've ever seen. I've transfer money form one paytm account to another paytm account, It showing status pending.
            I sent many mails to [protected]@paytm.com, i didnt receive any response.

              Website: it was online transfer of bill using paytm wallet.. through PAYTM APPLICATION

              Matter happened on 22nd november 2016.. I had dinner with my family.. So after dinner hotel manager advice me to pay bill (Amount rs. 1473) with paytm wallet.. So i had decided to do so.. But he dint have a bar code system for paytm so he told me number to transfer money on that number.. But some how number was of wrong person and and money transferred to that wrong number.. And ultimately i had to pay in in hard cash.. So overall have lost double the charge for dinner.. Is it possible that if money transferred to wrong receiver (Number), so please credit back to my wallet.. Because i have transferred it to wrong number.. That (Wrong) number is [protected]. His mobile is switched off since then. Please let me know.. Please help me and refund me... Thanks.

                I had added rs. 1000/ one thousand in my paytm wallet from my sbi card ref. POS PRCH POS 740954 on 28th.Oct. 2016 at 20:53 to PayTm Mobile Solution.In which avodafone recharge for Rs.197/& ARECHARGE of my TATASKY DTH for Rs.285/was done . After 2-3 days my paytm bal. becomes 0 zero instead ofRs.518/.
                Sir mene tadkbucks se rs20 rupay transfer kiye the paise nhi aaye aur balance kut chuka h . Help me

                  I have transferred Money to Mobile no. [protected] of Rs 1479 on 20th Nov 2016 but after 4 Days still showing pending. My account has been deducted but this amount not send to other party.
                  Paytm has theft my money.
                  There is no customer care. RBI has setting with Paytm. It is Chinese Company.
                  Dear All friends, Pls don't use Paytm. It is Chor Company.

                    I got a call from ICICI customer call[protected] Pankaj) at 12.15pm (17.11.2016). He told me we saw the transaction details posted in consumer complaint, (15 days back someone misused my credit card & transaction made of Rs.19500). So we are return back to you the amount in your account. So we want to confirm your debit card & credit card number (16 digit). So i given the number after it debited Rs.12000 from debit card & Rs.14000 from credit card.

                    After i blocked the debit card & credit card. And i gave the complaint in ICICI bank. They didn't helped me to find that transaction. Because that is not a ICICI customer care number (Incoming call only not outgoing calls)

                    Amount transferred to Paytm (Rs 14000) & ONE97 Comm (Paytm - Rs 12000)

                    Kindly give the transaction details (Name, Contact No. & email id)
                    (I got the Paytm transfer details - Rs. 12000)

                      vide payment order no #[protected] wallet order Id # [protected]. Same has not been received by airtel till today 23/11/16.
                      complaints regd vide no.09739843 and 10082830 have still not been addressed.
                      Tried calling helpline number on various occasions but this no is always busy.
                      request expidite reversal of payment.

                          I have made a transaction of Rs 540 for my electricity bill payment to CESC but due to technical issue it was not successful and the amount is showing in paytm passbook, as the amount is already debited from my bank account and if i am trying to transfer it back to my bank account i am getting a notification of transfer failed.Kindly help me to transfer the amount of Rs540 back to my bank account..

                                  Dear Paytm,

                                  I have recharged my DTH for a month subscription which showed failed every time when i tried, I attempted three times knowing that the previous transaction was failed. unfortunately later (after ten minutes) I got a successful transaction message for all the three transactions which was failed. i was shocked and tried to contact customer care leaving me with no one response from the other end (few more bucks gone for phone calls) i kept a message on help center and today is 5th day i did not receive any response from them. i was supposed to pay a month subscription and made it three times by this wroung company technical issues and you are not responding to any of my requests that i placed. I dont understand how you are doing business in India by cheating customers just like that. I think you underestimate Indian consumers by giving fake services. may be you should observe that you have been getting many complaint on your fraud company . we think you are benefiting for undone services.

                                  I strongly suggest everyone not to use paytm at least up to the time when this government resolves the currency issues. This Paytm is just crooked up and cheating everyone.

                                    I made a payment to another Paytm user through the receiver's mobile number- the money got deducted from my Paytm wallet instantly but the trnsaction kept showing as "Pending" on my Paytm page and app. I waited for a few hours but nothing changed, even post 48 hours the status was still pending. The receiver also sees the status as "Pending" at his end. There is no tab to cancel or revoke the transaction. I tried reaching out to their so called "customer care" but to no avail, as the phone number and the emails all give you automated responses there is no "customer care" there. I request a response from Paytm, and the least an immediate refund of my Rs. 1825.

                                        Sir I have made a payment of rs. 1434 for electricity bill through paytm . But payment has not completed and balance has deducted and it is showing only processing.
                                        I tried to talk with them but they did not pick the call . Last date of bill payment is 25 November and after that they will charged huge fine . So solve this as soon as possible
