Om Prakash from Paytm team Call me after i dropped email for solving(Ticket #[protected] from my email id to help me on below ticket.
Ticket # 09857666
He taken my confidential data like CCVV of debit card and 3Digital secured pin number of my credit card.
After that he is deducted 10, 000.00 rs from my Debit Card using paytm account.
When i ask him why you deducted money from paytm he said its because of System Failure..
I asked him to revert back the money back to my account looks he tried but i didn't received money.
Now 10, 000.00 rs money needs to back to my debit card and 20% wallet amount needs to back.

He told me to wait for 24 hour for returning the money..(:
I am not able to reach the paytm number that's what i am mailing the details.
I am not feeling good with Customer care service regarding on this issue..
Immediately revert me the deducted money 10K and 20% cash back also, otherwise i will go for High Level escalation.
