On 22/11/2016 i had transferred rs. 3000/- in my collegue icici bank account no.[protected]. But, by mistake i have entered wrong bank account number as[protected]. Second last digit got changed and the amount get transferred in that account. I had talked to icici bank customer care officer regarding the same but they told that paytm will only help in this regard.
But, paytm is denying to help me in this matter. If a customer did this type of mistake than only his bank/wallet can sorted out the issue. But, paytm is not doing his duty.
So, it is requested to you please instruct paytm to help their customers in this type of matter.
