Recently i have done payment of rs 3176 in a restaurant which is debited twice from my paytm wallet . Ultimately the payment is deducted from my wallet and not hence reached to the restaurant yet so i have to swap my credit card in the end . I want my money back to wallet. Its is the worst app with no complaint centre. I want to get my complaint resolved as i have faced many problem due to my paytm balance .

    Dear team, i added Rs1000/- to my paytm wallet thru debit card on 12-NOV-2016. i didn't do any purchase but after few days i checked wallet amount is ZERO. i don't know where my money is? & There's no transaction is my a/c.

    Moreover I'm also facing problem in logging into paytm a/c as my mobile no.is lost but there's no option to change the no. too.

    seems to be a fraud company.
    I have wrongly recharged to Vodafone subscriber [protected] of RS 250 on 18 Nov between mor 11 to 1 so please revert my bal to my account do the needful hoping at Earliest.I can give the pic of success transaction made by me so please consider the request and look into the matter

        Ref Order#[protected]

        I initiated a payment towards my electricity bill of rs 3651 through paytm (debit card option) on 22-NOV-2016.

        No sooner the payment gateway accepted my debit card details and completed the transaction, returning page to paytm popped up an error reading 504 gateway time-out although the amount was already deducted from my bank.

        Now the bill payment is incomplete though my money is already gone and the last due date is tomorrow.

        I immediately reported the issue to [protected]@paytm.com and [protected]@paytm.com but so far I haven't received any response from paytm.

        I am worried alot as I don't know how the payment will be settled and who is liable of late payment fees if levied due to the delay of payment to electricity board.

        I urge the concerned body to resolve the issue at soonest to avoid any inconvenience or penalty to be caused and to establish a smooth relationship between vendor and customer.

        I suddenly received the refund in my PayTM wallet but not any intimation from paytm. But anyway, appreciated the action from paytm.
        As I posted this complaint on this board immediately I started receiving calls from +[protected] and +[protected] mobile numbers which sound fake.

        In the name of resolving the issue, they started asking me details like the issue and even bank details. They even created a fake ID and asked me to login within their created ID and asked me to add money to the PayTM wallet with the same bank details which I had used for the failed transaction.

        I got alert immediately and declined the transaction and saved my hard earned money.

        Folks, please beware of such robbers and never reveal your private details, especially bank details to anyone.

        I have transferred 3000 rs in my paytm wallet from my bank. And now they have blocked my paytm account. There is no response from paytm customer care at www.paytm.com/care and there is no customer care contact number . My registered email id: [protected]@gmail.com and Phone No: [protected].

        Dear Mr. Himanshu,

        I believe you have already reported the complaint through PayTM app (contact us section) if possible there, which generates the appropriate traceable ticket number.

        Otherwise post the complaint here on this board accompanying proper screenshots of whatever status on the app.

        Wish you all the luck of your issue to be resolved at earliest.

              I have raised a couple of issue with Paytm, regarding the registed mobile number change, but did not get the proper response from them.Intially o logged a issue in changing the registered mobile no, got response.But while changing the mobile number I faced the problem, that it sending the OTP to the registed mobile numder as well as new mobile number.But I have lost the old mobile number.I have raised may issue with PAYM, called many time to customer care, no use.

                I asked my friend to send 5000 rs money and i needed it badly but it is still showing pending in my paytm wallet and i have made complain many time but there is no reply my complain ticket number are- ID:10226341. ID:10224809.
                ID:09952293. and each time i get reply that they will work on it and get back ot me but nothing is happening, so I am fed up with the service of paytm and i request kindly don't use this.Now I do not have other option then go to consumer forum for this, may be they can provide me any help. and worst part this company do nt have any customer care where you can call and speak with .

                    In the month of Oct, I have ordered 3 pack of same items. Through courier company Delhivery, they have handed over 2 pack to my security and took one signature. But in paytm tracking they updated all the items has delivered. After making a complain they shared the delivery confirmation slip but signature was missing their. Still they not refunded the money and demanding that product has been delivered. I can't understand how one can demand the product has been delivered without signature.

                      On 18 11 2016, there is a call from +[protected] around 18 15 hours.
                      He told me that your icici credit card reward point redemption is taking place.
                      Also he was telling my Date of Birth, Mother's name and my Credit card statement mailing address.
                      He also told me that I am from ICICI credit card division and to tasked me to tell cvv number.
                      Then within no time there was a transaction happened from my credit card for Rs 8490. through PayTM.
                      Since I donot know about this.
                      Hence I request you to block this payment.

                        I have paid for torrent power electricity bill(surat) about 590 rs. My bank also debited amount for it but paytm shows transection failed. On date 22 november 2016 around 4:47 pm. My order no.is [protected]. I also complained it at [protected]@paytm.com but no one action taken by them.

                          I have ordered a combo of five bedsheets on 23.10.16 and received on 26.10.16. On checking to my utter dismay it was found that not only the prints of the bedsheets were low grade the bedsheets were four in number.
                          Since then I've made several complaints in this regard but to no avail.
                          Worst is that your customer care numbers are also not getting connected by my registered mobile number while it is immediately connected by my husband's number.
                          Take immediate steps to refund and replace this item.

                            I paid my BSNL bill on 17/11/2016 by paytm transation successful bt at merchants site my bill shows unpaid I also went to the nearest office of bsnl they also told that my bill of 719 was due which I pay from paytm.com please help me or complete, my bill payment or refund my money or if my last date was end then its paytm responsiblity to pay the penalty also...

                                  I was paying for my electricity bill using my credit card, since i had some amount already in my paytm account so, it said to add rest of amount to pay the bill.

                                  I went on adding the amount and it said transaction is failed, immediately i received mail and message from my account that amount has been deducted.

                                      I used paytm for online payment transactions... Both the times money was debited from my account but transaction failed... I've emailed them on care @paytm.com still no response from them for 3 days.. There is no call centre where I can speak to a representative... What to do I do n how do I get in touch with someone from paytm??? These guys are ridiculous and liars... No response from last 3 days
