Fake product received company not ready to return back

I have purchase whey protein 5 lbs but the product is fake

e product I have purchased sir this is not good as quality wise .

when I have put the whey protein shakes in hot milk this is not melt & its taste like the waste of wheat.

I have sent lots of mail but they are only reply single mail without understand the issue

But since you did not inform us timely about the said issue hence we are unable to help you any further regarding the return of the product.

Also, regarding originality of product, I would like to inform you that all the products available on our website are 100% original and authentic. All the products are sold by authorized sellers only.

    First of all i donot know whom to blame, i face problem from UBER cab where there is a option for paying money through paytm, so while going to airport i credited some money in Paytm so that i can able to pay UBEr cab though online. but while uploading money my money got credited and immedietly my UBEr account got disabled, i tried lot of times to book but could not. Next day i approached to UBEE customer care, they said they are reactivating my account but later i checked it was still disable then they said wait for further notice. when i asked them to refund my amount they said that they cant help me and to contact paytm customer care . i even dropped mail to them twice. But i got ticket id Ticket # 09826434 for first time and Ticket # 10102564 for second tiome which was acknowledge automatically by the system, but didnot recieve any resolution from paytm team even after 5 days. so i harrashed a lot. it is not about Rs.200 . it about how these companies are maniputing common man. and taking money, so atlast a common man give up then they store it in their bank account. it is about how these companies are playing with the common man. I request kindly consider my case and do the needful

      My phone number is [protected] on which the PayTM account is also there and today Uber cut Rs. 185 something while I was sitting at home all day! And you guys let it happen without any authorisation. I am attaching the message and my last uber trip images for your reference. So kindly get this sorted. Just because the consumer is in trouble does not mean you will take undue advantage of the situation. I am going to put this up on twitter as well so that action is taken on time. I hope I will not have to while away hours for this amount. And even though it is a small amount, the fact remains that it is an unauthorised transaction.

        so i am very upset these type of action from paytm
        i want revert my money in wallet because my train ticket is not book any train.

          I recharge of 3000 from my icici debit card and the msg shown in my phone ki your 3000 deduct from your account but when I checked in Paytm there is a no balance shown and and I mailed on that but there is no reply and no call coming from Paytm I just say that I need my money urgently there is a very bad service from Paytm side pls I need my money on urgent base thanks

            With reference to above mention subject my name is swapnil sunil panvelkar have paytm account.on 5/11/2016 recharge rs.249 of vodafone no.[protected] amount deducted in my bank account as POS/PAYTM70007981/[protected]/XX RS.249 but recharge not done yet.There is no entry of this tansaction in paytm passbook.Please inform me when my amont will be refund.

              I have made a few payments through foodpanda with the offer of 50% cash back for payment from PayTM. PayTM says all cash backs will be credited with 24hours under a certain monthly transaction limit. But it has been 2-3 days and the have not given single cashback. I have sent the n number of complaints and tried finding all customer care methods but there is no way to get in touch to a real person. All of them are automated answering systems and just say your complaint has been raised.

                Hi Team,
                On thursday (17/11) morning I had an issue where I opened the Uber app and added money into it and clicked on Paytm and added the money through debit card of HDFC bank. It came up with a message that MONEY HAS BEEN ADDED SUCCESSFULLY. However upon refreshing the app I found that there is no money in the account. I did added 710/- in the account. I'm not sure where the money went. But I have proof that money has been deducted and receiver is Paytm. i need your help on resolving this financial issue.

                I have written to [protected]@paytm, [protected]@paytm and [protected]@paytm. But no one is bothered to address my issue and I'm stuck as my money is there.
                Really dissatisfied about the services.

                  I have paid electricity bill from paytm. My paytm balance was rs. 31 they have detec my walletammount also and they have not given any message that my electric bill has been paid or not. we dont know that my amount for electric bill has been paid from my paytm account or not my electric bill last due date is 28/11/2016 so please reply me as far as possible.

                    I am Saurabh Prakash our Paytm Wallet ID is [protected], maine 19-10-16 ko PNB bank mai Rs 2000.00 transfer kra tha our Bank Txn ID: [protected] & Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected], maine bank se kafi baar pucha is transaction ke liye bank mai har bar bank kehte hai koi transfer nhi aaya hai or na hi request transaction, phir mai paytm mai bhi kafi complain kra but vo hmesha kehte bank mai pta kro hum send kr diya hai amount .
                    Mai kafi paresaan ho rha hu 2-3 din se, avi paise ko leker vaise hi kafi problem chal rhi hai uper se ager company apne customer ko paresaan kr rhi hai .
                    Mera aapse request hai ki aap is problem ko jald se jald shortout kre or mera paisa ya to wallet mai dale ya a/c mai daale .

                            I used paytm to pay my electricity bill after completing the final step that is submitting the One time password I received no acknowledgement of the payment instead it prompted order failed but to the contrary my account was debited with that transaction amount. Its been more than 48 hours still no refund has been made. Please look into this matter at the earliest and revert back the amount if my transaction has failed.
                            I sent several emails to ur customer care id but got no reaponse, which is really disappointing to come from such a renowed company. This was my first time using paytm and I regret using it.Attached is the debit notification amounting to Rs.1030/- from my account. Hoping for a quick response. Thank you.

                              I am facing lot of challenges using Paytm.

                              I charged from my Mobile [protected] Rs.500/-. And also from my computer for Rs.1000/- and because at both the places my mobile number is same it's not allowing any transaction neither from Mobile nor from Computer.

                              Please resolve this asap. Your customer care numbers do not work at all.

                              Please resolve this urgently.

                                I had erroneously made a payment to a number on Paytm. Usually, if this happens with a bank, they request you to file a complaint and give you suitable recourse to retrieve the funds back.
                                Here, I got a curt reply - oh, we are sorry that happened to you, but we can't do anything. Speak to the person you transferred it to.
                                I am glad that the person I transferred it to was a nice lady and she actually very promptly paid it back to me. But imagine someone not like that?? I would have had no recourse !
                                Straighten your act guys ... this ain't gonna work in the long run as business goes up and expectations increase

                                      i am surprise there is no customer care and nobody is responding i had marked an email at [protected]@paytm.com and received an acknowledgement but there is no action.

                                      Even there is no notification why this is pending.
