Hi

I have booked event tickets for today from paytm.
I did not get any mails from paytm about ticket details.
I have called them up many times and raised many tickets but nothing much happend.

The customer service is really poor.

Ticket number #09850411

Please help. Another 3 hours to go for the event.

    Rs.1000/ added on 16.11.2016, and Rs.900/, Rs.200/, Rs.222/ added on 17.11.2016 how come these transactions disappear from wallet kindly furnish details to unable us know.

    If this the case how can one trust this type of transactions without information your are not suppose to debit.this will treated very seriously.

But sorry to inform you that the recharge is not sucessfull and the amount has been deducted from my bank.So how i can return back the money to my account.please inform.

          I were order for new INTEX mobile phone but seller sent use mobile. my invoice date was 29/10/2015 but my warranty expire on 17/08/16. when I went Aadinath telecome service center in Ajmer for repair on 10/10/16 he said your mobile is not warranty period because warranty expire on 17/08/16 and say this is use mobile, I write to Paytm from 14/10/16 to till date many time one answer every time I contact seller give 48 to 72 hours and last said please sent mobile to seller for repair. I decline and write I do not know seller I buy from Paytm and his loyalty If you pickup and replace or refund my amount I can sent to you.
          Last he said I am unable to solve your problem.
          You are requested please look in to the matter and replace my mobile.

            Hi my name is shankar kumar mishra. And paytm mobile number is [protected].
            I am from new delhi amd long time paytm user.
            I made two transactions to order an online pizza from doninos app using paytm.
            Both the transactions failed and order was cancelled due to fault from dominos.
            Transaction amount:- rupees 133 & rupees 433. Date:- 17th nov 2016, time around 6pm in the eve.
            I want my refund asap. Can't wait too much because of dominos's fault.

                  I have recharged by mobile no. [protected] through paytm for rs.101/- vide transaction id[protected] this amount is also debited from my axis bank account but mobile is not recharged.

                    kindly due the clear which has showing pending amount, my paytm number [protected]/[protected].i m the business man which effect us with my guest, please clear as possible as slove this issue. pending amount clear and the transaction.this matter happing from 10 days prior.how we can handle with my guest, and kyc document i have filled so it should not be shoot this kind of issue.

                    Yesterday i recharged my mobile with 200/- then my bank account deducted my money also. but it shows 'waiting for confirmation for your order'. paytm sends a message to my mobile 'wait for 2hrs, it was processing'. still iam not getting recharge amount. my order id is [protected] 10th Nov'16 8:51pm.

                        I have booked two movie ticket through paytm. the booking was successful & money has been deducted from my wallet but neither i got any sms to my registered no nor there was any order showing in my order list regarding the confirmation of the same. after approaching the customer care through mail they are giving me false excuses & moreover adamant in their behaviour. sometimes they are saying no transaction showing in the booking id after providing the details now they are saying yes the transaction is successful & sms sent to your mobile but when i asked where is my order copy & why it is not showing in my order list they are not answering to this. They are not ready to accept the technical error for which the service provider has to borne the cost. Without having any confirmation details how someone will get to know that the booking was successful.

                        Transfer twice done but in account credited one time and please update email id my both numbers .please refunded amount rs-986 and 400 this amount not credit.

                          My friend sent me Rs 2300 in my wallet but due to limitation of amount upto 10000, i didn't receive the amount but i could see the cash received notification nd it's still pending..now that money neither came in my wallet when i spent all my previously stored money, nor it had returned to my friend's wallet..what should i do to restore the money in any of the wallets? Nd how long will it take as i urgently need the money...please do the needful soon..Thank u.

                                I have ordered safari bagpack on paytm and in 1st use itself it is tear.
                                I have not find any safari service center, please provide me list of service center here at raipur (C. G.)
                                Also requesting you to remove seller those are selling these 2nd quality products on paytm.
                                This is my 2nd bad experience with you previously i was order vivo v3 32 gb (Rose gold) (Order no is[protected]) that was also a second hand product that your seller sent me and again this bag
                                I am feeling cheated by you & your seller in this safari bag pack, those i had used 1st time and got tear.
                                If this will happen again and again i will not going to recommend any one to use paytm and start negative adverting against you.

                                I have recharged of Rs.39/- for STD call 0.30p/min on 18 Nov 2016 at 1900 hrs vide Paytm order No.[protected]. Amount already debited from my Bank a/c, but the same has not been credited in my mobile account. Request credited the same and outcome may please be intimated through SMS in my mobile No.[protected].

                                    Dear sir, About Two Three Days i have made a recharge of rs 145 at that time it show that your transaction is processing i have wait so many time and my account shows that 145 rs have been deducted from Your Account and i don't have a recharge but after that i have again do the same thing after a half an hour but it again do the same thing after at Midnight i have a message on my phone that your transaction of Rs 145 is done so i am telling you that i have done two time transaction. please refund my money I am daily using paytm app in my daily life so sir its first time about this .

                                      Secondly, sony always recommends to purchase products from its authorized dealers. Please refer the below mentioned link to find the list of sony authorized dealers:

                                      Only the dealers listed on the given link are authorized by sony to sell its products. The product is required to be purchased from an authorized dealer in order to get any sort of post-sale services under warranty.

                                      This is the mail i got from sony india when i asked them about my ps4 with all the details. Paytm is impossible to contact over the phone. Email replies are redundant and useless.
                                      Please note that i am very disappointed with paytm.

                                        I have purchased nokia 105 mobile online through paytm vide order no # [protected]. Which was delivered on monday, november 23, 2015 thrugh curier. Phone is under 01 year replacement warranty and becomes faulty (Switched off automatically.
                                        Self went to nokia care 3 r 4 times for repair they refuse and said it is under replacement warranty and said replace it from where you have purchased. Self talked with customer support of nokia /microsoft, they also tell me it will be replaced through paytm from where you have purchase it. Call to paytm and tell the details and we assure they will provide the replacement of same.
                                        No answer received from paytm
