    Dear sir, About Two Three Days i have made a recharge of rs 145 at that time it show that your transaction is processing i have wait so many time and my account shows that 145 rs have been deducted from Your Account and i don't have a recharge but after that i have again do the same thing after a half an hour but it again do the same thing after at Midnight i have a message on my phone that your transaction of Rs 145 is done so i am telling you that i have done two time transaction. please refund my money I am daily using paytm app in my daily life so sir its first time about this .

      This is in reference to your e-mail dated 15/11/2016.

      As per your e-mail, we need to inform you that, media enterprises at paytm is not an authorized sony india seller. So, sony india will not entertain warranty on the product.

      Secondly, sony always recommends to purchase products from its authorized dealers. Please refer the below mentioned link to find the list of sony authorized dealers:

      http://www.sony.co.in/section/retailshops

      Only the dealers listed on the given link are authorized by sony to sell its products. The product is required to be purchased from an authorized dealer in order to get any sort of post-sale services under warranty.

      Furthermore, as the seller is not authorized, we would suggest you to contact the same seller from where you have purchased the product for further support on the issue.

      We seek your kind understanding in this concern.

      This is the mail i got from sony india when i asked them about my ps4 with all the details. Paytm is impossible to contact over the phone. Email replies are redundant and useless.
      Please note that i am very disappointed with paytm.

        I have purchased nokia 105 mobile online through paytm vide order no # [protected]. Which was delivered on monday, november 23, 2015 thrugh curier. Phone is under 01 year replacement warranty and becomes faulty (Switched off automatically.
        Self went to nokia care 3 r 4 times for repair they refuse and said it is under replacement warranty and said replace it from where you have purchased. Self talked with customer support of nokia /microsoft, they also tell me it will be replaced through paytm from where you have purchase it. Call to paytm and tell the details and we assure they will provide the replacement of same.
        No answer received from paytm

            I have mailed Paytm many times and they have not replied to any of the ticked since yesterday evening.

                    Hello,
                    Currently i have recharge electricity bill which due date on 15/11/2016. And i had recharge that amount on 14/11/2016 via paytm. I have not received any confirmation regarding this. I tried calling paytm customer care service but there is only aotomatic voice response.. I am unable to reach actual customer care. I tried my refund which is 1520 but still i am unable to get these..

                    All i want is now just my refund. I do not want to use these worst application.

                      I have booked a important flight from Hyderabad to Varanasi for 20th Nov 2016 with order ID [protected]. I was a regular user of makemytrip before and they had clearly provided a channel which explains the procedure if I get my ticket cancelled directly from the airlines. Since, that explanation was not present in PayTM, I sent a mail to PayTM asking them the procedure. Following is the mail copy:

                      I clearly asked them the procedure. After few days, I directly get messages/mails that my ticket has been cancelled and the refund is under process. These guys seem they don't understand English. Even now, I keep calling PayTM daily and they keep on putting my call on hold and I keep on explaining them the issue and finally they put me on hold for 24 Hrs. The trip was important to me but now the flight ticket is 5000 more than what I booked.

                      This is the way PayTM is having transparent & clear policies. Joke!

                          I have did the recharge through the paytm on my phone. After a few second i got the success message from paytm side. But when i checked mobile balance i have not got the money and message of success. Even i call the vodafone customer care he said recharge is not done.

                          So i humbled request to paytm team please look into that issue. I hope you guys help me out off this.

                            On 7th Oct 2016 I booked Dominos pizza via paytm through net banking with my previous company registered mobile number that is [protected] but the transaction were become failed. Now I have give the resign from there.
                            I register my complaint to refund my Rs901 amount from paytm wallet to my bank account through which the transaction was take place but every time they generated my new complaint ID (ID:09626210, ID:09472356., ID:09603449. 09455305, 09343984.) not given satisfactory answer.
                            So, I kindly request you to refund my amount to my bank account.

                                    I bought a stayfree ultra of rs. 165 which is having free cashback of rs. 45 on paytm.com.
                                    I scratched the code and entered code in paytm.com after logging in paytm.com/stayfree, as instructed.
                                    My mobile number is [protected] and after logging in paytm.com, its showing that i successfully entered code... But my paytm wallet is not showing rs.45 credited.

                                    Plz credit my rs.45 on my paytm account soon.

                                    Call me for any further query.
                                    I have added 700 rs in my paytm wallet.. Amount is deducted from my bank account but not added in my paytm wallet.. And i complaint to paytm assistance but not get satisfactory response.. Please help

                                      When i process a recharge of 50 rs., it is not done because some technical problems..system said your mobile number is already registered.. .plz solve my problems.. .
                                      Today i had recharged of delhi Metro card it had been successfully done status bt i didn't get balance on my card i need my money back as soon as possible...
