I have booked a important flight from Hyderabad to Varanasi for 20th Nov 2016 with order ID [protected]. I was a regular user of makemytrip before and they had clearly provided a channel which explains the procedure if I get my ticket cancelled directly from the airlines. Since, that explanation was not present in PayTM, I sent a mail to PayTM asking them the procedure. Following is the mail copy:

I clearly asked them the procedure. After few days, I directly get messages/mails that my ticket has been cancelled and the refund is under process. These guys seem they don't understand English. Even now, I keep calling PayTM daily and they keep on putting my call on hold and I keep on explaining them the issue and finally they put me on hold for 24 Hrs. The trip was important to me but now the flight ticket is 5000 more than what I booked.
This is the way PayTM is having transparent & clear policies. Joke!
