      I had ordered a table (Housefull Flint Corner Table Large Wenge) costing 1790 from paytm on 13 october 2016 with order no of paytm - [protected]. the delivery date showed it would take around 20-23 days( 9/11/2016 roughly). in between the company(housefull )sent a sms (attached below)on 25/10/16 that they are out for delivery and gave a phone number[protected] to track ...but the number is on automatic and directs u to some other number where i waited and nobody picked . then i contacted paytm(query Ref :[protected]and told about this.. to which they asked me wait till the mentioned waiting time 9/11/16 to received the product...i agreed. then on 9/11/2016 i received a sms that the product /order has been received by me at home/mentioned address, when i wasnt at home and nobody else at home had received the order. meaning that the company had delivered the order when in fact they didnt deliver and in fact they dont provide any tracking details except for a company phone number which is futile.i have contacted paytm through the grievance section but they act as a machine and repeat that company has delivered and has been received by me and if you have any other query then "contact us".
      please help me receive my product(table) or else atleast my refund.

      I have send my money via paytm to bank but not diposite in my account yet paytm is given me transaction id i given transaction id to bank and bank ay this is wrong id,

      oaytm and axis bank no given clealy answer to me,

      last 24 hours my money was block.

          The company is charging more than MRP. The Government should take strict action against such companies as it is offence to charge more than MRP. Moreover they are not responding properly when complaint is lodged. My complaint is related to price charged from me and not the product or packaging. In the Paytm screenshot, price of product shown Rs.2590/- and thereafter 17% discount offered and final price is Rs.2150/- which is also given in Invoice. But the product price is (M.R.P Rs.1990/- only. It is just a case of cheating and wrong information to customers as any product can't be sold in excess of M.R.P. Please take up with the company for refunding the excess amount charged.

            I made my payments towards Airtel digital for Rs.510/- and Rs. 225.- to aircel prepaid mobile by my credit card through Paytm.But it is astonishing to say the same amt. Has not been adjusted. While as the whole amount has deducted from my c.card. It is humbly requested to Pl.adjust the amount towards the concerned. Time 8:00 P.M on 12/11/2016. with regards.                 I had booked a golden pearl Scania bus through paytm from Bangalore to adoor for 11/11/2016 at 9.45 pm. As soon as I reached the boarding point I called the customer care and asked where the bus was. He answered that the bus was cancelled and he had tried to call but cudnt connect me. I asked him that what shud I do as I have reached the boarding point and the next day I had an important meeting. He then called me after 5 mins and told that I can board the bus which is parked in front of the travels office. I saw him as soon as I got there and he had arrranged me a seat. And then the bus reached some destination and the driver told me that it was the last stop which is not even close to my destination. Again I had to call the golden pearl customer care and now this time they responded very rudely that i shud catch some other transportation and they can't do any thing about it. They asked me to even go and complain about it. Such a disappointing act and I had to pay all the amount and still such a worse service. I'm attaching my details with this hoping they would look upon this issue.

                    I want to know that when i will get my paytm money back.

                    I also mailed with neccessary details but nothing happened.

                    You should improve your transaction facility.

                      am neeru frm haryan narnaul.i hv facing some problems when i added money credit card .But Paytm Does not refund back the Cash back amount to the Bank from where the amount was paid by the Customer but keeps it in the form of Cashback only on Cancelled / Returned Orders which is totally incorrect. Thus matter needs to be reported to RBI / Govt. authoritijes.

                        Dear sir,

                        I have orderd parker vector pen set on 20th october, 16 and same were received within week but when pacage were open i found that internal package were already open and 1 item were missing same time i have complaint to the customer care and till date missing item were not provided also my return request was rejected, in this regards lots of mail sent to the company and on mail they offer me amount of rs 208/- as compensation but i can't agree to take compensation. i want either give full package or take material back and refund full amount.

                        Please intervene in this matter and resolved my problem.

                            I had ordered for coirfit mattress (order no. [protected]) on 26th oct 2016. just when the delivery date was nearing (14th nov 2016) they cancelled the order without any intimation. they have also blocked my money in paytm wallet.

                            Customer's cannot talk to any representatives on their customer care number. i am not sure if i will ever get my money back.

                            I waited for getting the product for 18 days and this came as a rude shock after making the payment. there is no response to the e-mails and customer care recorded options i had given.

                            This is a big fraud where they are taking the white money from customers and not delivering the ordered product and blocking it in their paytm wallet without customer's consent.

                            Request all to be careful when shopping with paytm fraudster using your hard earned money.

                              I added 1000 rs in paytm wallet on 28-10-16 which was deducted from my bank and showing status "awaiting for confirmation" even after 9-10 days same status. And now that record itself removed. I complaint on paytm customer care but no replay. I have the bank transaction detail but no paytm record.
                              I requested for refund or atleast add in my wallet.

                                  Yesterday i was very shocked after receiving my ordered item [protected] shipped through Bluedart AWB [protected]. When i opened the carton which was tapped with Paytm as well as DHL tape, i found a JBL product box in tempered condition. The condition of product box alarmed me about something wrong and i was right after opening the product box. There were no any thing which belong to purchased item, however there was a stone wrapped with dirty cloth. This was very shocking for me because this was my first chance when i used Paytm channel to order any product online. However i have been used Amazon, Flipkart, Sanpdeal many times but never faced such issue.

                                  So this experience will force me to stop shopping on Paytm channel in future. I need your full support and favorable resolution and my money back.

                                  I was not expecting such fraud.

                                    Paytm team intentionally denying due justice post complaining over the call as well as email towards charging more than mrp and even post sharing pictures is requesting for the same information again...

                                    This is just one of the issues that i have reported on post recharges made with them the cashback has also not been applied when raised it is claimed that i have not added the coupon code, which is absurd as i have.

                                    But charging more than the mrp is unethical and is a offence.

                                      I was received my courier on 08 November I was order one trimmer from Paytm online shopping but when I open the box and what I see the box empty there is no items in box. I was complaint to customer care executive regarding to this and they are told me that they get action and solve my query in 48 hours but I don't reply from Paytm in 48 hours.

                                        Ordered 2 32 GB memory card but received 2 16 GB. Complained regarding the same and was asked to return the item. Send the item but for the first three times the item was not received. Then was asked to return it to a different address. Send back the item for the forth time and this time the item showed delivered but Paytm says they did not receive the item. The tracking clearly showed that the item was delivered on the 29/10/2016.
                                        Now Paytm asks for the proof of delivery.
                                        I am very disappointed with the service Paytm has and would definitely not recommend it to anyone.
                                        I have lost the item, the price of the item and the 4 times shipping charges.
                                        Please help and advise what can be done.
