On 7 Nov 2016, i received a call from [protected] stating that they are from trueworthmart and they have a product (Discount card) for me and for that i have to pay Rs. 5499. I have paid that amount on the same day using my SBI credit card. But I doubt that the company which they is a fraud one . Can u tell me to which account the amount has been transferred. If the amount is not transferred to their account please provide me details of their account and other details

    Order id [protected] was delivered to me on 20/10/16. On opening the packet i found that it is only single towel in place of set of 4 towels. So i immediately tried to call paytm customer care but could not connect so from my account page i raised the return/cancellation of order. But as order was not updated as delivered hence it asked me not to receive the item (But item was already with me). On 21/10/2016 i called customer care, and as per instruction, i mailed images of items (2 mails having 4 different images) also mentioning that item was sealed and having no invoice inside the packet. Since then i mailed/called customer care number of times, initially i have been told that some more time is required but later on i have been told that some suspicious activity has been observed in my account from my side hence my issue/request cannot be entertained. When i enquire about the type of suspicious activity, customer care rep was unable to tell.
    I am holding account with paytm for a long time & my order details can show consistent transactions (Since januray 2106 approx rs 37000/- apart from paytm wallet used at other merchants with very less return/replacement) and suddenly for one order without enquiring with me, my integrity have been questioned by the term suspicious activity.
    Inspite of calling number of times paytm is not listening and they are not having any channel which can be contacted at senior level
    So do the needful for proper investigation of the matter and for resolving my issue of receiving incomplete order. If anything else is required from my side the same can be asked from me.

      I have booking travels chennai Salem via Paytm but bus was cancelled due to some issue I don't know why, am try to calling travel agent he spoke like bus was cancelled your amount will be refunde by PAYTM don't disturb me.. but money upto now didn't refunded, this way to treating a customer.       I have paid my Bsnl bill of mob no [protected] and my no gets disconnected what nonsense service by paytm. Only today I got my Bsnl post paid connection resolved by paying again.
      Payatm u either refund my money or pay the consequences. Watch out pay ATM stop fooling people. Please look into my matter urgently

        Hi friends,
        In paytm lots of duplicate benefits for special recharge, i recharge a net pack of 2G 500 mb for 96 rs for 60 days but i got recharge of 1 gb of data pack for just 7 days. when i call and ask customer care of my service provider they are saying it was already changed before 1 week. so we cant do any thing.
        This was the updation process of paytm. pls beware of recharging in paytm
        I recharge my mobile with 500rs. With an offer code that promice that i will get 1 movie ticket free like buy one get 1 free. Coupon code was movie4recharge.
        But this coupon shows expired when i book my movie ticket.

        I logged a complaint to paytm but no resolution provided yet.

Vodafone customer care told me that no amount was received which I can not take benefit of my balance net, please solve my dispute as early possible and my amount deposit back

            I booked two flight tickets through paytm from chandigarh to Banglore IndiGo 6E-478 IXC 16:35 with the PNR number mentioned in the complaint sub. But on reaching at the airport, Airport staff told that there is no flight on 1st and 3rd sunday form chandigarh airport, so flight rescheduled for monday without any information to me. As per the information, if there is no flight on 1st and 3rd sunday, then why ticket has been booked from your end This has caused me lot of inconvenience in term of finance, physical as well as psychological. So please provide me the information, who is responsible for this inconvenience and who is going to compensate for the same.

                I got a call around 12pm yesterday calling behalf of SBI Credit for verification to update your details need few more details i shared with in halfnour my amount 2 times happened 5000+5000 = 10, 000 from Ideamoney 2500, MMPL-1520 total 14, 020 rupees has been transferred i got msg that was made on SBI Credit at ONE97 Communication-paytm . After that i got to know its fraud call not from SBI. I raised complaint near police station also.even in cybercrime complaint

                please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back

                    I transfer Rs 200 in Uber PayTM and used Rs, 30 having balance of Rs 173 in PayTM Uber but Uber not allowed any ride having a minimum bakance of Rs 200 so I decide to pay cash instead of Pay TM
                    After reminders I have nt received any reply from ur site
                    Please let me know that how I will get refund of my Paytm money lying in Uber in future if I kept a minimum balance their.

                      My paytm Registered Number is [protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com. On october 17, i received a msg from paytm that i have made a payment of Rs.5853 on BigBasket through paytm which was not done by me. So on receiving this msg of fraud transaction, I contacted Paytm by email [protected]@paytm.com. And as paytm doesn't have a helpline, i had to wait for days to get a reply from paytm. Therefor I contacted bigbasket to cancel the order and to refund my money. On calling Bigbasket customer care, I got to know that BigBasket order number given in paytm was invalid and Bigbasket representative said me that order with given order number cannot be a order placed in year 2016 because orders placed in 2016 start with '16' and given order number started with '14'. On mailing BigBasket on the same, I got to know that the order was placed on oct[protected]screenshot attached). After waiting for days, i got an irresponsible and unrelated reply from paytm that order was succesfull from paytm side and that I have to contact BigBasket(screenshot attached). And after many days i got a reply that SOMEHOW got compromised and SOMEONE used my wallet. 1st thing is, how can anyone login without OTP when i never allowed anyone to access my phone and my password was impossible to crack. One more thing in the reply was that "as services have been provided and cannot be refunded now". i have been contacting paytm from the day i received a msg of fraud transaction. So why should I lose my money because of your irresponsibility. And a invoice was attached with the reply which had a Bigbasket Invoice of Rs.5853 with a different order number. This is how paytm cheated me. I demand for refund of my money Rs.5853 plus compensation as i would have gained enough profit from my lost money. I will not sit quite until i get my money back. Paytm should be shut down for these fraud transactions they are doing with many.

                        Respected sir,

                        On 9th october 2016, i have done payment of mahanagar gas limited of rs 1593/-, transaction id : [protected], order no: #[protected]. As the amount is being deducted from my credit card account but the mahanagar gas limited have not received any amount of the bill, its still showing pending & now with late fees it has been turned to rs 1693/-.

                        Also i have enquired with my icici bank account regards to the deduction they have replied the amount is being sent to paytm & the transaction number is : 584442. And said you can contact to paytm for the deduction of amount.

                        I have mailed to paytm several times but as no 1 is bothered to solve the issue. Please try to re-solve my issue.

                        The ticket no is 08873822 with reference to parent ticket 08534363 query is unsolved with paytm.

                        I have purchased a Sony icf j1 radio in paytm. I received it around 3rd November. It has showed 3band but MW channel not work .no any programme only distortion sound comes why please do me clarify? Other wise you sold me such a fake item in high price.

                          This is Mohit Tayal, i am using frequently the uts mobile apps to book unreserved tickets for traveling suburban palwal to delhi.

                          Recently, i have recharged my wallet balance through online paytm - ag on 07th Nov 2016 two times. Each time it got failed but the amount was deducted in my icici savings account bank. I have enquired with icici and confirmed that the transaction was success and advised check with paytm.
                          for reference i also attached screenshot of deducted amount each time.

                          Hence, need your assistance to refund the amount in my wallet balance or my bank account.

                          I advice to cancel the method of payment by paytm or fine them for suffering people & cheating them.

On Paytm home page it is showing 50% cashback on movie tickets. so i have booked 4 movie tickets in PVR Cinema, Elante Mall, Chandigarh.                               Sir मैंने xiomi note3 paytm से ख़रीदा जिसकी व्याख्या इस प्रकार है 16 मेगापिक्सेल कैमरा फोटो बिंदुओं मै आती है । 3gb ram है इंटरनेट use करते समय गर्म होता है । हैंग भी होता है । इन परेशानियो के कारण मैंने रिफंड माँगा ये स्वीकार भी किया अगले दिन फोन paytm ले गए । उसके बाद मोबाइल पर रिफंड का मैसेज भी आया लेकिन paytm की app य web site पर अपडेट नहीं हुआ । मैंने कस्टमर केयर को मेल किया जबाब मिला की अगले 4-5 दिन मै आपको रिप्लेसेड फोन मिल जायेगा । अब पैसे मैंने खर्च किये उसके बाद मै क्यों इतने समय के लिए इन्तजार करूँ । आपसे अनूरोध है मेरा पैसा मुझे वापस दिलाये मुजगे नही चाहिए इनके घटिया फोन । धन्यबाद [protected]
                              I recharged on my no. On date 24 and 25 oct dat recharge was pending . Your customer care said to recharge again dese two wil be canceled and refund will b reflect in ur account. Now aftr 7 day you guys repeat dose both recharges now dose are useless for me so cancell dem and refund my money.
                              I want to recharge my mobile from paytm though i have enough balance as i am getting message that i have to verify my mobile number. When i am doing the mobile verification process, it is not accepting .pl advise

                                      I have booked my bus tickets from kanpur to delhi through Shri maruti travels. Tickets was cancelled by SMT and mioney was not refunded. I called up SMT they had asked me to call Paytm. Paytm said that they will not be able to refund as it was more than days and they asked me to contact SMT. SMT said that once the tickets was cancelled by them they had refunded the money to Paytm and Paytm is responsible to pay my money. I have already raised a ticket regarding this issue with you people but no response.
