    First i paid 835 on bsnl using paytm gateway using phonepe upi. Then bsnl send me a message that transaction was unsuccessful due to connectivity error at status api of paytm so i checked my phonepe app for details and their it show that the transaction was successful i contacted them and still they said that it was successful from their end and they had not received any refund i contacted my bank which also denied of receiving any kind of refund so it was obvious to me that most probably the problem is with the payment gateway provider which was paytm i contacted paytm they agreed that they will look into it but till now they have not given me any response, any update and so it has been already 13 days since transaction so i have no option but to take legal action on paytm. I have attached the utr reference number.

      I have bought pubg uc worth rupees 420 rupees on 27/04/2020
      I want the refund ass the amount is not showing in my game id .i have contacted the game customer care and they have replied to contact with payment gateway i have proof of the transaction os please help me out

          I am not interested for the below insurance. Kindly cancel the home burglary insurance of rs 1 lac for rs 15 which is added by default, it is ticked in check box automatically. I also request you to refund rs 15 into my bank account or Paytm wallet.

            We have booked two tickets of to and fro from delhi to toronto last year in 2019 from paytm of jet airways and then airlines shut down, they said we have process our full refund from the partner from where we booked the ticket. It’s more than a year till now nothing is refunded back to us . Please help us to resolve the issue . I want to file complaint against paytm to refund our money back . I am attaching below the invoice of bookings.

              I have purchased mobile legends diamonds for ₹800 on 25/04/2020 and the money has been debited from my account but i did not recieved any diamond also didn't show up in google play purchase history. On checking the statement the money has been debited to transfer to times of money limited. Please help solve this issue. This is the second time that has happened to me and the first one was not solved.

                  Hi. Yesterday at 11.00 am some hacker hacked my account and with draw 5000 rs. They told us they are from big bazar and for online shopping they send us a some link and then they ask for otp, we deny to give otp to them. Then they cut the phone. After 2 min i received a message that 5000 rs debited from my account. Their transfer details are. Upiar/[protected]/dr/na/pytm/[protected]@py/hcjh their mobile no still in working. Their mobile no. Are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Please help me.

                            I am not interested for the insurance said above in the subject.                               I recharged my ACT internet through your service. The amount paid from my bank through debit card 5. days ago. The Bank sent me an SMS: Rs.883.82 spent on POS/Ecom using IB Debit card on 17/04/20 14:36 at PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS NOIDA from Ac:xxxxxx1. Bal xxxxx. But my internet was disconnected today with notification that they have not received payment. I also checked my account. No refund is received from you. Where is my money?

                                    My mother (Sree lekha devi) account is been hacked and an amount of rs.3000 been deducted yesterday (19/4/2020 at 3.00pm).

                                    When i checked my account statement, 9999 rs been deducted as part of citruspay kotak and 20000 from paytm

                                      The refund for the ticket on booking it for the second time has not been initiated. Its been 3 months. I have not got my money back for the full amount 3457.
                                      For clarity i'll mention it again - 1) booked ticket on 4th 2) got refund on 4th but received the ticket 3) paytm sent me payment link to pay or else it will get cancelled on 6th 4) paid full amount on the link still ticket got cancelled and still the amount has not been refunded. Customer care of paytm is not at all assisting me, they don't pick the call for 30 minutes, then say the same regular excuses that the back end team is still working, so they have indirectly taken the full amount i. E 3457. I need a refund asap, paytm is really being careless, being a big firm i don't know how they manage to create errors on such level. Shame!!

                                      when will my complaint be processed? is this a joke?!!
                                      still no action has been taken, if proper action or refund is not generated on time I will take this matter to the consumer court and file a case against paytm (I have all due proofs), So respond ASAP with the refund else I am going to escalate it everywhere what paytm did!!
                                      I wish there was an option of zero rating stars!!
