My account got hacked and i have raised more than 20 queries with paytm the staff is not ready to resolve the issue and more over everyone is saying reach out to this department reach out to that department. They took more than 1.5 month and still the query is not resolved and i cannot add money to my paytm wallet. I am not able to use upi. I cannot ask for the number update as well because i have only one bank account that is link with my registered mobile number. Instead i would like to ask paytm team to unblock my account so that i can perform the transaction and use the virtual payment options

    The undersigned recharged mobile no.[protected] with rs.24/= on 9th april vide order no..[protected] and debited from my bank account. Seeing no response again recharged with rs.24/= on 12th april, 2020 vide order no.[protected] and again, after deducting cash back of rs.20/=, an amount of rs, 4/= was debited from my bank account. But till date the sim has not been recharged for which i am sufferring. Please check and remit amount to bsnl immediately.

        Maine paytm se 23/3/2020 rail ticket book kia pr ticket booking fail ho gya bcoz maine right rail password nhi daala tha pr mera 2803 rupay deduct ho gye.. Jab maine paytm me inquiry ki to msg aaya ki account me paisa transfer kia ja chuka pr actual me paisa refund hi nhi gya h..
        Baar baar complaint krne pr bhi koi sunwayi nhi ho rhi hai or iss tym #lockdown hone ki vjh se paise ki jarurat h rasan bgera k liye..
        Kripa kr k meri complaint ko dhyaan me rkh kr action liya jaye.

            I have payment against the royal pass of rs799 of payment 779 of sbi bank but i have not received uc so kindly refund the amount of rs 779.

            Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 15 april 2020 at 5:45pm via internet banking. Costing rs.779 for uc credit of 660.

            My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
            Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

            Customer care centres are unreachable.

            Could you please resolve this and ensure my purchased is carried out or refund my money back to my account

                    I got connected with the executive after 50 mins of wait the employee who was answering my call in a very disruptive manner said some harsh words and didn't provide any information about my issue I want a strict against the employee.

                      In paytm app i purchased every week some amount of gold but from last some weeks i have noticed that the paytm has purchase price slightly higher than the market prices and selling price is very low so today on[protected] also i have purchased gold of rs 1000 and after purchasing i have noticed that paytm has rs 5062/gm price and market price is approx rs 4206/gm when you sell your gold that have already purchased for that selling price is rs 3809/gm it means approx rs 1200/gm difference in purchasing and selling price
                      That is totally fraudulent case so i have decided to go to consumers forms for the same i have uploaded the necessary documents and i have some videoes also if you require and i have also previous purchases figures since paytm doing this.
                      Kindly take the necessary action against it.

                            I had travelled from Vadodara to Silvasa in Feb'20 during my personal Car. Paytm deducted Rs.345 from my paytm wallet mentioning there is mismatch in vehicle class. My car registration no. is GH06JE3312. My mobile no. is [protected]. Paytm is not responding in my complaints.

                            Hope to get refund at the earliest.

                                      On 9 april my friend need money and he has credit card so he asked me to generate two money request link of amount 2499. When he had done the payment via his credit card immediately paytm blocked my account. There is 9k rs in my paytm wallet. I contacted paytm support and provided them all documents but they always reply with same message give share bank statements. They are not opening my account. Please help i have all proof. I never done any illegal work. I need help
