ON 25 October 2016 when i sent 1000/- from my ac [protected] to my other ac [protected] my [protected] had already 4247/- balance. . That time ac [protected] remained 0 balance. Because of 10000 limit cross on ac [protected] that 1000/-went in PENDING. My balance was already 4247/-. Then after complaint message came 1000/- REFUNDED BACK TO [protected]. After that day revived 3200/- from clients on [protected] and i used 210/- balance is 2990/- And on ac [protected] after purchase 1469 + 286 + 51 balance is 2442. Paytm saying 1000 added on [protected] and used for shopping. Loosers when my amount is refunded to [protected] how they are saying i have used for shopping on [protected]. idiot people dont even know i my 1000/- not added into both accounts wallet yet. because of this fraud service i had to pay 1000/- to my customer plus my 1000/- loss. paytm made me have loss of 2000/- and still giving BS replies that they have added my amount in wallet even my wallet balance is still same as i mentioned. they are not even reading emails. their Customer helplines are totally BS any of them is not working but eating mobile balance for calls. there is actually 24 x 7 helpline for paytm where we can talk with their executives . i request to consumer court please made Paytm fraud app pay my full losses else tell me how i can fill case against paytm in consumer court. this paytm people replying to my emails since 26 october and giving me same replies. i am so angry and i would like to say please Ban this app on all servers. read there are thousands of people complained but their refund not done. PLEASE MAKE PAYTM GIVE MY FULL LOSSES BACK TILL THAT TIME I WILL PUBLISH THE SAME TOPIC ON EVERY SOCIAL SITES. TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE FROM FRAUD COMPANIES IS NOT A BAD WORK AT ALL..

    I had placed an order in paytm 25 days back and it was supposed to be delivered by 10th of this month but it is not yet delivered. i have already complained regarding this to paytm care for 4-5 times still they are not looking into it. when i ask them they are telling it will be delivered soon and i have been hearing the same thing for last 4-5 times.
    Sir i pay electricity bill from paytm and paytm not show the last transaction of my bill payment please show immediately.

      I had transfer 5000 in my bank account through paytm wallet. But bank closed my account no. Without informed me before i transfer money by paytm. Now i contact my bank nd also paytm 100 times. I give all details statements & a letter given by bank abot account closed date to paytm.. Nd give arn no to bank given by paytm to my bank. Paytm said they successfully transfer money in your account they give all details.. But bank said account is permanently closed before i transfer money. Bank said contact paytm and paytm said contact ur bank. Non[protected] them help me and didn't trace my money and refund me.. Sir im a indian army martyr's (Shaheed) son. I need money very unrgently. Plz any help me. I will thankful to you for this and i can provide all proof and details.

        I had rs 2072 on 18th october. And 2 days later there was a problem in my uber account regarding my paytm authorization. I reauthorozed it but now the money is gone and i am left with a balance of rs 118 only.

        I had 2 paytm accounts one with my mobile number with uber and one with my email address. They have both been synced and all my money from the uber account of rs 2000 has been taken.

        I am constantly getting the same email from paytm asking me to authorize the phone number on the account, but it is not accepting my phone number.

        There has been no proper follow up of the case. No one has looked into the account and fixed this. I am constantly sending across emails but hardly getting any support on the matter. Its been almost 10 days since the issue.

          Multiple tickets generated against my request & reminders but no action has been taken so far in respect of a simple return of order# [protected]...
          Shame on paytm!!!
          As per the return policy the seller will accept return of item within 15 days from the date of delivery.
          In the meantime no courier has come to receive the return packet even after lapse of 9 days of delivery. Who will be responsible if returned item will not reach the seller within prescribed time.
          Only ticket generation will not solve the issue what paytm care is doing up till date.
          I guess some nuisance is being created to harass the customer like me... Nobody can wait full day for courier boy whose contact no even is not provided in messages for return pickup sent to me on 27th & 28th oct 2016.
          I strongly condemn service of paytm for online shopping and never recommend it for others.

            I had ordered a trolley bag from paytm on 10/10/16 with order id : [protected] and AWB : [protected]. The estimated delivery date was provided as 18/10/16, later which was changed to 24/10/16. In the mean while I was constantly writing to paytm as well as blue dart about delivering the item at the earliest. Paytm gave very sloppy responses and false assurance of the matter being escalated. After almost 12 mails to paytm and 8 mails to blue dart, the order finally reached Guwahati warehouse on 27/10/16. On 28th I got a call from blue dart in the moring saying they will deliver the order, but in the evening they send a message that paytm has cancelled the order and asked to roll back the shipment. When I called up the paytm customer care they told me that they have not send any such notification. Now as a consumer I am hanging in between paytm and blue dart. Paytm reps say that they have not cancelled the order and blue dart people say they have email intimation from paytm. The customer care reps from Paytm are hopeless, they refused to connect the call to a supervisor, neither did they forward the call to the escalations team nor did they agree to send out a notification to blue dart for shipment of the order. For the last few communications, paytm has not even replied back to the mails. As I was going through this forum I saw that somebody else has also posted the same concern. It seems like paytm services knowingly are harassing their customers. I have already paid for the order as well as wasted enough time, effort and money trying to contact the customer service, but nothing has helped. I feel cheated and do not want to use paytm services ever again. It has been a very horrible and pathetic service by paytm. The services for ebay and amazon are way better than that of paytm and would suggest people to refrain from using paytm services

              Neelakantappa holding sbi credit card (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-4324) and using it over last 2 years i have received telephone call on 26th october 2016 on my mobile no. [protected] on behalf of sbi offering discount card along with some gifts. the lady on phone introduced herself as himani sharma (contacted no.:[protected] from sbi and provided my card details like my name and account details etc. as i received sbi calls from random numbers i assume this was the genuine call as she provided my correct details. she offered the discount card with few gifts costing 9005/- which was suppose to be adjusted with my reward points and i did not have to pay. after some time i have received the otp password on my mobile and i have also received the call asking the otp password to process my card request. as person told me he has generated the otp password for my account and it is required to process the card request with verification. hence i have provided the same. after that i got the sms from sbi mentioning the transaction of 9005/- made on my account. hence i called the lady once again and she told me that amount shown on my account need not to be pay as it will be adjusted against my reward points. next day when i did not received the so called card, i contacted sbi customer care. they told me it was fraud call and they do not offer any discount card. hence i told them to block my card immediately. they requested me to fill online dispute form and email to [protected]@sbi.com which i have sent on 28th oct 2016

                    I have added rs. 200 to paytm wallet which is connected to uber, on 25.09.2016.
                    Whenever i see the uber paytm amount it shows 200 rs, available but if i want to use that amount for mobile recharge purpose than it shows zero balance.
                    there is no way to talk to any customer care executive either.

                      I had ordered vaccum cleaner from paytm and the product i purchased had two quantities (Pack of 2) in it and it was advertised by paytm.. Now when i received the order it had only one quantity in it and when i asked the paytm customer support regarding this... They replied that it was catalog issue and they cannot provide other quantity and then when i asked for seller contact details but they didn't disclose any details and also kept on denying for providing the product..

                                Paytm is full fraud now a days, they are cheating customers very easily. I will explain you all about my case We received staple pin boxes instead of mobile, so we logged a ticket on this issue.But your team without doing proper investigation, they decided that we received full order and they won't refund.
                                I clearly told, by observing weight we opened box in front of the courier boy and we had fight with him and we went paytm delivery office in anantapur, so people in delivery office saw the empty box on the same day and at the same time, everything happened in front of the courier boy and we went with him, we enquired on receiving empty box and we have been told to raise request to paytm customer care .

                                After having all these process, without enquiring, how will you decide that we had recieved mobile on basis of previous cancellations/returns .

                                So, I just would like you to enquire all the people involved in anantapur paytm delivery office and refund my amount or if not let me know to have further action from my end.

                                About filing case against you in consumer court. Becoz we have all proofs and inspite of that you are not listening at us and cheated customers like us.
                                I will look farword for your reply on this in next 24hr, if not I proceed with my procedure, becoz I found this is the last step I can approach paytm, so that nothing left from my end in going farword.

                                I ordered two items on 6th of july 2021.One of which i received today and instead of the item that I ordered I received a piece of stone inside the box. My order id is [protected].
                                I am also attaching the pictures of item that I received. When i tried calling paytm customer care i am not able to talk to anyone as they are not giving any option. My order is also showing not delivered when I have received that piece of stone already. So please help me. This is utter fraud from paytm. I have spent my hard earned money in that order.

                                  I have ordered for a hair straightener on 19th of october 2016, and i received it yesterday i.e., 26th of october. The problem is that it is not working at all.
                                  I tried turning it on today, it wouldn't turn on.
                                  I tried different places plugging it in. But in vain..When you turn the power switch on, the LED light is not blinking anymore, even i cant see the dim blinking ... I am very disappointed with the product i got, as this is my first purchase in paytm, I am feeling very bad.

                                  I want to put a replacement for this...

                                    Maine paytm se ek laptop purchase kiya tha aur unhone ne mujhe laptop ki jagaah cardborad send kar diya aur main roz unhen call kartaa hoon kam se kam 70-90 mins tak meri baat hoti hai lekin mujhe bas 24 to 48 hrs sunne ko milta hai aur naa toh woh refund karte hain naa he laptop dete hain agar koi coustomer ise padh raha ho aur use apne paison se pyar ho toh paytm se kuch mat kharidna woh log chor hai fraud saale haraam khor mere 55098 rs khaa gaye pata nahin unhone paise ka kya kiya shares mein lagaa diye yaa nasha kar liyaa mere paise ka mujhe mere paise nahin diye unhone nee bas tareek de dete hain magar result nahin agar coustomer care pe call karte hai toh saale baat aise klarte hain jaise CIA MI6 RAW se baat kar rahen ho hum saale chor mere paise khaa gaye agar koi apne paise bachaana chahta ho toh paytm se bach kar rehan aapke bhi paise khaa jaayenge. meri ticket id hai 08133410

                                      I have done an online payment for bsnl landline account number:[protected], telephone number is [protected], it is showing succeed in paytm portal; but bsnl is denying the receipt of payment through paytm. Account is still showing due in bsnl website. The amount is 378 rs and paytm order number is [protected]. I have already send the mail 5 times to paytm, also send an e-mail to bsnl, but no help. I could see in the internet that "bsnl kerala telecom circle today (The 22nd of february 2016), has issued a press release which inform all bsnl landline / broadband customers not to make any payment in paytm as such payments will cause disconnection of their services". Please help.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have placed a prepaid order being no. [protected] on 12th oct'16 and supposed to receive the same maximum by 19-20th oct'16 shipped by seller (Global marketers) through blue dart via awb no.[protected].

                                        For the delay in delivery i contacted and emailed thrice to blue dart but till date (27th oct'16) haven't received the same, after escalating the matter to their country head ms. Soniya nair, representative of kolkata office contacted me on 25th oct'16 and assured delivery by 27th oct'16.

                                        Today on 27th oct'16 blue dart local kolkata office representative mr. Joydeep bhattacharya informed me that they are unable to deliver the same because the shipper/seller (Global marketers) has cancelled the order and asked them not to deliver the same. They suggested me to contact paytm to resolve the problem and ask seller to instruct them to deliver the item.

                                        Upon their suggestion i again contacted paytm customer care and they informed that they have taken my query on record and forwarding the same to the seller and asked to wait till 24-48 hrs.

                                        I have not received any response from anyone whether its paytm, blue dart or the seller (Global marketers) and lingering between them and hoping for delivery of my product.

                                        At paytm there is no option to contact the seller and theie customer care also not interested to provide contact details of sellers, everytime when you contact them they will simply take your query and ask to waith till 24-48-72 hrs. For response.

                                        They dont have any intention to resolve the problem of customer and utmost they will cancel the order and refund the money in max. 15 days time.

                                        I am a regular online purchaser and shopping through ebay, flipkart, amazon, shopclues etc. But never faced this kind of negligency and carelessness in handling customers.

                                        So, before buying i request you all to check what type of support systems such website provide.
