I have ordered for a hair straightener on 19th of october 2016, and i received it yesterday i.e., 26th of october. The problem is that it is not working at all.
I tried turning it on today, it wouldn't turn on.
I tried different places plugging it in. But in vain..When you turn the power switch on, the LED light is not blinking anymore, even i cant see the dim blinking ... I am very disappointed with the product i got, as this is my first purchase in paytm, I am feeling very bad.

I want to put a replacement for this...

    Maine paytm se ek laptop purchase kiya tha aur unhone ne mujhe laptop ki jagaah cardborad send kar diya aur main roz unhen call kartaa hoon kam se kam 70-90 mins tak meri baat hoti hai lekin mujhe bas 24 to 48 hrs sunne ko milta hai aur naa toh woh refund karte hain naa he laptop dete hain agar koi coustomer ise padh raha ho aur use apne paison se pyar ho toh paytm se kuch mat kharidna woh log chor hai fraud saale haraam khor mere 55098 rs khaa gaye pata nahin unhone paise ka kya kiya shares mein lagaa diye yaa nasha kar liyaa mere paise ka mujhe mere paise nahin diye unhone nee bas tareek de dete hain magar result nahin agar coustomer care pe call karte hai toh saale baat aise klarte hain jaise CIA MI6 RAW se baat kar rahen ho hum saale chor mere paise khaa gaye agar koi apne paise bachaana chahta ho toh paytm se bach kar rehan aapke bhi paise khaa jaayenge. meri ticket id hai 08133410

      Dear sir,

      I have done an online payment for bsnl landline account number:[protected], telephone number is [protected], it is showing succeed in paytm portal; but bsnl is denying the receipt of payment through paytm. Account is still showing due in bsnl website. The amount is 378 rs and paytm order number is [protected]. I have already send the mail 5 times to paytm, also send an e-mail to bsnl, but no help. I could see in the internet that "bsnl kerala telecom circle today (The 22nd of february 2016), has issued a press release which inform all bsnl landline / broadband customers not to make any payment in paytm as such payments will cause disconnection of their services". Please help.

        Dear sir,
        I have placed a prepaid order being no. [protected] on 12th oct'16 and supposed to receive the same maximum by 19-20th oct'16 shipped by seller (Global marketers) through blue dart via awb no.[protected].

        For the delay in delivery i contacted and emailed thrice to blue dart but till date (27th oct'16) haven't received the same, after escalating the matter to their country head ms. Soniya nair, representative of kolkata office contacted me on 25th oct'16 and assured delivery by 27th oct'16.

        Today on 27th oct'16 blue dart local kolkata office representative mr. Joydeep bhattacharya informed me that they are unable to deliver the same because the shipper/seller (Global marketers) has cancelled the order and asked them not to deliver the same. They suggested me to contact paytm to resolve the problem and ask seller to instruct them to deliver the item.

        Upon their suggestion i again contacted paytm customer care and they informed that they have taken my query on record and forwarding the same to the seller and asked to wait till 24-48 hrs.

        I have not received any response from anyone whether its paytm, blue dart or the seller (Global marketers) and lingering between them and hoping for delivery of my product.

        At paytm there is no option to contact the seller and theie customer care also not interested to provide contact details of sellers, everytime when you contact them they will simply take your query and ask to waith till 24-48-72 hrs. For response.

        They dont have any intention to resolve the problem of customer and utmost they will cancel the order and refund the money in max. 15 days time.

        I am a regular online purchaser and shopping through ebay, flipkart, amazon, shopclues etc. But never faced this kind of negligency and carelessness in handling customers.

        So, before buying i request you all to check what type of support systems such website provide.

          Hi am wrting about paytm's lodged reference number 08322002 and the following situation is below:

          I found a vendor on olex.com named rahul apple store, severe, mumbai (olex ad id [protected]) with phone number [protected]. i selected his listing advertised as for iphone 5s gold 64gb unboxed with complete bill @15000. i tried to chat him on the olex website but it said that the seller prefer to be contacted on call. so i contacted him then he conveyed me that you can get the above phone in rs 11999 via paytm. i created a new account on paytm to create a wallet and deposit 5000 rs. then the seller send a request on paytm to deposit 4770 (paytm txn id [protected] on 19th october at 19:52pm) as 30% deposit for the phone and remaining 70% on cash on delivery. i paid the money via paytm wallet and he assured me that he will update the order info by the morning.in the morning he said he is preparing the order and send the tracking number shortly. since yesterday afternoon we have not received anything neither he is picking the phone. his phone is still ringing and i believe police can track him and save others for loosing their money. i requested olex.com and paytm for help. olex.com has his advertiser id and other info which they can provide to authorities after filing an fir. paytm comeback to me in 5 days with new contact number of vendor but in vain. i want olex and paytm equally responsible for not checking he vendor or seller for fraudulent activities. pls intercept in this matter asap as police can track the vendor easily as his number is still alive and bring back my hard earned money from these new payment gateways,

            I had made 81 transactions from payTM wallet to ebay on 3/8/2015 with registered mail id: [protected]@gmail.com with mob: [protected], i had merged this paytm account with account having mob. no. [protected] on 11/10/2016, ebay had issued refund for all transactions on 20/10/2016 which is not credited to payTM account nor to bank even after 7 days.
            PayTM customer care is also not very helping in this matter, even after i have given them all proofs.

              I booked my oder for 1500 watt water hot rod but u send me only 1000 watt its low capaity of my book product,

Rs 200 has been debited from my account but not credited in paytm. Paytm says they gave back to bank account but have not received it. Order number #[protected]. Please resolve this issue.                     I booked two tickets using paytm flights. The ticket was booked on oct 5 2016 with order id [protected]. Two passengers
                    1. Murari
                    2. Anu

                    Later i called customer care to cancel 1 ticket of murari. He confirmed me that job is done and sent me single ticket of anu.

                    After just few hours i got message that both tickets are cancelled. On complaining the said it was a system problem, book a new ticket.

                    Common, who will pay the amount of new ticket. It is 100% your fault. Why the hell did you cancell both the tickets.

                    I want my one ticket back and confirmed thats it.

                      I received a wrong product and now paytm is not giving me prper resolution. Paytm did fraud with me by sending slippers insted of shoes. Today is 6 th day i am waiting for resolution any paytm only giving me same timeline of 24 to 48hours for resolution since first day.

                      Kindly interfere to resolve my complaint and privide me money back or send a right product which i ordered.

                        My name is gopimanjunath my no [protected], on 19th i got notification from paytm app, notification of "request money (paytmloot dear customer pay 1000 and get 1500 rupeess...)" to my mobile app. once i clicked it went to the screen pay or send money the same content (paytmloot dear customer pay 1000...) i found there and there was send button once i selected it went directly to card details. once i given details i got a success message but my wallet is 0.
                        I raised a request for not update of wallet i get response over mail like
                        The amount inr 1000.0 under order id [protected] was credited to your paytm wallet on 19/10/2016. however, you have already used this amount in your recent transaction. but i have not used any transaction on the single transaction it loaded and credit.
                        During the transaction no where it asked me to enter receiver or promocode,
                        Either it should be loaded in my wallet of 1000 rs without 500 for not using promo code which was not loaded, either it should sent to any receiver which does not asked me any option during the transaction, i was asked only three steps which i have added the screenshot.
                        If call to the customer care they are answering different way as their backend team is working will be credited in 48 hours the same from 19th october every time i call from my register mobile no i loose 30 to 50 rs call charge already i called more than 10 times

I got message from [protected]@paytm.com they asked detail, I have sent in details I got the same reply as sent by earlier "We would like to inform you that your Payer to Payee transaction of INR 1000 is successful against transaction id [protected]. So kindly contact your receiver.". Repeatedly I am telling nowhere it asked me to enter promo code either receiver.

                          I have placed my orders on 18th and 19th of October 2016 in Diwali special offer through my debit card. order placement was success and my money was also deducted but I am having problem on delivery place. They refused to give deliver at the place where actually i have mentioned.they asked me to pick my order by myself. Please fix this. I want my products at the place which i had mentioned in delivery address.Or else I want my money back. Thank you.

                            My Paytm Wallet account got debited by Rs 400 on account of payment to Dish Infra. I have not requested for any such payment to be made to any such agencies.Its more than 5 days since I have raised this complaint with Paytm but not getting any response from customer support Complaint ID # 08406174 I need to know how this is possible and it is really a serious concern..

                                I hd a made a payment of 514.48 @ bigbazar by my paytm wallet but it was deducted twice, when asked bigbazar they gave a document showing first order ending 26763 was terminated so they got payment of order ending 26764, but paytm keep claiming that bigbazar got both the payment without giving me any proof or solution and not ready to refund.plz look into it

                                  I have faced an issue where I have booked a ticket one month before for Diwali vacation, as you all know how bus operators inflate prices during festivals. But, suddenly 2 days before the date of journey the bus service has cancelled the bus. Then Paytm guys didn’t give me any update, I have to call them and say that I got a message from the travels saying the service has been canceled. It shows their' I don't care about customer once the payment is done' attitude.
                                  And then they simply said "sorry, your money will be back shortly.” Who needs the money at that time? All the prices of the buses for that day were more than double and even thrice the cost at what I booked. Then I sent them a long mail showing my inconvenience and pain as below:
                                  Dear Paytm,
                                  Don't say sorry. Be sorry for yourselves for your pathetic service and false promises.
                                  What the hell are you guys speaking? Is it a joke for you guys asking us to book ticket now two days before the date of journey?
                                  Why do you think people use Paytm or other online ticketing services and book tickets one month early or so? What is the purpose of booking so before hand? Is it to get the service cancelled two days before and pay hefty price then for the new ticket???
                                  Do you know the cost of ticket now and the cost of ticket I booked? Now the minimum cost of the ticket (Non-Ac) itself is 1350/- and the cost of a Volvo A/C (Kind of bus I booked) is around 1900 to 2500/-, which is more than double the price at which I bought.
                                  Where is the trust factor that you guys boast about? Where is customer convenience??Where is business fairness???
                                  It's completely stupid and irresponsible. Either arrange an alternative way of travel for me on the same date and time. Or give me back 1500/- (back to my bank account and not as Paytm cash) as penalty.
                                  I Got 720/- paytm cash REFUND. I don't want it. GIVE ME 1500 TO MY BANK ACCOUNT completely OR A TICKET ON SAME DAY AND AROUND SAME TIME
                                  Bus operators operations may not be in your hands but giving back 1500/- to my bank account is completely in your hands.
                                  Without doing that don't boast yourselves about customer happiness and Trust.
                                  I don't care your apologies
                                  I don't care your paytm cash back.
                                  I don't care what all your problems with your bus operators.
                                  ALL I NEED IS A TICKET FOR AN A/C BUS ON 28TH OCTOBER EVENING AFTER 8 FROM HYDERABAD TO VISAKHAPATNAM.

                                  IF that’s NOT possible then REFUND 1500/- TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.
                                  Re: case ID 08634965 and order id [protected].
                                  But I again got a simple reply from them saying just SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE.

                                    I recharge my mobile number [protected] on 13 october 2016 by paytm and order id is [protected].in my wallet 37 rs also deducted and 83rs from my bank account but recharge is failed and money deducted from my bank account 83rs.when i didnt get my return of 83rs i complain paytm more than 20 times phone and email also.finally they return 37rs of wallet but not my 83rs still.i complain too much but now they are not replying.even no option of customer care calling.i have tired to contact the, but unable.kindly i need my refund sir and punish this company for not providing customer care response.

                                        I have ordered Bajaj 2200 T 22L OTG but when I received the product and opened it, it was damaged product inside, paytm order id [protected] and now they are not taking back they are delaying the return I wanted it before deepavali and this people have spoiled my festive with making me upset now unless I don't get back my money I cannot buy another one. paytm is ridiculous and the seller is Edeals360 who has knowingly send the damaged piece as the power cord was untied which shows that the seller knew about that. I want my money back immediately.
