I did 3g net recharge by paytm.Now Order is in processing.but My money had taken two times from my account.I want to cancel my order but it dint.Money around 7000rs had taken.I have send so many mails but they dint respond, only built-in mails are coming.Please help me by refunding my money to my account.My order numbers are [protected] and [protected]. They dint respond for anything. Its a big problem for me. Please do check and solve it asap. Order is also not succeed. Please cancel my order and refund my money.

Hi, my order no. is [protected]. I recharged my vodafone no. With Rs 147 on 20.10.2016 at 13:58 but till now i.e. at 19:50, order status is showing processing. My account got debited. I tried to contact customer care several times but all in vain. I used their 24x7 customer support. According to their mail, a cancel order was to appear after 4 hours from the time the order was placed. But till now, no such option has appeared in order history. Moreover, I am unable to find anyway to talk to a customer care executive. I recharged because i had to make an urgent call. But this is such an emotional harassment from paytm. Please help.

I complete Bill payment before 5 hours from Paytm ( Airtel broadband ) rs 1835 and payment was successful but still processing. And I complaint it Paytm but this company not refund my amount

Ordered Nilkamal Mattress of Rs.12341 and completed payment, company claiming that the product is already delivered, but I have not received the product at my address. Have sent multiple mails, but they failed to respond. Advice people to never use any of the PayTM services. Also the order was to be fulfilled by @home by Nilkamal, who are also to be brought under scrutiny.

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] online for 259/- rupees but my account was debited by 262.00 rupees twice on dt.

I have already complaint to airtel and paytm for refund the amount of 262/- but both company did not refund my money since[protected] to till date.

I have raised 2 tickets on your app and in the past 2-3 days and I still have not been communicated by you guys. I have tried to communicate 4 customer care numbers and none is directing me to talk to an executive. This is the most insensitive and unprofessional behaviour that can be showcased by any organization.

You have sold a product (JBL flip 2 Bluetooth speaker on Oct 2015) from a seller (Future Shop) who is not an authorised seller of JBL. I went to the Jbl service centre and they told me that they can't service my non-working product as it's from an unauthorized seller. They want me to fight it out against paytm and demand for a complete refund of money / replacement of the product from a valid seller. Do even know the legal consequences of selling unauthorized and fake products to the customers ?

I am fast approaching the deadline of the warranty period (product delivered on OCT 24 2015) as well and you guys don't have the bare minimum courtesy to even respond to me. This is the lowest that any customer centre can stoop to. You have hit rock bottom.

Reply to me and contact me over phone immediately. Else, I will have to escalate the issue to your Directors and CEO and let them know how the customers are being cheated by selling unauthorized products. I will also have to blog online about the rampant practices being followed at paytm and warn the customers about your deals with fake and unauthorized products.

I hope you will give me a 100% refund or give me a new JBL flip2 from an authorized seller to show the slightest sign that you are indeed a responsible and trustworthy organization.

Last many years I am using PAY tm, Some times really irritating me this site, today I recharged for 178 full time talktime for Vodafone, actually this was very urgent, unfortunately i hadn't get good result from PAY tm.I need my amount as soon as possible in my account, Idont want use this site.Hate this.

Don't pay any product from paytm website. You will spend a lot of time selecting the product, but you will receive a product which you have not seen at all. Pathetic!!

After spending more then 1 hours time in selecting right sneaker for me. I order the same. But after received a sneaker which dont like at all.
And then i tried many time to call customer care, but they are not reach out at all, even they have not responded to my queries via email as well.

Finally they refuse to the replace item.

Also fake calls coming from your end as representative calling & asking for debit cards details please take action on them & recover my money from those fraud persons. I bought a portronics 13400mh power bank from paytm site on 9/10/16 but till now it's not delivered and i m getting no response from the company. I have given several mail to the company contact us site but only i m receiving a mail that we will resolving your problem soon. They don't have any phone no that i contact them. And never they contact me

I got power banks from you 5month ago. but it is not working properly. it shows charging signals but battery not charge properly. some time it charge 8 to 15% mobile battery and become dead. and some time it not charge self. i charging it till 4 to 5 hours but it charge mobile only upto 10 to 15%. and some signal strength suddenly disapear automatically. please do something.

I have ordered product through paytm order no.[protected] which costs( Retail Price) Rs. 2795.00 but I have received product which costs(Retail price) Rs.1795.00 on tag .This is very unfortunate that am not able to get right product.While ordering the product cost(MRP) was showing Rs.2795 and after receiving the product the tag of product shows Rs.1795.
This type of mistake which make me worry.

I was booked my bus ticket from Bangalore to Kottayam through Paytm on September 30th. But the bus tripp cancelled by the bus operators and they said the amount will refunded to my Paytm wallet. I am continuously chasing Paytm since 25 days for return and refund. The response of customer service is pathetic where every time I call they ask for 24hr time to resolve but nothing happens. The same 24hr cycle is going on since last 25 days without any resolution. There is also no response to mails. Absolutely unethical company with poorest customer service.

Some fraud person called me n took my atm card number n otps withdrew money from my bank n then logged me out of my paytm account n changed my password then started using my paytm account . Now I cannot log into my paytm account. I filed a case in the police station n also filed a case at cyber crime branch I can provide the numbers if required . This incident took place on 14th October between 2pm to 4pm . I need to know wat is going on in my account n wat they have done wid d money . Plzz help!!!

Misuse.in paytm login somebody cancel the product I'd and send the Refund amount to bank . Yesterday 7.22 pm onwards calling to paytm customer care .no one attend the phone . Atlast one person tell we cannot do anything. Iam not do any transaction It shows transaction Amount rs .9751 has been successfully. I got the message the product has been cancelled. But I never got the message the amount has been transfer to bank account. Iam need my amount for to be refund. The transaction cancelled only I get the amount.
