Dear customer care executive,
My self ishwar kewat. I have paid airtel post mobile bill 765 rupees through paytm on 21 october and same time payment was deducted from my account and next day i got massage your amount was failed due to technical issues. Then i have registered complained in paytm on 24 october regarding my amount. After complained, i got call, he said your amount will be credited in your bank account with in one hour. He asked me the bank details. I gave the bank details. Still not received 765 rupees amount in my bank. He made me fool.
Please refund my money 765 rupeee other wise i will lodge police complain against you.

Again today morning i got a call from paytm executive. He said, give the bank details. I provided the bank details. He deducted 2000 rupees without my permission. And transferred to monika sharma. Why you did and who is monika sharma. Why you transferred money to monika.
Please refund my money 2000 rupees, i dont have money in my salary account. How i can survive without money. Again he made me fool.
Please refund my money otherwise i will lodge police complain.
Again today after lunch i got call from executive and he gave me assurance your amount will be refund in your bank around 5 p. M. Again i checked my bank details. But no amount in my bank. Again he made me fool.
I want to say, your executive is not working in proper way. So i am not happy with your customer executive. He made me fool. And still i have not received my money. He had promised me today evening your money will be refund. Again he made me fool.
I will lodge police complain

In future i wont use paytm. And i will spread new in my friend circle regarding this. How i am suffering and still not receive my money.

My paytm recharge of rs 765 rupees is still pending since last 3 days.
My below orders are showing pending from long time. Money got deducted from my bank account, but still payment not done in airtel. No customer care number also to check. Didn't got any reply from the [protected]@paytm also.

As inform you that yesterday evening (25th oct) at 06.10 pm.When i checked my bank account.i saw bank status the amount of 765 rupees credited in my bank account.

But what about 2000/- rupees.
Still we have not received same amount.Please refund my amount in my bank.

and he is not picking up my call.

Dear Sir,
I am ishwar kewat.I had used paytm for post paid airtel bill 765/-rs on 21 October..But same time 765 /- deducted from my account and after some times i got massage that your bill is not paid due to technical fault.
Than i registered complain in paytm site on 24 October. Your customer executive said your amount will be refund in your account in i hour.and again he asked about my the bank details. I shared the bank details and same time without my information he deducted 2000/- amount from my account.
Again i called him regading my refund amount.Again he asked me about my bank details and again he withdrawn 500/rs from my account on 26 october.
You know when i call him from same number he didnt pick up my call and when i call him from another number he picked my call call after listen my voise he disconnected my call.

You know still i am job less . i kept 2500 money to celebrate diwali with my family.and now i dont have money in my bank account, how i can make diwali with my family.

PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM I AM SHARING HIS MOBILE NUMBER [protected]

        I have given all document as asked also shared all images of stone received and weight of received all product. But paytm rejecting issue saying earlier also I have complained same type of issue. So I have mailed to justify that when ever customer will have issue then only customer can complain and paytm does all investigation then provide resolution but

          I ordered a power bank on 17 of oct and still i don't get it... When i track my order it shows that address is short and customer is not picking the phn... Wtf this is, i haven't received any call from paytm and i provided my full adress, then why the delivery boy didnt find it... Frustated with paytm, i am facing this problem second time, very bad service... Even their logistic partner jv express is not good...

            On 21 oct. 2016 i had ordered one tshirt and today i have received defective one item. such as poor and pathetic service by paytm. i was purchased for special purpose and paytm sent me defective tshirt. There is hole on tshirt.it is a gift for my brother on his birthday. And i have give him it on 28 oct. Now what i do.i trusted on paytm but seriously i am totaly disappointed by paytm. its my humble request by consumer complaint that plz take a legal action against paytm service..i want either fresh tshirt before 28 oct. Or compansation twise price of actual product.

              I ordered VIVO V3 MAX mobile from Paytm on 14-10-16 with order#[protected] . After receiving it on 17-10-16 we found that the seal was broken and it is clearly mentioned on the box "DO NOT ACCEPT IF THE SEAL IS BROKEN". Finding this issue i am writing mails to PAYTM along with photographs of the product but got no solution. On the contary Paytm has also blocked my mobile number so that i cannot call them regarding my complaint. It is also surprising that the seller at the time of ordering and the seller on the bill is different. I am proceeding with legal case as i have not opened the box till date. I have got a mail from Paytm to go to service centre. Why should i go to service centre when the seal is broken. They have there replacement policy then why a company like Paytm is doing this.

              I am writing so that i want replacement or return of my mobile.

                All transactions done same day within 5-10min time.

                  I have ordered a pendrive from paytm which shows delivered to me on 30th september although i have not received it on my own neither has anyone at my end. After writing a lot of complains, i have not got any answer for my problem from paytm, they claim to have delivered it although could not provide me any proof of person receiving it. The money has been deducted from my account and i was not even called before delivering my item. Secondly, the proof they provided for delivery is ambiguous as signature is not my own, although it matches signature of someone with a very vague address (Written belo my name). I have a whole thread of mails which show they have not really helped me with the issue.

                    "I tried adding money (Rs. 3805/-) to this Paytm wallet from Payzapp account. Money from Payzapp was debited successfully. It initially showed 3805/- in the Paytm wallet. Later, the wallet said I have 0.00 in it. Also, I received a message stating that "We have refunded Rs. 3805 to your HDFC bank for your Order ID [protected] on paytm." I want to know the status of this money and where exactly it is. I have a proof from the Payzapp team that the transaction was successful from their end (screenshot attached).

                    Please help me to get this sorted out at the earliest.

                    P.S- I tried reaching the customer support number to discuss this with somebody. But, I end up with an IVR all the time."

                    I submitted this ticket on Saturday around 4:30 PM. The only response I had was a ticket ID[protected].

                    The team shows no interest to respond to a customer's complaint.

                    I attached the following screenshots along with the email. No effect. I don't know what else this company needs regarding my transaction.

                    When ever I try calling the support line. There is one stupid IVR system which is designed to answer usual questions. Not all customers face the same issue. Please work on this for god's sake.

                    When I checked Payzapp team regarding the Initiation of refund. No refund request has reached their end so far.

                      I was paying my cesc electricity bill rs. 840/- dated on 22/10/2016, time - around 6:18 pm against customer id [protected] through united bank of india debit card. paytm transaction order no. [protected]. initially it show transactions failed. few minutes later i got message from bank cut off from my account total rs. 840/-. so please arrange the above said amount return to my account and take strong action against it.

                        I was paying my tata power DDL bill using my UCO debit. first I entered 500 rs to add in my wallet but the transaction got failed then I tried other option for paying electric bill without adding money in wallet by clicking on pay electric bill and entered c.a no. and amount and played the bill but after wards I tried my old transaction that got failed and now It succeeded and I got 500 in my wallet but next day when went to the bank. I saw three withdrawals 500 440 of my electric bill and 500 more but I got only 500 in my paytm wallet. please reply fast. where are my 500 gone. plz tell what should I do.

                                I ordered hero electric optima dx li-ion – blue for rs 15, 000 using my hdfc credit card.
                                The issue concerning with this matter is that, the information provided by the seller was misleading and vague which led me to assume that the product price was rs 15, 000. But in actual later, after purchasing the product only i realized that rs 15, 000 was the booking amount and not the actual product’s price.
                                Although after this realization i wanted to cancel the order immediately and receive full refund.

                                  My #complaint is that the wall mount stand was missing in the box and when I notified it to #PAYTM they refer me to their page on the website about installation process stating that I have to purchase it seperately. I have confirmed with the manufacturer @lloyd and they state that the wall mount stand is a standard accessory provided with the #LEDTV.
                                  So either @paytm or Jbretail have #stolen it and are not providing the correct resolution for this.
                                  This is a complete #fraud #appalling service from #Paytm. #review #lloyd #fraud

                                      Paytm should direct idea cellular to reverse a recharge of idea prepaid wrongfully done for the number [protected] instead of [protected] amounting 225₹.
                                      Normally if a recharge happen but for a wrong subscriber, the cellular company reverses it, but for online merchandise agency, they require a conditional directive.
                                      I request Paytm online giant to direct idea cellular to reverse 225₹ to my Paytm wallet

                                        I tired to recharge for my mobile for 100 rupees my wallet balance was 7 rupees, they deducted my balance and took 93 from my bank account but the transaction failed so they returned 100 to my paytm wallet. I tried to refund that 93 to my bank account but the amount was not refunded till pls sort out this issue asap and this makes me to think about shifting to other online payment websites
