I had placed an order in paytm on october 6th and the date of delivery is between 15th of october to 18th of october.I have waited till the 18th october and i didnt recieve it till the day i am posting (21st october). And i just mailed my issue to the paytm care in the paytm site itself.And they replied to that query with the ticket no 08206617. And in that reply they said "We will get back to you at the earliest." but no one contacted me till 19th october and i contacted the paytm customer care and they said wait for another 24 hours, and i waited for that product and i didnt recieve even till the 20th october. Again i contacted the customer care they said wait for another 24 hours. I loose my patiency .So thats why i am registering the complaint.Please help me.

    fraudulent money transfer from my UNION BANK A/C.

    above named Ex Service man reported one complaint on line according to OROP (One Rank One Pension) to “Complaint Board, National consumer complaint forum” on 10 Oct 2016 after the complaint sent, one phone call received me Mobile No [protected] and said that your OROP arrears sanctioned and your first and second installment are 9, 991/-and 9, 987/- respectively, for uploading of your money your ATM card No are required. After the UNION BANK ATM card number received from me, take OTP twice time and debited the above amount from my account, amount will be credited to POS : PAY PH /NOIDA /[protected] and POS : PAY PH /NOIDA[protected]at Noida, Uttar Pradesh). The above cheating process are accord on 11 Oct 2016 evening 0820 PM. So you are requested to Register an FIR and investigate the matter as a cyber crime at the earliest and credit the amounts at the earliest please.

      I booked a Sony LED TV under order # [protected] on 6th October. It was promised to be delivered between 12th and 15th of October. It is 21st October and i am still waiting for a delivery.

      On contacting their customer. while they were quick in reponding the reponses are totally illogical. Without any substantial information or status of the shipment or the actual status, they just say the words like parrots 'Sorry for the inconvenience and we are trying our best to expedite".

      i would not be surprised if they vanish in nowhere after sometime.

        I ordered a Woodland Men 0433107 Khaki Boots from PayTm Order No is [protected] on Oct 10 2016 at 12:03 pm. I received a courier via a delivery boy of Gati_Surface : Naveen Yadav on[protected] around 3:05 PM at Gurgaon and on opening the box found a STONE inside. I followed-up with Paytm ([protected]@paytm.com, Ticket number[protected] but I did not received any resolution yet from Paytm

          Sir/Madam,
          Today I ordered grocery goods from Grofers app. My bill amounted to Rs. 1253 and I chose to pay with Paytm Wallet. But when the transaction was in process the money got deducted but order was not placed.
          So I request you to invistigate into my matter and takes necessary action because I do not trust Paytm at all neither I trust Grofers because the same thing happened with my relative and Paytm does not refund the money.

            I have registered with parent ticket 07818574. where in i had got a message from paytm for upto 1000 rs cashback for booking flight ticket and when i booked the ticket they said that t&c where change but they did not inform through sms or email that it was changed.

            Also call center told me to send me the screenshot of the email which i had sent but still did not receive cash back.

              My paytm wallet was deducted by ₹188
              i m complain this issue to paytm care but he said this amount has been used by u and not refunded back...
              but this is a unauthorising transaction which couldn't done by me.
              paytm couldn't sent any mail or sms.
              this is a fraud transaction done by paytm merchant with me
              please solve my issue and said to paytm to refund my deducted money in my wallet..

                  I bought a laptop from paytm and they send to me cardboard for 55100 rs laptop that kind of fraud can be done by only paytm don't buy anything from paytm they will send u cardborad or soap etc for ur product and they never gave u refund for that they only says that sir we need 24-48 hours they only gave u goli or scam nothing else like their slogan goli dena shuru karo bas ek scam mein done karo something like that so guys dont buy anything i[censored] realy love ur money

                      I had bought a Kirloskar motor pump online via Paytm in the month of June. The pump is not working for the past one week and as it is still under warranty period, I called the Kirloskar customer care to complain. They said they would register a complaint and visit the site to check the pump if I provided them some information about the pump. They wanted to know the SR number of the pump to register a complaint and said that it will be available in the pump or the invoice or the warranty card. I checked all 3 places and in none of the locations it was present. The warranty card sent is totally blank and the invoice too doesnt have SR no. printed. The shocking fact is that the machine too doesnt have SR no. mentioned. I doubt that this is not the original product as even after repeated queries sent to Paytm, they are not responding. All they have to do is follow up with the dealer who delivered this item. But they seem to be deaf eared about customer's concerns!! The order no. is # [protected]. The paytm ticket no. is 08172389. If they could help me out in getting the SR no., I can then raise a ticket with Kirloskar customer care and get the product checked.

                      Paytm customer care is the worst. I have had issues with other vendors in the past and the issue would be resolved within a couple of days of posting them in consumer complaints website. Here, even after 5 days of posting the complaint, I am yet to find a resolution. Guess paytm is too busy in attracting new customers that it does not want to retain its existing ones!!!

                        Even after raising 3 tickets and escalating the issue with repeated mails, the customer care is neither solving my issue nor contacting me with any updates. Also, they dont have an option where I can myself talk to the customer care. I am kept in dark and this is the worst customer service ever.

                        Paytm is irrationally to asking me to talk to the seller who has sold me unauthorized product instead of they talking to him and refunding me my amount even after proving to them that their seller sold unauthorized products to me. Paytm is the bridge between customers and sellers and they Shud talk to him not me. If I could talk to the seller why do we need paytm in the first place. This is the sole reason why u are in business - to bridge the customer and seller.

                        Anyhow, I talked to the buyer and seems he knows that he is unauthorized. This is a big legal stain on paytms name. You have encouraged unauthorised people on Ur platform which will have serious consequences on paytm

                        Secondly, he is asking me to send me the product to him and that he will send me the money. This is exactly the job of paytm - payment and shipment. Why should I do this and how can I trust that he will reimburse me.

                        Please call me back immediately. I want paytm to talk to the seller and get me the reimbursement. It's not the job of the customer to deal about shipment and payment.

                        Also, this raises serious legal questions on the authenticity of paytm and it's seller's base.

                        I want 100% reimbursement to be done by 24 hours.

                          Yesterday i odred a recharge of 249/-, the order stuck in processing, i waited for long time opened about 7 tickets, there was no single replay on the tickets and now it's been 24 hours i need refund, i had most of the trust on paytm, they lost it, the bad situation i had, i badly wanted to call parents it was urgent, none of the shop was opened nearby, please refund money.

                                My paytm recharge of Rs 148 is pending since last 7 hours.

                                    Hi, my order no. is [protected]. I recharged my vodafone no. With Rs 147 on 20.10.2016 at 13:58 but till now i.e. at 19:50, order status is showing processing. My account got debited. I tried to contact customer care several times but all in vain. I used their 24x7 customer support. According to their mail, a cancel order was to appear after 4 hours from the time the order was placed. But till now, no such option has appeared in order history. Moreover, I am unable to find anyway to talk to a customer care executive. I recharged because i had to make an urgent call. But this is such an emotional harassment from paytm. Please help.

                                        Ordered Nilkamal Mattress of Rs.12341 and completed payment, company claiming that the product is already delivered, but I have not received the product at my address. Have sent multiple mails, but they failed to respond. Advice people to never use any of the PayTM services. Also the order was to be fulfilled by @home by Nilkamal, who are also to be brought under scrutiny.
