I did a rechrge from paytm of rs 201 and did not get the service. When i contacted them they are again and again saying to contact the operator and they dont know anything. Theu are not resolving my problem on purpose and they have also taken my money I have seen many compaints online against them of rechrge money detected and service not given please help and take action against them as they hardly care of my complaint.

    In this app there is no security. It accept any cvv number in place of original cvv number. This problem happens many times with me. So can you tell me how I secure my account money from any frauds. If there is something happens wrong then who is responsible for that mistake.
    So please take any immediate action on it kindly take attention about it immediate because it's not secure for paytm users.

      I recently recharged my number [protected] with 348rs. Paytm list shows that on 348 you get 2gb 3g net pack for 28 days. But when the recharge is done I didn't get any data instead of data I get unlimited local airtel call for 28 days . I didn't want local airtel call I want either my money back or net pack as your list shown of 2gb net pack .I have the mails and screenshots of your details the recharge is urgent for me so resolve it within 1 hour. I have the messages and recharge history and the screenshot of your list which shows at 9:20 the recharge is done of 348rs and according to paytm list it gives a benefit of 2gb 3g net pack .
      Return my money as quickly as possible in my account

        I ordered a food processor from paytm and it's damaged. Almost all the jars are damaged, there are so many scratches and breakages.
        They are no replacing the item and asking to return it. All my money will come to the wallet and not to my bank account and this is how they make profits.
        I am getting the feeling if we buy something costly from paytm, either it will fake or damaged or used.
        I have lost the trust from paytm now and will request everyone to take care of this before buying products from paytm.

          If there is no customer care number where i can talk to someone regarding my issue then atleast paytm should reply fast and solve my problem. It's been more than a month and my problem is still not resolved. Everytime i am getting reply from paytm about multiple requests generated and still working on it. I am the regular customer of paytm but didn't know this type of problem can also occur. I still have not recieved (Id [protected]) this product and i am really tired of mailing paytm over and over because first they take time and then they keep telling me that its has been delivered. I was not even at home the time courier guy came. I just got a call whether i have received it or not and i said i have not, still its written in my payment history that the product has been delivered. I mailed paytm that they should take strict action and check for my signature that i have received it but they are not doing that. And everytime i get reply from different customer care and have to mail the same thing over and over. Please help me out with this. I want paytm to refund my money.

            My order is cancelled and they said they initiated refund in my wallet but I did not get any refund in my wallet. They have to refund directly in my bank from which I have paid my money. So refund my 5399 in my bank.my order id was[protected]. I paid 5399 from my SBI bank . After eight days from submitting order they told me that your product is out of stock . And they refund my money . But I did not received any kind of money into my bank or my PayTM wallet on my register number [protected].

                      I receive only 5 products namely

                      I did not receive 4 products namely

                      On 9th of october a courier boy from jv express came to mu house, handed over a packet to me, invoice of 6 products of aarika products is pasted on the outer side of the packet, assuming that all the 6 products contained in the packet, i received the product, but when i opened up the packet only 2 products are in the packet named

                      Instantly i called paytm, my called was received by a customer representative named saloni, i explained the whole matter to ms. Saloni, she replied me mam the items are still showing shipped not deliver, i arrange to mark them deliver then i forward your concern to the concerned team, at the same day in the evening the status of the items change to deliver i again called to paytm my call was received by a boy i forgot his name, i again explained the whole matter to him, and asked him that i also want to return the received product, because of my bad experience, i did not want to retain any of th product because of this bs experience, he replied please mam not generate the return untill you received any response from our side, i didnot receive any response from paytm till today means till 13th october, i received a mail on 13th october from paytm saying

                      We understand that you are not able to place any orders via paytm using your account. At paytm, we believe in ensuring online security.in an exercise of validating accounts against authentic complaints & tickets registration, your account has been flagged. This is why we have disabled your account on a temporary basis.

                      After receiving this i called paytm and the customer excetive replied mam after talking to the seller and courier partners we reached and founded that all the items of aarika brand was received by you. I beg them, that i still can show you the packet in which i received only two item, that, that packet can contain only 2 items and you are claimimg that all the 6 items are in the packet, after requesting them again and again that please believe me i and no body receive that 4 items named

                      I really feeling like cry that i trusted paytm, after refusing again and again that i did not receive the products, the customer representative said sorry mam we cant do anything, i have spended 18046 rupees for the whole order, i spended because i want to purchase. But they forcing (The paytm team) me to accept that i received all the 6 products of aarika brand which i really do not.

                      But a game was played with me by the paytm team and the seller by sending only 2 products he calaimed that he sended the 6 products to me.

                      This is clean cheating with the customers, i am goin to tell everybody that paytm has done with me.

                        i had booked a ticket via paytm website goair kolkata to delhi for 6th october.
                        but on 22st september i received a message that the flight had been rescheduled and either i could take the new flight or go for cancellation with full refund. i opted for cancellation and the full refund was issued to easemytrip partner on 29th september. i called up paytm helpline([protected]) on 5th october explained the situation and what they did was imposed a cancellation charge and refunded the balance amount and are not able to address the issue and keep generating tickets and closing them. totally frustrated. both the airlines and easemytrip have told me full refund has been transferred to paytm but...

                          Dear Respective,
                          I have not seen any updating information like Lucky Draw winners and wallet for the transaction made by me through the paytm online recharge channel. I have recharged my DTH on 11/10/2016 of amounting aroung Rs.900/- and choose the promo code as a "LEDTV" and shown the message of a winner of draw will be declared on tomorrow. But neither winner is declared through any channel or else let the now. Same will happen another time at the time of recharge the mobile prepaid and selected the promo code as a "LAKHPATI" and same as mentioned over there and nothing will be declared on that time also. And also I could not see the update of my wallet for the transactions. I could not understand what is the problem of that and why the information are not disclosing to there customers.

                                    Next time you shop in paytm remember that it might happen to you!

                                    I purchased a yoga mat on oct 4th, 2016
                                    "hi shekhar, your item is shipped. Order id #[protected] | date tue, 04 oct 2016; expected delivery date: 08th oct-11th oct, 2016 total product value rs285 and shipping rs 60"

                                    Today when am writing this complaint on 12thoct neither paytm did not respond to my query as to why they did not deliver it! Neither they provided assurance as to how they like to refund?

                                    In between on 10 th oct i received one sms from a courier commanding me like a "boss! Come and collect your item" from the courier, which is in-fact miles away from my home! When i have paid rs60 towards shipping? Is it my duty to collect parcels? From far away locations of a courier like delivery.com?

                                    Now delivery.com, the courier might be abusive but when paytm, a reputed company does not respond against complaint number "ticket no is 07846508 and [protected]" and thereby approve of non delivery as way of ecommerce practice then you know paytm is now cheatingtym! I decided to purchase another product but after this i am doubtful!

                                    Is paytm is suppose to write like this and sleep over the issue? That too automated?

                                    As earlier discussed with you, I understand that you want to know about the status of your product under the order [protected].

                                    Unfortunately, our courier partner was to sleepy to deliver the product to you, and had to initiate return to the merchant. This usually happens because of one of the following reasons:

                                    2. Incomplete/incorrect delivery address we often use this as we are sleepy!

                                      I order in paytm on (30/09/2016) on (5/10/2016) it show that my order is delivered but they did not send my product I complaint paytm regarding this but they did not listen I also activate return option on (7/10/2016) they say that it will pickup in just 3-4 days but they not come it means that they do not send us so how will they return please help me to issue my problem.

                                        Some one hacking my sim card number [protected] and took 5599 rupees by using paytm app from saved card or from history those transaction failed on 7-10-17. paytm if transaction was there show retry. It is useful to take money from bank. My saved card is indian bank sankara mutt branch kanchipuram and account number is[protected]. I sent mail regarding above said to cyber cell paytm on 8-10-17. No one contact me by phone they sent only mail for asking details. I sent details. Till no one contact me by phone. they reply by automatic mail. When sim card was hacked, I can't contact paytm by phone. Please ask them to provide customer care to attend calls.
