Dear Team,

I have tried to transfer money from my paytm wallet to my friend's paytm account..but I entered wrong mobile no. Wallet order ID is : [protected].
So, kindly help me out by making that transaction unsuccessful so that the money can get back to my account again. Thank you.

    Next time you shop in paytm remember that it might happen to you!

    I purchased a yoga mat on oct 4th, 2016
    "hi shekhar, your item is shipped. Order id #[protected] | date tue, 04 oct 2016; expected delivery date: 08th oct-11th oct, 2016 total product value rs285 and shipping rs 60"

    Today when am writing this complaint on 12thoct neither paytm did not respond to my query as to why they did not deliver it! Neither they provided assurance as to how they like to refund?

    In between on 10 th oct i received one sms from a courier commanding me like a "boss! Come and collect your item" from the courier, which is in-fact miles away from my home! When i have paid rs60 towards shipping? Is it my duty to collect parcels? From far away locations of a courier like delivery.com?

    Now delivery.com, the courier might be abusive but when paytm, a reputed company does not respond against complaint number "ticket no is 07846508 and [protected]" and thereby approve of non delivery as way of ecommerce practice then you know paytm is now cheatingtym! I decided to purchase another product but after this i am doubtful!

    Is paytm is suppose to write like this and sleep over the issue? That too automated?

    But how long can i keep my patience? How many years? Did paytm aka cheating tym knows that product purchased from the site need to be delivered? And not to be meant for e-commerce cheating? And who knows the product quality? And if i need to return? They will do another drama? Why should not i sue paytm circus? And non-delivery.com?

      I order in paytm on (30/09/2016) on (5/10/2016) it show that my order is delivered but they did not send my product I complaint paytm regarding this but they did not listen I also activate return option on (7/10/2016) they say that it will pickup in just 3-4 days but they not come it means that they do not send us so how will they return please help me to issue my problem.

        Respected Sir
        Some one hacking my sim card number [protected] and took 5599 rupees by using paytm app from saved card or from history those transaction failed on 7-10-17. paytm if transaction was there show retry. It is useful to take money from bank. My saved card is indian bank sankara mutt branch kanchipuram and account number is[protected]. I sent mail regarding above said to cyber cell paytm on 8-10-17. No one contact me by phone they sent only mail for asking details. I sent details. Till no one contact me by phone. they reply by automatic mail. When sim card was hacked, I can't contact paytm by phone. Please ask them to provide customer care to attend calls.

Only one time i was talked with paytm excutive. I had no any good suuport with your side. I was also complaint paytm web site after one day from product received but no good action on it.                   On october 3 i paid for an online recharge for vodafone for rs. 190 but the payment was failed accorfing to
                  Paytm and the bank should be refund the amount in 7 days. Now it has been more than 7 days and the bank says that the transaction was successful and i should contact paytm. Now paytm is not taking responsibility for it. What should i do.?

                    Dear sir/madam

                    This letter is to bring your kind attention on the issue which i face last 21st september. I was trying to book ticket for my journey from kolkatta to aizawl for 2nd december through spicejet app. At the last stage of payment amt rs 11022.00 against ticket amount got debited from my bank (South indian bank, aizawl branch) through online net banking payment but no ticket booked or site show error messages.

                    I called spicejet customer care and they told me no ticket book aganist my mobile no. Id and your amount will be refunded with in 7 to 10 days. Now today is the 21st day and i didn't receive any refund. The payment is made in the name of "one97 communication ltd" (Patym) this is their partner for receiving online payment.

                    Later i tried to contact customer care and others but they are telling you need to contact one97 communication. Sir we book ticket through spicejet app and paid the amount through net banking. I don't know how spicejet receive payment and ask us to contact them for refund.

                    I think you can understand our pain, people are not responsible for others money. I tried to contact this one97 communication (Patym) but no response from them. This is the complaint no 07462276 of paytm. Today i mailed to nodal officer and first they mail me we will inform the concern dept for refund. Later no reply till now. Somebody from patym care is asking for credit/debit card details, even though i told them payment made thru net banking. I don't know patym people cheating people and holding their money. Also asking for debit card details.

                    We are in urgent need of money to book tickets.

                    Please help us to get refund for booking.

                        I did a recharge in PAYTM for Rs.455/- for 4G Internet airtel prepaid. That recharge is reflected and effected in the mobile but PAYTM says transaction successful. When I sent mail to PAYTM then said "PAYTM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS BECAUSE IT IS ALREADY SHOWING AS SUCCESS AND PLEASE CONTACT OPERATOR." Then I have questioned them that why I should contact operator when PAYTM took my money. For example when I book a ticket in irctc and get cancelled I call to irctc for refund or I should call to Indian railways for refund. From past one month this issue is going on I dropped my phone number to them to contact me for the issue what had happened they didn't call and not responding about the issue. SO Please help me about so that it should not happen to other people again. This is not the matter of money this about the trust that people have on third party applications.

                        Again the same issue happened. When I asked they told the same and PAYTM is asking about the credit card number and they are saying that money will be credited to the account in 2 mins. I don't know instead of sending the same amount to my wallet why PAYTM is asking about the card details.
                        Recharge using PAYTM Mobile Recharge T24 sim for Rs149 Data Pack,

                        but Credited as Roaming Pack. I asked customer care Of T24 They told ask Paytm and change plans what u want.

                        I need refund my money to my wallet

                              I did a recharge of rs. 300 from my paytm wallet. Intially i got the message that "your recharge of bsnl mobile — of rs.300 is pending with operator. We will continue trying or you may cancel the order after 2 hours."after 2 hrs i received the message that paytm has recieved the money.
                              But neither did i get back money in my wallet nor did i receive balance in my phone.
                              How i am suppose to get refund?

                                I have a paytm account registered to a number [protected], i have been making transaction for quite a few months, everything was in order untill suddenly one week earlier account automatically got logged off after re-login there was 0 balance in my account, there was slightly above then 4000 of balance, i wrote a formal complaint to paytm assist and called but there was no proper response, one very unconsidered explanation they are providing that there is no paytm account registered to this number, this is unlikely, i am a small shopkeeper based in kolkata, keshtopur location, i am facing hell of inconvenience regarding this issue . how could it be a possible explanation that there is absolutely no registered account on this number ! . i would really like to get a proper explanation regarding this matter, as i am also attaching a photo of my paytm profile, which conspicuously shows that my number has been verified and have a existing paytm account .

                                  I got mail from paytm that money is added and also deducted from my bank account.
                                  I want refund.
                                  I have recharged a videoconferencing dth recharge on 30.09.2016 recharge failed. But balance deducted from the bank account. Order no.[protected], date-30.09.16

                                    With ref to my uber ride at 5 PM on 05.10.2016 from Dwarka to IGI International airport by cab driven through Dalbir in Maruti Xcent car I wish to inform you that despite my payment through Paytm, the concerned driver forced me to pay additional cash payment of Rs. 200 which I was compelled to pay due to hurry in getting my flight boarded. Pl. take serious action in this matter and arrange to refund Rs200 unlawfully extracted by your driver from me, otherwise I will lodge police complaint in this matter, pl note.

                                      It is so unfortunate for the valuable customers that, paytm like company have started cheating people. I booked a flight from there website with flyfree code ([protected]), where in everywhere it was written that flyfree is valid for 6th to 8th oct and the customers using it will be getting 1000 rs cash back and chance to win 100% cash back and the same was expected by me, however after booking, no cash back being received. After contacting paytm customer care, the lady executive shilpa mentioned that the offer had been modified (Without disclosing it anywhere else) after 6th october 2016. If the offer was closed why the hell the coupon code was applicable on 7th oct, 2016. This is not at all justified.

                                      A friend also booked the same with the mobile no. [protected]. We want our 2000 rs cashback (1000 rs each).

                                        I booked 2 flight tickets from paytm in an offer where they were giving 100% cashback upto rs.1000 on flight tickets. I did not cancel the tickets but they automatically got cancelled and i got a mail for the same. I called them that i have not initiated cancellation request but they said that i have initiatedand they cut cancellation charges also.
