        I am using the paytm service.and I have a faceing the probloum
        Sir my order no is [protected].this is the power bill payment order no or truncation no.
        Sir I am using paytm service on date[protected] for pay my power bill payment.
        For this payment by paytm offer me a cash back .
        That is a movie thicket .
        But paytm did not give me any kind of movie ticket aginest this payment.

        I have a proof in written by paytm
        Sir iam sanding to you a picture.in this picture paytm said that your movie ticket send you in 72 hours.but they did not sand me any kind of ticket.
        and paytm had showing 3 or 4 coustmor care numbers on the websites

        and why the toll free phone numbers and other phone numbers are not working and your coustmor care phone numbers is not working properly .no one can pickup the phone .only recede voice is running on the phone.

              I have booked a flight ticket of rs 4689 successfully. But few minutes later i received the message as transaction is failed and the amount is not refunded either to my paytm wallet or to my bank. So that i tried to call the customer care using number [protected] provided in the paytm site. Customer care people responded with bad word. Am totally disappointed by using this paytm and till now my amount is not refunded.

                Hi I order one tank top from paytm on 26th september and it was not delivered but was showing delivered.I was unable to track that order so i sent mail to paytm care service.They were replying me the below but no responce after that only the same 48-72hours resolving time again in my every follow up mail, new tickets were creating and again explain.Its really pathetic.One more thing why the service is pour because they were niether replying the required information nor calling.When i called to paytm care phone number, that women executive was talking very iritating and directly told we cant call back and my balance was deducting like anything(17rs/10min)...

                This is really a iritated behaviour, so i cancelled that order and went for other better sites but they didnt refund me my money which is more than 300rs and also they are sending person for pick up return product which i didnt receive also.Please help me out.

                  I have submitted my KYC documents at paytm agency ofc pune and the agency took 20 days and still wallet did not get updated. I have sent around 20 emails to paytm care and grievance team but no proper response from the team. I guess paytm grieve nice are not well trained to handle customer complaints and they need to be trained properly. as they treat the complaint as request from a customer. I did not recive any call from the manager regarding my concern. I have re-submitted my documents again and waited for 24 hours still no action on the complaint. Why do paytm maintain grievance team as they do idle wok and no action upon the customer complain. please do train them properly so that next customer wont be suffered like me.
                  Bought kodak led tv but received defective product without sound.
                  asked paytm to return they told to go kodak for repairing.
                  doesnt make sense, i am paying for new product they are sharing defective and then ask to go to warranty repair.
                  I am a. Regular customer of paytm. I have got Aqua grand water purifier purchased on[protected], which is under warranty but authorised repairing center declared the product as duplicate.
                  Since the product has been bought from paytm we need solution of repairing n warranty of the product.

                  Plz revert ASAP.

                    There was a unknown transaction done from my Paytm on 1st Oct'16. My Wallet Balance was 150.78, and Rs.392 were added more from an unknown account, and the Transaction was made of the total payment of Rs.542.

                    There is no details of the same in Order history also.

                        I have ordered 1 face care toner from them. I was open and leaking badly. the full outer cartoon box got wet. I have mailed them several times with the pcitures and scenario but no outcome. reverse pickup cannot be done as the product is leaking and I have thrown the box. Please help me get the refund of Rs 195 along with the compensation for the same. I have been fed up mailing them.

                              I would like to inform you that i am using paytm application since last 2 years, to use for normal usages, like mobile recharge or purchasing, but from some couple of month paytm has lounched money transfer services is called paytm karo) and i want to use to this services, but for this service i have submitted my required document with the help of paytm representative, but i did not get any type of confirmation from paytm side no call, no msg, so how can i use this services and how can i full fill paytm requirementto use this service and how can i void my lakes, and many times i have been install and deinstall the paytm application but still same issue, so kindly inform me what is the problem.

                                The money had been transacted from the account and while verifying the irctc account, your website is so dumb that it always showing message "invalid captcha" instead it was all time right.
                                how can you make such a dumb website which can not even grab a proper captcha and if you cannot handle all this, i suggest you to close your website. there are many other available.
                                your website is "the seal of trust" ... and the trust cannot recognize a captcha. its totally rediculous. such a poor feedback from your side. how one can trust your website for the further payment.
                                Material is not dispatching on time.not responding my queries.also customer care also not connected.its a fraud company.company is doing fraud works.

                                  By mistake i was done the wrong operator selection and was done the wrong bill payment. I was done bill payment of mgvcl instead o[censored]gvcl. And the amount was big 7415/-rs so try to refund in my Paytm wallet.
                                  I have paid for this order using my debit card, its suppose to refund in my bank account
                                  then why you guys return my money in paytm wallet don't cheat to customers like this
                                  in 23rd sep i ordered again using my debit card only and im not used any wallet amount

                                    I ordered back bag in paytm. But after receiving the product i checked. That is a not back bag. That is waste clothings with very much smelled. I am given complaint to paytm. After 15 days investigation they told that the order is complete so they wont refund the amount. I think this is the new way of cheating customers.                                       The order was placed for booking of an AirIndia ticket

                                      Requesting a refund from PAYTM for the cancelled amount.

                                      The company has refunded the amount. However, the complaint resolution process is extremely slow and the company does not provide refund till a complaint is made on a consumer complaints forum. It is a complete waste of time, energy and money to book on Paytm and then make cancellation. Paytm does not like to give refunds.
