I was complained on paytm bank on 2 April they replied the extra 100 deduction will give before 11 April but still I didn't receive my money back.

    Hi team

    My return ticket from vns-blr stands cancelled by airline and a full refund has been processed by the airline on 26th mar but i still haven't received my money. When i checked with the airline it seems paytm is holding the money. I have already raised the same concern and even replied to their mails but no response.

    Kindly look into the matter and resolve it asap.

      I've ordered faber wall mounted auto clean 60cm 1000m3/h black chimney (Hood pretty 60) on 06-03-20 vide order no [protected]. The authorised installation personnel from faber opened the parcel and found led light was missing, broken control button and glass was broken. He refused to install the faulty product and advised to return it. I raised return request on 19-3-20 with photo evidence of damages as advised by installation person. However seller has rejected return request without even picking up the product. Kindly advise seller to pickup the product and refund the money.

        Hi,

        Due to corona outbreak; my flight is rescheduled and i am supposed to get the refund of 887/-. After checking with airlines - refund is already sent to paytm. However even after raising multiple tickets in paytm 24/7 care app; i still did not get the refund. Neither of their customer care executives are available on help number.

        Please check and do the needful at the earliest.

          Sir i am 2 reacharge via paytm. One of oreder no is [protected] amount rs 249 nd another is [protected] amount rs 149 that reacharge status is failed bt amount debited my bank account... Paytm said 24 hrs under amount will be credited my account bt still 36 hrs and till now any amount not receved my bank account nd paytm customer care no didnot responce me. Every no line are bg everytime.
          So i humble request for paytm care my debited amount refund kindly nd which time of amount will be credited my ac plz confermation me.

                I booked an indigo flight during the pandemic period for which my flight was cancelled and amount saved as credit shell for future booking through paytm but paytm didn't refunded that money and when i tried to contact it, it simply didn't respond, i tried all the method available to contact paytm helpline but no help was provided. Despite this i had to book another flight vistara from paytm but the same thing happened. The airline offered me the free rescheduling option but paytm didn't respond to it. Paytm is simply looting money of common helpless customers. Please help me get my money back or the service i should get against my amount. I have till now invested 27, 000 in airline tickets which paytm is not at all willing to give back. I am a common people very often capable of booking a flight ticket. Please help

But flashcash department has told that they have not received money. So i have repay 2nd time by using flashcash app date - 17/02/2020 amount 9768.36 trans id - s78467637 that was credited to flashash.in transaction it has mention that pos paytm transation id.

                    So i request paytm that please reverse my amount which i have paid in this accounts.

                      Good morning,

                      My name is manoj kumar and my paytm linked mobile number: [protected],
                      My issue : i have account of paytm post paid, i was purchased some item through paytm mall and then item was not good and returned goods and this payment paid through paytm post paid account and when i returned the goods money refunded but now my question is that amount i'm not able to utilize and i tried pay my electricity bill but not showed.
                      Kindly assist the how may i utilize the excess amount through paytm post paid account and provide the respective customer care number, so that i will call and check them.

                        I have booked ticket on 18 march 2020, however ticket was not booked and amount was deducted by paytm payment gateway. It has been more than week ago but amount not received in account.

                          Hi Team

                          My 4 tickets from Bangalore to Varanasi and return tickets booked via Paytm but were cancelled by airlines due to the effect of covid-19 attack. A confirmation mail has been send by the respective airlines on the refund process to the actual mode of return i.e. but there is no intimation from Paytm which makes me figure the amount is pending with Paytm to process it further on my card.

                          It's been a week these query were raised with Paytm but I still have not received any answers to my questions. It is a utter irresponsible behavior and customer service from Paytm.

                            Hello Team,

                            I had booked a flight of JetAirways of dated 19 April 2019 of PNR 'YQHFON' through PayTM mobile app. But the flight was cancelled from your end. I contacted both PayTM care and JetAirways care. I had been told from both of you that the full amount will be refunded in course of couple of days. But it became almost a year and no refund amount is initiated to my account till now and nor any updates in this regard has been communicated to me. This type of lethargic service from a long experienced e-commerce company PayTM landed to me. Kindly let me know, if it could be resolved for me, otherwise I have to boycott PayTM for any service and charity contributions. Because now you are showing a non-reliable customer service provider attributes.

                                  Dont use paytm, literally they are linking highly confidential aadhar to their accounts and kyc which can be a high threat for all the users in future..

                                  "paytm trust: your money is yours! All refunds come with no question asked guarantee."
                                  This is paytm slogan

                                  But actually they locked my money

                                  Story:
                                  5th march i received my money rs24000 to paytm, but tried to use, where it is asking passcode, i forgot passcode, so tried to reset the passcode but its linked with aadhar four digit number, where we came to know that its mistakenly updated by kyc field agents (Road side temporary agents)

                                  After calling their unsupportive paytm customer care and some research, they hold the money and waiting

                                  Even after 26 days they did not resolve the wrongly updated kyc and my money blocked

                                  Many people doesnt know that paytm has bank without physical address-care of address like other banks

                                  If paytm holds one rupee

                                  Ex: if a customer like me keep one rupee in paytm and there are around 140 million user base which is equals to rs140 million

                                  So i strongly recommend not to use paytm or any money apps who dont have physical address and paytm dont care customers becuase they already earned good money during demonitzation and kept lot of money on investments and earning

                                  Only a common man is fool to run around them
                                  I didn't get any items after purchase item from mobile legend bang bang and my money is transferred to times of money limited

                                    On november 07 2019 i paid amount 1048 to filpkart using upi transfer from paytm payments bank my money left from my bank and flipkart didn't get money. Nearly 5 months i don't get my money yet, they are not responding anything about the transaction problem and not contact me yet, the problem not solved after 4 months and i contact the google pay they said the bank not responding yet

                                      I want to state that I was an employee of PAYTM and worked as QR/FSE in Jalandhar Branch since August 2019 .
                                      I was working well and good and was a performing employee of the branch among others as well .
                                      But the PROBLEM which I want to mention is that in the month of December, new concept of Check In and Check out was introduced which i followed truly (except 2-3 days when the app was not checking out and this problem was for the whole branch not me individually ) which you can check in your Data as well with 8 hours of working criteria also fulfilled.
                                      But in the month of December 2019, whose salary was supposed to be credited on 7th January 2020 was credited on 10 January 2020 and to my surprise the deductions were there of Rs.4000 . My totaling salary was expected to be Rs. 20468 (including 4000 incentive ) but I received Rs. 16468 .

                                      To my surprise, in my salary slip my attendance for the month of December 2019 was marked only for 10.5 days out of 30 working days . But i had only taken two leaves that month and worked everyday rest of the month .

                                      I contacted my TL Ajay Pamey regarding this issue and he said that this deduction was due to check in and check out issue as i may not have checked in or checked out but i showed him My GG app record which showed the check in and check out data absolutely fine .

                                      I then contacted the ASM of Jalandhar Harsimarn Singh regarding this and he told me the same and added that i may not have done 6 visits and 2 onboardings daily that's why i may have been marked absent for those days . But i told him clearly that i have fulfilled this criteria on maximum days as well . He also did not had satisfying answer to this query and he too was confused that why was this HIGH SCALE deduction only implied to me as my other colleagues who were way below me in targets and with same check in - check out dates had only minimal deductions .

                                      I then contacted my HR (Net Ambit) regarding this and they told me that the attendance of the check in and check out has been approved by my TL itself.

                                      But when i again and again contacted my TL Ajay Pamey he made me sure that he has nothing to do with my attendance and he too was surprised with the HIGH SCALE deductions in my salary but he too was not sure what was the reason behind it .

                                      I waited for this long as my Full and Final Salary was delayed and i decided to mail higher authorities only after my Full and final salary is credited.

                                      I hereby request you to please look into this matter and co-operate with me for finding the reason and provide solution to this problem of deduction in my salary as soon as possible .

                                        I ordered serving stainless steel pot casserole from paytm but it's showing its delivered but i haven't received the order someone else took and it isn't my sign which the paytm is showing me in help and support.
