It's a fraud company. Mere sath bhi esa hi hua. Uske bad Maine cyber crime branch contact kiya, ap ko cyber crime branch Jana chaiye na Jane apke or mere Jese kitne logo ke sath fraud kar Rahi hai ye company.

    Also note the proposed miss call in your given sms is not geting through in spite of NUMEROUS attempt
    Whereas when tried through [protected] it is (miss call) is taking place but again of no use since you have suggested to give the call only through [protected] for new update.
    If still not clear, You have to go through all my previous mails minutely instead of sending auto generated mails.

    I am very very worried, the way my issue still remains unaddressed
    No one is even bothered to give a call even!!!

Quite clear u all do not want to solve my issue... If so than u would have at least called me to understand my issue... Now where do i escalate this ?     1) I am trying to give miss call but it is not going through [protected] again while trying through airtel another registered no [protected] I am able to generate the miss call.
    2) I have mentioning it second time but No solution.
    3) If you are not able to call me in [protected] ; you are told several time to call in my alternate no which is still awaited.
    4) One thing is clear; nor you are able to connect me in my reliance no nor I am able to generate miss call which means something wrong with reliance itself.

      I ordered from paytm and paid the amount online. 60% cashback on the order amount with promo code was supposed to be credited after 24 hrs of product shipment.
      My order is delivered but cash back amount is not credited to paytm wallet even after 48 hrs.

        My account got debited on 28th September after I received a fraud call.
        The money has been credited to a PayTm account.
        I tried contacting paytm so that I can get details of it but they are not responding.

        If Paytm does not respond and maintain silence, it implies that they are too involved in this fraud.

        I have already dropped an email regarding the details of the transaction and expected at least they would provide me with some details.

          As their app I make recharge but I get wrong benefit please don't make customers fool or stops collected money from them by showing wrong recharge option. Its crime in IPC 420.

            I was paying my cesc electricity bill rs 770/- dated on 19/09/201616, time - around 6:30 am against customer id [protected] through united bank of india debit card. Initially it show transactions failed. Few minutes later i got message from bank cut off from my account total rs. 770/-. So please arrange the above said amount return to my account and take strong action against it.

              the SBI CREDIT CARD Div and my card is going to be upgraded and he told the new card will be issued with my photograph as per RBI Regulations and he said on reward points he needs some details he got the otp twice and cvv everything.                       My id on paytm is under the name of Jasraj Gill and i place an order of Sanitary bags and the order number is [protected].

                      i ordered this product on 6th September but till now i havnt received the product and company is saying that it is being delivered on 14th September and i told them via email that i havnt received it and do provide me with proof of delivery with having signature of the person who received it. but till now then havnt send me the proof of delivery and keep on lying that i have received the product bu in actual i havnt.

                      its a pathetic online company who doesnt listen to its consumers.

                        I have raised a complaint against PayTM. There are some cheaters from payTM support team who called me to resolve my issue.

                        But instead of resolving my issue they did fraud and transferred 5000 amount from my account.

                        How come PayTM employees are doing this ? Why PayTM company is encouraging these guys to access the PayTM accounts and transferring the amount. These fraud guys are able to generate OTPs from PayTM as well.

                        Please take care of these fraud guys and return the amount back to corresponding people. The below are their phone numbers. Please take action if you are not a fraud company.

                        You may get calls from PayTM to resolve any issue raised with PayTM. With their nice conversation they ask your bank details and they will initiate a transaction, confuse you and ask you to share that OTP number immediately they will transfer amount from your account.

                        There are many more numbers like this. You install truecaller mobile app to see the blocked numbers and block them on your phone as well. Also dont ever share your OTP/card numbers/any security information with any one.

                        How PayTM company employees are doing this ? Why PayTM company is encouring these fraud employees ?

                          My payment was successful, but the provider still says its not paid?

                          As per paytm "the electricity provider may take upto 2 working days to update the status after a successful transaction. If it still doesn’t reflect, please contact paytm customer care with your order details."

                          In my case, i have done my transaction on date 22-sept-16 and today is 28-sep-16 almost 6 days are gone but still it;s not reflected at service provide end and no refund or cashback is got from paytm.
                          I have register 3 complaints for same no reply from patm team.

                              I want to upgrade my Paytm wallet so regarding same i have made requests many times for agent visit as soon as i made request i got calls from agency but agent not came till yet.after 3-4 times i mailed the same issue to Paytm customer care but they are also told me that our agent tried to call you but your number was not contactable, so request you to made another request for wallet upgrade. after that again same issue on my request.

                              from 26 Aug'16 to 28 Sep'16 i am waiting for agent to collect docs.

                              Whey Paytm is providing service for collecting docs when they are not able to collects.
                              And how can it possible that Paytm Customer care is able to call me, agency is able to call me, my all contacts are able to call me but Paytm agents are not able to call me and also not able to come at my premises.

                                Wrong and damage product dilevered last week. I have complained to paytm care but no solution provided yet and ticket closed 3 times escalate again then open again. Product ammount is 23k, but pattm care tm is response as i purchase a 23inr product. Really unresponsive reply i am getting from paytm care.

                                As per pay tm website product dimension is 600mm*380mm*560mm
                                But actual and received product dimention is 660mm*435mm*690mm

                                And product is damage from 2 side.

                                  Actually i ordered new mobile phone intex aqua speed hd (White & gold) from paytm[protected]. Or after few day they deliveried my order.

                                  Recently i have problem with this mobile & i got to intex care center mohali or they refused to give me warranty of this mobile. Because they said its out or warrenty.

                                  This phone activited on[protected] that means warrenty till[protected]
                                  But i ordered this phone[protected] according to this i have warrenty to this phone but intex care said to talk with paytm.

                                  Last 20 days i daily mail to paytm but this igonor my request or said provide proof from care then i send screenshot which send by intex care but paytm said not clear. 2-3 time i send image of out of warrenty but paytm ignor

                                  Approxmate month gone

                                  Because of wrong product sold to my i face to many trouble i waste my time or money to go intex care again & again.

                                  Even i tried to contect but they dnt reply so please help to resolve this problem.

                                  I have all invoice or screen shot which provide by intex care.

                                    Very Bad Service and Cheap customer Care, No Single word for Support..If you want purchase then You can buy on your own risk/responsibility, coz Paytm will Not Support after ordering .As i have order BSA i bike 7 Speed for Men (Order No-[protected]) and received the Ladies Cycle and after calling on Customer Care, they completely deny for Support, they Directly told to Return Only and no Support about replacing .means if Boy/Men order his gents cloths then Paytm will deliver Ladies Clothes..Paytm words will be-wear it or return...what is this ? Paytm cheating to customers .

                                        Looks like PayTM company itself is a fraud company. They are encouraging their employees to do such fraud things.

                                        Please raise a police complaint with these documents.
