Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that actually i have 198rs recharge in my number to two times on the date of 03-oct-2016 now the recharge is showing successful but not success and my amount is also detected from my account. My order id number is [protected] and second order number is [protected].

I had payment my obc bank a/c, paytm shows success but not success

So kindly request to you that my amount is refund in my account.

Want to know weather its success or not.
I had occur an error while buying a product.
I had recharge 150 rs prepaid mobile no [protected] through credit card yesterday my account is debit but rechrge not successfull.I am requistng to you kindly refund my money as soon as possible.right now problem not resolved.

By mistake i was done the wrong operator selection and was done the wrong bill payment. I was done bill payment of mgvcl instead o[censored]gvcl. And the amount was big 7415/-rs so try to refund in my Paytm wallet.
I have paid for this order using my debit card, its suppose to refund in my bank account
then why you guys return my money in paytm wallet don't cheat to customers like this
in 23rd sep i ordered again using my debit card only and im not used any wallet amount
they are cheaters

    I ordered back bag in paytm. But after receiving the product i checked. That is a not back bag. That is waste clothings with very much smelled. I am given complaint to paytm. After 15 days investigation they told that the order is complete so they wont refund the amount. I think this is the new way of cheating customers. Order id [protected]. Dont believe paytm. Be carefull

      Had booked a flight ticket against the order number mentioned above. Cancelled the flight ticket before the flight date/time.
      PayTM not giving refund despite airlines confirming over email that the ticket has been cancelled and refund generated to agent.
      The order was placed for booking of an AirIndia ticket

      Requesting a refund from PAYTM for the cancelled amount.

      Please help.

      The company has refunded the amount. However, the complaint resolution process is extremely slow and the company does not provide refund till a complaint is made on a consumer complaints forum. It is a complete waste of time, energy and money to book on Paytm and then make cancellation. Paytm does not like to give refunds.

            Yesterday oct 2nd 2016, i recharged 199 for idea, mobile no : [protected], order id : [protected]
            But yet it has not been recharged for the number. It is still showing the status as "waiting for operator's confirmation". Please make it as soon as possible.
            I would like to request you to refund the amount deducted. This is really annoying response from paytm. I cannot wait for a day to get recharged.

                I have ordered a Stroll Men flip flop Opal and after sometime i cancelled my order because i selected another of my address which i have saved before . its now been more than a week and i haven't got my refund . i have complaint on the site through email several times but their is this same replies every time that your refund will be done within 3-4 days but no such thing has happened till now and i am helpless as cannot get in touch with them directly .

                  Dr sir/mam I purchased one Sony head set in ur BS pay tm ur paytm workers cannot have knowledge, bcz I order with mick head set, ur pay tm sented with out mick and different product, and bill also different, product and bill not maching, and now ur head set not working, when I gone to Sony service center they told bill and product completely different, when I cal to ur costomer care they are not responding, with in 12 hr rpl me or cl me back [protected] other wise I will rise complaint in consumer forum,

                      I purchased 3 dell inspiron 3558 laptops via order number [protected] & [protected] from paytm which mentioned windows 10 preloaded on the laptop description, but found that the laptop were ubuntu based & windows 10 pirated version was loaded on the laptop by the seller. So i decided to return the laptops & also gave all proof like dell website links & job sheet of dell stating that these laptops are ubuntu based & not windows 10 based, but still patym was not ready to accept the fact & did not accept the return of the laptops.I sent them several emails & made numerours calls to its customer care, but they just rejected the return of the product without giving any reason for the same.They are least bothered about customer satisfaction & have fraud sellers on their website selling products . Kindly take strict action against the company

                      Also 1 seller Brij enterprises of order no [protected] agreed about the windows issue & accepted to take back th laptop & also sent an email to me for the same, which i shared with paytm, but still they refused to take the return of the laptop & rejected the same

                                I purchased the children toy from paytm order no.[protected] which i got defected.
                                So i request for the return through paytm website.
                                But the product is not pick by the company giving reasons that your address is not reachable. But this is how possible when the delivery they reach to my address but at the reverse time my address is not reachable by them.

                                It is fraud by the company as when they got address at the time of delivery then its there duty to pick the product from same address.

                                  We have order two times a sandwiches grill product, both the time paytm's other agency delivered wrong product. This all happen in 1st week of september 2016, both time we return the product. But still no money refunded. They do not track for refund product from there side.
                                  We are arguing n complaining till date.

                                  Toll free number not working. Paytm service is not a professional. They operate with delhi. They make fools. Do not buy or take risk. Thank you.

                                    I order #[protected] for the item foldable laundary basket but i received
                                    Different item lunchbox delivered on 15/09/2016

                                    Immediately i requested for return that product with complaint with ticket 06921120 on 16/09/2016...

                                    After requesting we did not received any call from seller/paytm customer and even i tried so many times for the paytm customer care[protected] is not working & not able to connect...

                                    Finally i replied to the mail [protected]@paytm.com by saying this information to them for exchange the product

                                    Today 30/09/2016 i received the mail customer not ready to return the product after 7 days delivered with item id [protected] and [protected]..

                                    Please help on this...

                                        I had order the mixer grinder online through paytm. When i received the mixer it was not working. The engineer who had come confirmed that the product is defective.

                                        But even after so many month my amt is not refunded by your company. You are to please confirm, whether it will be refunded or not.


                                        So that i can take further course of action

                                        It is such a bad experience buying on line from your companies
                                        It is big harassment.
