Dear sir/mam, i got a mail from paytm.com as 100rs flat cashback on bill / recharge on 100

I am being a PTM Customer in past 18 Months, and i felt happy for their service and support. But in Aug-15 i made an order of Rain and Rainbow Cotton printed Anarkali for the amout of 2275. order number [protected]. now its almost 1 month gone. but as per in that description still am not get my 50% cash back. Its totally frustrate and made the unsatisfied service being provide by PAYTM.

Most irresponsible thing I wrote server mail yet haven't get any response from them. Here am totally disappoint because of the service.

Reference to my smart phone (Samsung galaxy a7)
This phone was delivered on 19 october 2015. The payment is done on 17 october 2015. I get my phone with sealed box on 19 october 2015, when i reached to samsung smart phone care centre for some kind of maintenance, they said your warranty period has been completed since 28 august 2015. Simply means this phone had opened & being used by some other number from 28 august. How can it possible?? Even the first operating mobile number is not related to any o[censored]s.
What is this?
Now this maintenance costs upto rs 3000, because now it is out of warranty. Even i wanted to extend my warranty which could only extend in warranty period.
They are making fool to their customers.

PAID 34355 INR for a lenovo laptop from this site on[protected].I received a DAMAGED PRODUCT.I wrote to them and the asked for the photographs of the product and invoice etc.later till date nothing have been done.the customer care number is always busy .
They have already crossed a week's time since paytm had approved the return of the product.Yet there is no responds from them.

PayTM provide bad service to customer every time. Very disappointing site i have ever use for recharge. Operator down most of the time, they never return recharge amount back, not even refund that amount to customer's bank account. they never follow their own policy. PayTM just make customer fool around.

DELHIVERY Courier service is one of the worst delivery system, which I never come across.
Vaamsi Maroon And Beige Unstitched Dress Material on 14. 09. 16, expected date of delivery was on 23. 09. 16, even till date the item is not delivered or Paytm people even doesn't take care of their customers and reply. They have only one contact details but phone disconnects. Neither get connected

As per the paytm app. I have booked the ticket from Meerut to Jaipur for 23 Sept 2016 for 11:55 pm which was shown while booking the ticket. But when i made the payment and finally the ticket got booked i came to know that the ticket has been booked for 23 Sept 2016 but the time to board the bus is 12:09 am and Departure is 12:24 am. How could they do this if i am booking ticket for tomorrow (23 Sept 2016) for 11:55 pm. This has caused lot of inconvenience and worst experience which i had with paytm..Could you look into this on a high priority basis and ask paytm to get my money (Ticket Booked for Rs 850) refund back. Would really appreciate if you look into this issue asap. I have enclosed the picture of the time and date which showed while booking the ticket.

because order cancelled by seller . 29/12/2015.but till date we have not received the same amount of refund.

My money was debited from my account but not added to my paytm wallet but in paytm it shows money is refunded despite complaining paytm million of times the issue still exists they are not solving the issue.These guys dont give any [censored] to the consumers money.This is not the good way of treating your coustmer especially u are in need of money

Today by mistake I recharge my Airtel prepaid no . but I fill the information to postpaid and recharge 304 rupees and 304 rupees cut from my account .
My complaint is when I fill wrong information then why recharge is done and that is black Barry service if I m not using that phone then how rechange possibl.

Despite writing five times to paytm, the issue is not resolved. As per my list of credits and debits from beginning, my current balance should be 2277 but my paytm wallet is showing only 2000. Can you please look into this on priority basis? I am seriously thinking to stop using paytm if your customer service is so pathetic.

What the hell it is. i didnot get the amount back in my bank account. i can not even apply promo code "lap16" . now you are saying me to wait for 7 dayz to get back the amount in my bank. what the heck. who will wait for 7 days. better was to purchase from market. What about my loss ???? I was in need of it asap. Now i can't also apply the promo code so wats the use. Loss of interest loss of time loss of work ?? What about my losses ?? i want the refund by tomorrow. Should i sue you in the consumer court or should I make a complaint with rbi against you. ??
When I contacted the customer care they said it was cancelled by me only. What the heck.

Updated by cahimz I am still waiting for my refund in my bank account. I am sending emails from last 6 days and after 100s of mails they are saying it's me who cancelled the order and the amount has been refunded on 21st September and I should contact to my bank. I want to know which bank takes a week to transfer the funds ?? When I transfer the amount from paytm wallet to my bank account it hardly took a minute for the bank to credit my account and they are blaming tha bank now. They are fraud.
