I have done payment to postpaid bill of rs 1450/- on 21.09.2016 and cont number [protected] & its bank transaction number/order no.[protected], through your paytm portal but this payment is fail due to your technical default but amount is deducted from my account immediately, therefore i request to you refund my amount of rs 1450/- when as soon as possible in my paytm wallet or bank account

For that matter i have attached the bank statement for this happening

Today by mistake I recharge my Airtel prepaid no . but I fill the information to postpaid and recharge 304 rupees and 304 rupees cut from my account .
My complaint is when I fill wrong information then why recharge is done and that is black Barry service if I m not using that phone then how rechange possibl.

    Despite writing five times to paytm, the issue is not resolved. As per my list of credits and debits from beginning, my current balance should be 2277 but my paytm wallet is showing only 2000. Can you please look into this on priority basis? I am seriously thinking to stop using paytm if your customer service is so pathetic.

      I have send the amount of rs. 2399 from my number to other number as [protected] but the cocnern is the amount has been debited from my number as [protected] but not received by the other usre

      however he recevied the sms but amount not credited, i m trying to contact the customer care but its not working non of there nubmer are contactable

      I have received many mails but seems they are not ready to give my money back and everytime i received this confirmation that money has been credited also the other users account is still zero plase check

        What the hell it is. i didnot get the amount back in my bank account. i can not even apply promo code "lap16" . now you are saying me to wait for 7 dayz to get back the amount in my bank. what the heck. who will wait for 7 days. better was to purchase from market. What about my loss ???? I was in need of it asap. Now i can't also apply the promo code so wats the use. Loss of interest loss of time loss of work ?? What about my losses ?? i want the refund by tomorrow. Should i sue you in the consumer court or should I make a complaint with rbi against you. ??
        When I contacted the customer care they said it was cancelled by me only. What the heck.

        I am still waiting for my refund in my bank account. I am sending emails from last 6 days and after 100s of mails they are saying it's me who cancelled the order and the amount has been refunded on 21st September and I should contact to my bank. I want to know which bank takes a week to transfer the funds ?? When I transfer the amount from paytm wallet to my bank account it hardly took a minute for the bank to credit my account and they are blaming tha bank now. They are fraud.

          It was 1.62 kg as displayed on site and actually 2.06 kg. Return request rejected again and again. More than a week. No pick up. Done everything.. Paytm fraud. Product untouched return request was generated as soon the product was delivered after seeing the specifications were wrong as mentioned in the site. Making wait again and again already sent photographs as asked yet no return accepted.

            Hi m abhishek gupta. I ordered a macbook pro from paytm paid rs 53000 through net banking. It was written in description that it's weight was 1.62 kg so i bought it but when i received the courier i saw it was written 2.06 kg. I needed a portable laptop as already i have one of 2.5 kg so i ordered it. But as i saw that i placed a return request immediately without even opening the laptop. Since then they are constantly rejecting my return request though they mentioned on site that they will return within 15 days of product is wrong. They are sometimes ignoring my return requests sometimes asking photographs which i sent. Again and again making me wait. And wasting my time and money. I don't need this heavy laptop. I want my money back. But these people are fraud. It's been more than a week but they haven't issued any pick up not even accepted my return request.
            I have been writing queries to Paytm as the Water bill that I paid to Delhi Jal Board is not updated in their account and also in My Accounts Section of Paytm portal.The amount has been deducted from my credit card statement.I also needed clarity on the transaction that happened on 15th July, it is not updated in My accounts.

              This is to inform above online mobile recharging for rs110.00 against order no[protected] dt 21.09.2016, have failed although the amount paid to paytm through my hdfc bank credit card. Therefore please refund the amount back to my above credit card.

                  I have used paytm app to recharge my idea mobile number yesterday (20/9/16). I have received the otp number and have done the proceedings. Later i received the information that the amount is debited from my bank account, but till now the same is not credited to my mobile account. Please do the needful as early as possible.

                    ON[protected] at 17.11 I made payment of 291.25 for my IDEA mobile thru PAYTM which was acknowledged. As the service provider (IDEA)insist that they have not received payment till last day I again made payment thru PAYTM on16/09/2016 at15.56 which was acknowledged . NOW the service provider informed me today that they have not received the payment. PLEASE RETURN THE MONEY IMMEDIATELY

                        I have recharged on my bsnl on 16/9/2016, it shows that order is successful, but I didn't got my balance, my order no.is [protected], kindly recharge or refund my balance.
                        Amount not yet refunded to sbi account
                        I hv recharge on my sim of 201 in bsnl on 15/9/1016, it shows that recharge is successful, but I didn't got my balance yet, kindly recharge my Sim or return my balance.

                          Rs. 600 has been debited from my bank account on 07.09.16 via paytm yet there is no cash in the paytm wallet. I had used the same to pay a merchant, Pickji, and rs. 300 is shown as paid from paytm yet pickji has received no money yet.
                          I have emailed my complaint on a regular basis to paytm along with file attachments of the transaction details from my bank account. Yet no step has been taken to provide me with a resolution.
                          I am really shocked by such poor service and customer support. I am so worried about where my money is. Please look into this matter urgently.

                              I have forgot the paytm password and i m trying to reset my password but unable to receive the link for password reset after several requests and as my registered number is no more in usage i m not getting a OTP aswell.I had done a recharge of 341 and was suppose to get cashback of Rs 100 which i dint received and now also unable to log in to check it.
                              I have made a recharge of Rs 420 for my mobile no- [protected] through my PNB net banking but that transaction failed and amount deducted from my account.
                              This transaction is not showing in my account so i made another transaction through my SBI account and it was successful.

                              I request you to kindly give back amount to me
                              On paytm, due to wrong operator selection during mobile recharge get failed, If am calling on their consumer number, no one is picking the call, and heavy charges also deduct, means in anyhow customer ko lutlo paytm waalo., mujhe amount refund karo, Rs.150.
                              I have booked my train ticket from Hyderabad to Latur date of 25/09/2016, my payment of rupees 444 from paytm wallet has been deducted but ticket has not been confirmed. when I contacted to Paytm customer care they didnt divert my call to their customer care agent. my paytm order number is [protected].

                                Paytm order# [protected] is not delivered to designated address marked on it.
                                Paytm site/app is showing as delivered.

                                This order was marked cancelled by me still paytm was not able to stop shipment etc.
                                Later i refused to take shipment when call is made on mobile number by courier boy.

                                All of sudden, on 15th september, order status changed to delivered in paytm site.

                                Now number of questions:
                                1. Track shipment did not work an option available on their site.
                                2. Cancel did not work
                                3. Refund cant be issued as they rely on logistics and supplier heavily not on customer.
                                4. No proof of delivery available with them or guidelines when i asked to them.

                                I am fine to loose 6, 000/- amount but want to bring into everyone attention that features available on paytm site are just like toys for kids and does not work in reality.

This is to bring to your kind notice that kindly redeem the money in my ptm wallet or send the money in my account .
                                    I have your to reach out with your since last 2 days almost every hr but the line is continuously engaged . With my personal experience I would like to inform you that the services being provided on your end are highly unprofessional .Being a customer, after this terrible experience i would never prefer to use Pym application .I will highly obliged and thankful if you will look into the matter and revert to me as soon as possible.

                                      I have raised 2 tickets for payment refund of more than 1000 Rs as bus service cancelled due to strike. Paytm team is just replying with an email that 'provide bus operator number' but neither refunding amount nor contacting bus operator. There is not option to escalate to higher level.
                                      Also neither proper customer care number given on the website nor email contact.
                                      There is only a way to raise a ticket through website.
                                      On each request I am getting same response ' Share contact number of bus operator' even though I shared in first ticket.
                                      Also team is not waiting for feedback and reply, they are just closing the request. It feels like they don't want to refund money.

                                        Bought iPAD Air 2 from PayTM a year back. The Sales Company was Shree Ram Electronics, Basai Road Gurgaon. Recently went to apple service centre when my iPAD faced some problem and need replacement, but Apple cited that its not covered under warranty as its a demo product. Despite repeated request to PayTM and the Sales company to solve the matter, the matter is not addressed. Very pathetic Indian sales shop and equally helpless sale platform These E-tailers surely going to die overtime.
