Hi,

I purchased Kwality chocos and got a coupon code for 30rs offer code. This coupon code is showing offer valid till Nov 2016.

But when I am applying the code, its telling this offer is expired.

This is the second time I am facing this issue with paytm. Feeling very bad about this paytm.

Not sure why they are cheating customers like this.

Waste of time to everyone.

You may get fraud calls and tell you that they are calling from PayTM or any other company name. Initially they start call to get your refund or any context like that. With their nice conversation they ask your bank details and they will initiate a transaction, confuse you and ask you to share that OTP number immediately they will transfer amount from your account.

They tell you that they are calling from PayTM or any other company name. These cheaters may call from the below numbers:

[protected]
[protected]

There are many more numbers like this. You install truecaller mobile app to see the blocked numbers and block them on your phone as well. Also dont ever share your OTP/card numbers/any security information with any one.

      I had booked Bus Ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 12.09.2016 in Komitla Travels, that bus was Cancelled by Travels department, Pls find the attached file for Reference.

      But Yet i am not getting Refund, i had call up to the Komitla Travels Customer care they are saying Pls Contact Paytm Toll Free... last one week i am trying it is always saying Busy...

        And today it is 17, I didn't receive my order yet
        Company doesn't exactly answer me when will I get my order

          Last Saturday I update my paytm app after that my balance approx 1500 to 1800/- rs not showing n I was contact to Coustmer care but not talk to them. Pl solve my problem. My account was open by paytm executive who was come to my shop 'Sachin optical'. I was complaint to Coustmer care but they were not respond. Pl solve problems. Whenever I call at Coustmer care they have no any executive who attend the call, they prefer only written but not respond to written complaints.

            I made two payments of 1206 to MTNL on 8th Sep, using Paytm. Only one of them got paid to MTNL, that too after me following up with paytm for a week.
            Their customer care support is pathetic. They do not have any support on call.
            They reply whatever they like. They asked me to follow up with MTNL. But, it is their job to make sure that the bill is paid that too within a duration of time.
            It's been more than days, and whenever I complain to paytm, they give a standard reply, that it has been done from their side and I need to contact MTNL. MTNL says they did not receive the payment.

              I have made 2 transactions of 250 each for mobile recharge. The amount was debited from my HDFC account but no recharge was done. Even after logging complaint, i did not receive any response from the company.

                I Had Done A Talktime Recharge On Paytm Of Rs.100 Of An Idea Prepaid Number On 15th September 2016 Using My Paytm Wallet Money But The Recharge Was Unsuccessful And I Didn't Receive My Refund Amount Into My Paytm Wallet.An Email From The Company Said To Wait For 4 Hours To See If The Recharge Was Successful Otherwise They Would Refund My Money But Nor The Recharge Was Successful Nor Did I Received My Rs.100 Refund From Their Side.

                  Hi,

                  I am Sakira Hanif from dindigul, tamilnadu. I ordered pure it marvella water purifier, but merchant despatched pure it classic, so I requested for return.

                  They told return pickup is not available so told to send via private courier . So I sent to via professional courier and it got delivered to merchant. Still paytm is saying item is not delivered to merchant and not refunding amount . Attached all the proof .

                    I would like to infrom you I have done my metro card on 13th of Sep. Recharge was showing successful. But when I went to metro station machine I found status please update your metro card balance.

                    So After that i did email to paytm customer support on 14th of sep and they provide me ticket number 06833212 and told me your issue will be solve asap. After that my order was cancel on 14th of sep but till 16th of sep i did not get the refund and after that i have done many email to paytm customer support but no positive reply was given to me and still i did not get my refund.

                    I request to you to please look into the issue ASAP.

                        Why the hell you guys not interacting with customer directly . Is we need to follow you on mails or need to play wrtie here or there. becoz 90% people dont have time to do this, due to which you can make your profit from people if they get stuck in anu problem on your app. Bludy first already we are frusted as our money stuck due to your app use, second your all phone lines are at machine end. why you guys dont care of those are using your app.

                        I was trying again again, and when payment done, i raised requset to cancel all prior transcatios which were pending, still u deducted amount and paid that payment which was not required.

                          With reference Paytm order id.- [protected] and paytm ticket no.- 0668408. I have booked a flight ticket on 10th sept'16 and also cancelled the same ticket on same day. The ticket was refundable ticket. I called paytm customer care and asked regarding cancellation charges. He told me something the charge will be around rs.2000. Since I didn't get any update for a long time today I called paytm customer care and asked about updates. Then suddenly I come to know that I won't get refund against this cancellation because cancellation charges is greater than the ticket charge. Then he asked me to confirm it with the airlines. I called airline and now I come to now that the ticket is non refundable and they strict refused me to give any information regarding this cancellation. I am attaching photoproof where it is visible that the ticket is refundable.

                          After couple of days I got a mail from paytm that my cancellation charge is approximately 3925 rs and my ticket price was 6896 rs. Therefore I should get refund of amount nearly 3000 rs. But today I got a mail from paytm that I will only get 171 rs as refund.
                          I have made transaction through patty for booking tickets for movie.But at the end amount is deducted from my account and transaction is failed and I can't able to book the ticket.please provide a solution.and return my money to my account back.

                                  Kindly inform to you i have booked 2 ticket Chennai to Rameswaram outgoing and incoming through paytm site..but boarding points address (shoinganallur water tank) wating time 9.25 pm to 12.pm but bus not came at the boarding points ..then call to paytm customer care and discussed the issue. So request the cancel the visit plan both ticket.. and told to customer care team within 24 Horus refunds the all amounts..so requst to you please helm us..

                                      I have ordered a medicine on bigchemist.com, i have not received any confirmation or order status since 20 days. I have done payment through online banking with kotak bank. You are the payment gateway of this website. I have registered complain against bigchemist and they are saying to contact paytm.
                                      I am very sad with your service. They are saying that they have transferred amount to paytm and they will refund to your a/c. Its your responsibility to provide consumer transactions security and this site is such a fake company you are providing payment gateway service to them. You are encouraging them to do such a fraud work with consumers. If i will not get my amount back within 3days then i will file case against you and bigchemist for doing such fraud works. You can transfer my amount in paytm account. I m providing my order details;

                                        I have been booked train ticket on date 05/09/2016 but it was not confirm and my rs 2588 is deducted from my paytm. So i m complain against my deduction and as per company refund policy that i legal deduction will be refund within 7 days in your account still i have not received. Its over abut 9 days so what i have to do? If i will not receive within 2 days i will go consumer cort.

                                        I bought a shirt from paytm. The status they displayed that the shirt has been deleivered at my address but ithas not yet been delievered.When i mailed to paytm they are continuosly fooling me that they are looking into the issue but it has been past 2 weeks and nothing has been done
