Hi,

Kindly inform to you i have booked 2 ticket Chennai to Rameswaram outgoing and incoming through paytm site..but boarding points address (shoinganallur water tank) wating time 9.25 pm to 12.pm but bus not came at the boarding points ..then call to paytm customer care and discussed the issue. So request the cancel the visit plan both ticket.. and told to customer care team within 24 Horus refunds the all amounts..so requst to you please helm us..

      I have ordered a medicine on bigchemist.com, i have not received any confirmation or order status since 20 days. I have done payment through online banking with kotak bank. You are the payment gateway of this website. I have registered complain against bigchemist and they are saying to contact paytm.
      I am very sad with your service. They are saying that they have transferred amount to paytm and they will refund to your a/c. Its your responsibility to provide consumer transactions security and this site is such a fake company you are providing payment gateway service to them. You are encouraging them to do such a fraud work with consumers. If i will not get my amount back within 3days then i will file case against you and bigchemist for doing such fraud works. You can transfer my amount in paytm account. I m providing my order details;

        I have been booked train ticket on date 05/09/2016 but it was not confirm and my rs 2588 is deducted from my paytm. So i m complain against my deduction and as per company refund policy that i legal deduction will be refund within 7 days in your account still i have not received. Its over abut 9 days so what i have to do? If i will not receive within 2 days i will go consumer cort.

        I bought a shirt from paytm. The status they displayed that the shirt has been deleivered at my address but ithas not yet been delievered.When i mailed to paytm they are continuosly fooling me that they are looking into the issue but it has been past 2 weeks and nothing has been done

              On 03/09/2016 some one proclaiming himself as sbi customer support officer has rang my uncle balaram mondal and stated that he has been asked to replace his existing sbi debit card with new one.in this connection, he has also asked the otp fraudulently and made a transaction worth rs. 8, 995/-. Being a police person deployed in police hq i lodged a complaint with diamond harbour ps, kolkata vide case no. 466 dtd 09.09.2016. (Copy attached). Copy of bank transaction dtd 03.09.2016 on sbi pass book vide pos no.[protected]. Hence it is requested that necessary action may kindly be taken and amount may kindly be refunded to the sbi sb ac from which amount was fraudulently debited.                       I ordered 1 panasonic electric, rice cooker from paytm order id [protected] and paid money rs1930 in advance but I received defective dented piece( dented outer and inner container) from there seller srinivasa home needs, siddipeth, medak also it was plain but in advertisement it was shown with floral prints. i raised ticket on the same day with images as I received the product and also sent it to their warehouse. But now after receiving the product they are showing as return rejected. No one is picking calls and not replying mails... They are big big cheaters...

                        I know my complaint can be resolved because unique way to make people fool is done by Paytm... i was recharging my mts dongle with 1598 rs amount and on payment confirmation page its waiting for Otp and i havr only provide Otp once..but recharge is twiced and amount is deducted two times from my account ...and one recharge is succesful and other one is in wating process... i want to cancel my recharge and contact with Paytm..first dere no way to contact via toll free number always busy..and second they send mail that they will look for matter...after three bours recharge is succesful...so poor Paytm...making people fool in terms of network... they will not refund recharge amount that why always make people fool ...

                              Wrong recharge done on wrong number.Wanted to cancel the order [protected] and reverse the recharge amount on paytm wallet.Kindly pull the recharge from the number.Not able to contact the paytm customer care.Also contacted operator for reverse recharge but they said to contact paytm customer care as recharged done from paytm.And called on paytm customer care not able to contact as the announcement of number was saying to select 9 but while selecting it was showing invalid number selected.
                              Wanted to cancel recharge order and wanted refund.Paytm is not giving any proper service no customer support and very poor service.

                                        I booked airline ticket online under name of Mahesh Honnungar on 6/09/16 at 5:14 from Goa to Ahmedabad and Ahmedabad to Goa.I had to cancel the reservation as he was ill on scheduled
                                        date of reservation so I went online for the same on Paytm website.I got an option to cancel the reservation for only 1 ticket which was from Ahmedabad to Goa.I cancelled ticket from Ahmedabad to Goa

                                        doesn't even respond even on their given time.I am looking for refund for all mental harassment that Paytm is doing and complete ticket refund along with the call charges that I am charged in making calls
