I ordered Men's Liteforce III MID Blue and White Canvas Sneakers[protected] from paytm on 23rd July and returned it on 29th July, Alamode India (Seller) confirmed its receipt on 9th July, i am following up with paytm since than, i have almost written 14 mails and called their no.[protected], 5 times but just received call once, he also couldn't do anything, they have not even sent me an acknowledgement for the receipt of my query.

I travel on 01/09/2016 through uber taxi from tilak nagar new delhi to gurgaon. On payment from mobile app, my paytm account debited twice by rs.297.69 screen shot of passbook enclosed. Please reverse 297.69.

I want to report a issue that on 29th aug i made a transaction of 1000 rupees from hdfc credit card to paytm which has been reversed by paytm on 30th aug to the hdfc credit card. I asked the reason from paytm regarding this, so they were saying that hdfc reported fraud against that transaction and they blocked my wallet account.

But there is nothing anything like that, because if this thing happens hdfc will block my card which was not there. And suppose if that was the case, paytm should inform me about that. There was no communication from there side.

I am writing them mail again and again, but did not got proper response from there side even they don't revert to my mail.

I just wanted my wallet money back and for that i have given them my bank account number and also tell them that return the money to the source where it come from.

I trust them and now see what i have to go thru.

I have ordered lava A79 mobile on 24.07.2016 through paytm, but has not recieved it till now, but paytm status shows mobile has been delivered, i have lost 5000, i have informed paytm several times but didn't got proper response.it has been more than a month neither i have recieved the product nor any refund, i an feeling helpless.so plese help me at the earliest.hoping for your help.

I have placed an order for adidas flipflops from paytm they gave estimated delivery date between 3 to 6 sep'2016 but at today 7th sept i have not received my product.

I have already file complain twice at paytm for the delay in delivery of my order.

Even i am not able to track my package and on other side my product is also not delivered i am bit tensed for the money i have spend.

Please help me to get out of it.

I have purchase dell venue 7 calling tab from paytm in oct 2015 and it is not functioning properly hence i went to dell customer care center.
They told me that the warranty of this tab is already expired in 2014.
Paytm has sold me the old stock dell tab.

However i wrote about it to the [protected]@paytm.com and they are sending me emails reply and asking for different details which i have provided them still they are not resolving my concern.

I ordered bean pouff at paytm. But they delivered me worse quality of product and when i inform them, they denied to take it back.. While i informed them, as soon as i saw the product.. Product is iferior is average rate same product and more costly than average pouff.. How can a customet notice a product quality at pc screen. But when i get the product, i inform them as soon as i could. But they denied completely to take it back.

Ordered product on 25th of august. Its suppose to get delivered by 3-6th sep but it didn't get delivered and i was not even able to track with their tracking number. They shared gati courier tracking number[protected] but as i contacted with them their numbers doesn't start with 1*.
Paytm has a reputation of very pathetic customer service. They will never say no, but at the same time they will not solve your issue. The only thing that you can get is a tentative date, which will again be superseded by another tentative date, till the time you dont get frustrated and ask them not to call anymore.

I would like to get the money back for the product that i have asked paid.

On sunday i recharged internet2g for 175 and i got the service talk time. As u have shown in ua app.. Today again i recharged 54 2g and again i got some local sms offer... So i kindly request u to see to it bcz wen i called idea customer care dey said it's ua fault bcz dre 's no such offers for 54 and 175 and it's 179 and u have shown wrong information in ua app.. So i would like to clear the with you.. And am waiting for long time... For ua reply.. Plz sought t out fast.. Thank u

Sir i have returned product of order id [protected]... It's about 10 days passed but till now not refunded. Please have a look... Paytm toll free number is not of any use.. On other landlines number also. I'm unable to talk with customer care. But they have charged of phone call very well. Approx 50 rupees i have spent on call.. Return me my money.. Ii really dishearted from paytm.

This is to inform you that i did one payment against my utility bills towards postpaid connection of idea cellular through paytm mobile application on today near about 7.40 am. The rbill amount of rs. 1202.00 has been deducted from my sbi bank account while i paid through internet banking but for some unknown reason the payment has been failed and the deducted money has not been credited back to my account or paytm wallet.in this regard my bank statement has showing that the said amount has been successfully debited to the one97 communication limited vide ref.[protected]ig0cqobiq5. Till now the amount is laying with you and not credited back to my account. Hence unless i got my debited amount of rs.1202.00 back to my account i am very much unable to repay my outstanding utility bill by now.

Therefore i request you to take your kind intervention at an immediate basis so that i can get back my refund for my earlier proceeding for paying my outstanding utilities.

Hope you will understand my inconvenience caused and take proper steps to resolve the same.

I have purchased Nokia 130 mobile through PayTM order No: [protected] on Feb 2016. in PayTM it is mentioned the product has one year manufacture warranty. The phone which is barely 6 months old is not working now. I have contacted Nokia service center and they have responded by saying that they won't provide service for this phone and I have to get replacement from PayTM. But PayTM not responding to my contacts.

Ihave pay electricity bill rs.770 vaya paytm. But bill panding show. Paytm mobile no. Is [protected]. So please shole my billing problem.

While paying mts bill (Paytm order #[protected]) on 28-08-16, paytm also deducted rs 61 against an order #[protected] making my balance to nil. I did not place this order.

Further i could not find any way to change my profile. I have to change my phone number. Doesn't paytm requires to obey kys, in fact it is a more banking service than internet shopping.
