I had purchased the product on 13th August 2016 the delivery date was 22nd August 2016. But they delayed the order by almost 5 days, so I decided to cancel the order. Upon cancellation they were suppose to return my money within 3 - 4 days. After multiple chase up they are always informing me that the issue will be resolved between 48-72 hours. Today they crossed he heights after saying that the issue is resolved. They are not looking into the issue on high priority. My 11, 999 Rs have been stuck with them.

Attached is the snapshot of the order still pending in return.

Please help me with the game they are playing with me.

          I, Mohd Shariq received a call from [protected]. The person who was speaking did 4 unauthorised transactions from my Axis Bank account no. [protected] worth Rs. 12000. Kindly look into the matter and reverse my money.That person told his name was Sarfaraz.Transactions were completed using PayTM using my Axis Bank Debit card details.This incident took place on 2nd September, 2016.

              I had booked a FAN from paytm.com. on receipt of the product its understood that the products are not as per the description. hence i
              ​requested to return on 29th August 2016. daily morning I'm receiving a message communication from Novoex stating item will be picked up withing 7pm. till now no one had contacted me also there is no reply from paytm as well as from Novoex​.

              Please do something and help me to get my money back

                Sir I have done recharge of rs 96 on bsnl mobile [protected]. Once it failed, when I try it again it was successful shown by paytm and balance deducted from my paytm waallet but still when i xheck my mobile wallet, recharge not completed by the operator.it was a recharge of validity but still my old validity showing till 03 sep 16, which is going to be expired very soon. Please do needful urgently.

                  Sbi atm debit card fraud transactions with fraud call

                  Dear Sir, , I am having sb a/c in sbi, venkateswara mitta br, visakhapatnam and also having a debit card no [protected] 051 card valid from May 2011 in my name as K R Naidu.

                  On dated 1st September 2016 I got a call on my mobile no. [protected] from mobile no. [protected] posing himself as an employee of SBI. He told me that his ATM card will be blocked today, after hearing that he got panicked and ask for the solution. In reply he told to continue using the above mentioned card needs to share the OTP no. After which I received 6 OTP nos. the transactions details as under.

                    I had booked IRCTC train ticket through paytm wallet. My money from the paytm wallet was deducted but the ticket is not booked due to session expired. I have been writing to paytm customer care but there is no proper response given till now. I have given the details of my transaction below.

                      Hi,

                      I purchased Titan 2480SM05 watch from Paytm and I did not it's product quality as mentioned in description and shown in image. I requested them to return this order. It's around one month they are not scheduling the pickup time to return my product.

                      I'm been suffering from their customer care support and service.

                      They don't have direct customer care no to resolve issues

                      Kindly, do needful to resolve this issue.

                          I has Deposited Cash in Axis Bank's Paytm Account on 25th Aug 2016 but money has not been credited in my paytm account till date. I am mailing my problem from last 7 days but i m not receiving proper answer. I have provided all the necessary proof but all they say is we will revert to you in 24-48 hours. I am fed up of mailing to paytm now. I want my money credited in my account as soon as possible

                              On 30 august i ordered grocery from big basket via paytm when I put the otp then it shows payment failed but my money deducted by my account in state bank of Mysore and message on my mobile shows the money is credited in one 97 communication Ltd this is a fraud my order no is in big basket is MMO[protected] please refund my money immediately l also lodged a complaint on one 97 they said they contact me with in 24 hours but no response received by one 97 please take action and refund my money from one 97 this is a fraud and I have not purchased any item from this website so how they deduct the money from my account

                                    First i asked for the compensation of price variation but they are not agreeing for intel HDD4400 vs Intel HD 5500 model laptop (1500 difference is there) but they are saying you got upgraded laptop we won't give compensation but i don't want intel HD5500 one laptop asked them to take back but they are not responding .

                                    Paytm indirectly . Wasting time and mobile bill to call them .
                                    And first thing paytm customer care bakwaas, they don't give proper resolution .
                                    Shame such a big e-commerce website is maintaining poor customer support .

                                      Used paytm services for a airtel recharge amount deducted from my bank but due to the poor services transaction failed so I opted for refund of the failed transaction amount of 263/- back to my bank under Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected] but still not reflecting in my bank account and despite raising a ticket no.06296767 and writing a number of emails to them no one cared to resolve the issue or even reply on the same so far I am shocked and surprised how they get the license from governing authorities to play with others money one must be very cautious dealing with them and I must say that if they have any shame and sense of responsibility left the refund should be done immediately to my bank
                                      I want to change my registered number because my old registered number has blocked

                                        मैंने दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी में 03/08/2016 03:27:04 pm को पहली बार बी.कॉम की फ़ीस जमा करवाई थी जो कि फ़ीस तो बैंक से कट गयी थी लेकिन दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी के पोर्टल में फ़ीस कन्फर्म नहीं हो पाई थी फिर मैंने 24 घंटे बाद दुबारा से फ़ीस पेय की तो वो कन्फर्म हो गयी लेकिन जो पहले वाली फ़ीस थी वो मुझे वापिस भी नहीं हुई थी | और वो फ़ीस अभी तक वापिस नहीं आई मैंने पहले भी आपके पास अनुरोध किया था लेकिन उस अनुरोध का अपने अभी तक कोई जवाब ही नहीं दिया मैंने बैंक में भी संपर्क किया था उन्होंने अपनी कार्यवाही कर ये बोल दिया के हमारे यहाँ से तो फ़ीस हो चुकी है आप paytm cusomer service में संपर्क कीजिये अत: आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप इस विषय पर ध्यान देकर मेरी फ़ीस वापस करने का कष्ट करें आपकी अति कृपया होगी | मैंने फ़ीस, बैंक और विद्यार्थी से सम्बंधित जानकारी नीचे दे दी है
