Sir i have paid electricity bills to BESCOM on 17.08.2016 which is last date for making payment

when i paid through your wallet i received the success and transferred from my account, but to my surprise i received message on 31.08.2016 stating your amount has been refunded, the bescom authorities have charged for that i.e., Rs.600/- altogether, kindly look into the matter and add Rs.600/- to my paytm wallet. In future kindly keep informed and refund the amount same day so that we can make alternative arrangements to make such payments.

    I recharged of RS 148 to idea number from mobile no. [protected] The transaction was done using SBI debit card but unfortuantly the money was got deducted from my account and the recharge was not done in respective numbers. On calling customer care number [protected] computerized promo was played and no person to look after the problem. And even money was not saved in wallet...

        I recharged of rs 200 in mobile no. [protected] (Airtel) and of rs 169 in mobile no. [protected]. The transaction was done using sbi internet banking but unfortuantly the money was got deducted from my account and the recharge was not done in respective numbers.           Today I received the package of my order placed on 24/8/2016 order no. [protected] Samsung J2

          But it is a great disappoint for my family, when we open the package inside there is no mobile phone only cello tape found

          Some issues regarding this order I have already complained to you two times

          1) Unable to track this order ticket no. 06115294 emailed(registered) a complaint on 28/8/2016

          2) not delivered on expected date, yesterday I emailed(registered) a complaint on 30/8/2016 ticket no.06209114

          I[censored] see there is consequences of issues after placing the order

          It a major issue
          Please look it to seriously

          I try to communicate PayTM Customer care through telephone but couldn't some issue like line busy and there is no one to attend the call

          Note : I paid(prepaid) for this order while placing the order

            We have checked your transaction and found that paytm has not received the amount.in such a case, the refund for the paid amount is initiated automatically.
            In case your transaction was through a bank then it would take about 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. However some banks may take longer than 7 working days. This process is governed by the bank itself.
            In case if the paytm wallet is also involved in the payment then the deducted amount will be reversed back to your wallet within 24 hours.
            In case of any further delay, you may contact your source payee. I. E. Bank for bank transaction or paytm for wallet transactions.

                I ordered for 3 deos, and i got only 1 inside the box, when i contacted PAytm for the complaint, they asked for the images then i sent them images of deo. but i have thrown the packaging box into dustbin so i could not send the image of box. However that was totally tampered.

                Now they are saying that seller sent all the deos and we dont know anything about it. Even they are not much educated how to speak with the people. They don't have the etiquette to speak with customer. I complaint in GRIEVANCE Desk they also said "DON'T SHOP FROM PAYTM IN FUTURE".

                I give u my complain no. AND ALSO READ THE MAIL WHICH I GOT FROM THEM.

                  My name is ashwani and my registered phone number ([protected]) my wallet is also upgraded successfully and what happen my account let me tell you before add 20000rs my fund transfer link was working i check twice and after that i add 20000rs and then try to transfer in my hdfc bank account but i am not able to do error message - (This feature is not enabled contact customer) i am sending the email last 2 days but no one reslove this problem. And again they need more 48rs i have some important work and i need money that why i add 20000rs
                  I do not know which type service you guys giving us and one thing more yoour toll free number also not working so how we can contact you this is very very serious problem resolve my problem other wise i will go 2nd level.

                      Today[protected] i downloaded mobile phone app of PAYTM . It was showings 25 Rs. Cadhback offer for 1st time users but when i tried to apply offer code it was showing invalid . Also i recharge on Krinsha Janmashtmi when there is offer of 50 Rs cashback . But still on[protected] after more than a week i didnt get any cashback. So i think PAYTM making fool to customers.
                      I just recharged with the money was deducted in my account but the recharge as not done wt is this।।।।
                      I had recharge on paytm with order no.[protected] on 23 Aug 2016 Amount got deducted from my bank Account but the had not happened till now it's showing payment confirmation await. its been more than 60 hours of recharge done. I need an immediate action regarding this issue.

                        For the same i have raised complaint with paytm many times and they failed to find out who was the one to receive the order and keep telling me that it was received on my name only.
                        I am not sure if they checked for the credentials of the receiver or not but i have not got any positive response from them till now

                                Dear team,

                                I have booked a bus ticket (Guntur to chennai) with "paytm" service (Order no: [protected]) for my wife and myself on 09 jul 2016. Before booking the ticket i have viewed the cancellation policy of the svr translines (Bus operator) in my ios app. It was clearly mentioned that "if we cancel the ticket between 5 hrs to 24 hrs before the bus departure you will get 90% refund". By seeing the cancellation policy of the bus in the ios app, i have confidently booked the ticket. Due to personal reasons my wife travel got postponed and i had to travel alone to chennai from guntur. When i opened the paytm ios app, the app didn't allow me to cancel my wife ticket alone, so i had to forcefully cancel both of our tickets, hoping that i would get 90% refund as mentioned in the cancellation policy. Later i have booked another ticket from redbus ios app for my travel to chennai and i have travelled on the same day which is on 10 july 2016.

                                Now the problem here is, paytm has not credited 90% refund for my bus cancellation. When i raised a complaint (Ticket no: 06027561/[protected] with paytm, they have mentioned that "if you cancel the ticket between 0 hrs to 12 hrs before the departure of the bus you will get 0% refund". They have posted the same message content in their desktop site, but the cancellation policy which i have seen is from ios app. When i have argued with them that
                                They have mentioned it in the ios app, they kept quiet and din't respond for my questions for 1.5 months. Later i have tried to replicate the scenario by booking the same bus and took the screen shot of the cancellation policy which clearly described "if we cancel the ticket between 5 to 24 hrs before the bus departure you will get 90% refund". I have sent the screen shot proof to the paytm customer care representatives and they din't respond anything relavant to the screenshot.

                                After 1.5 months (14 aug 2016) i got a call from paytm customer care representative and he has asked me to replicate the issue in ios. When i tried to replicate the issue, i can see that they have changed the
                                Cancellation policy of the bus operator in the ios app. I have asked him did you do any releases/patch updates to the paytm ios app, he said no to it but i have seen the recent they have depolyed a patch in the ios app on 04 aug 2016. The customer care lied to me that there were no patches. I have asked them few questions to answer but they haven't replied for any of my questions.

                                Here are my questions.

                                Why did you take 1.5 months to reach the customer?
                                When i reported the software bug initially to the customer care representative, why did he accepted it?
                                How do you prove that the screenshot i have taken is not from svr translines?
                                Can you provide any proofs that you have not released any pathes to the ios app?

                                I have also attached the screenshot of the cancellation policy i have taken.

                                Consequences:

                                Paytm app didn't allow me to cancel my wife ticket alone, so i had to forcefully cancelled both of our tickets, hoping that i would get 90% refund as mentioned in the cancellation policy. Later i have booked another ticket from redbus ios app for my travel to chennai and i have travelled on the same day which is on 10 july 2016.

                                Because of that reason i had to loose rs.3180 (For cancelling the paytm ticket which i thought 90% will get refunded) + rs.1600 (The bus i have booked with redbus) = rs. 4780.

                                Relief required:

                                I would like to get my refund of rs.2862 (Which is 90% of rs.3180). Hope it clarifies you to accept that it is the bug/glitch in the paytm ios app.

                                    I have not any transaction from your wallet from last month of july but you are regularly on alternate day debeting 497+110 from my account. Please chec your account and return my money immediatly otherwise i will take leagle action.
