My paytm account was blocked now after so many days it is unblocked but now all my money from paytm wallet is gone. When i check the passbook for the transactions it shows paytm took my money 25, 000.
When i try to contact them via mail or app query they respond so late and i am so worried for my money. I trusted paytm so i thought my money would always be safe.

        Paytm has unauthorisedly debit my wallet and credit it my paytm fastag which was closed due to defective since issued. I asked for replacement on 8 sep 18 but not given to me. After a long fight with paytm they close my fastag on 4 oct 18 after my confirmation email which they have asked vide their email dt 3 oct 18 and reference no 88745636. Now they issued me new fastag after almost two years and deducted 300 rs vide two transaction at their own thus duping customers.

        And they have done this during recharging my mobile through myjio, i choose paytm wallet payment, they deduct money from my credit card but not charged my phone. But credit my paytm fastag twice with rs 150 total 300 and balance in my paytm wallet. Upon contacting they first refuse to take complaint and asking me details which i have provided them so many times. The whereabouts of fastag which they have issued me at their own is not known. I request them so many times to refund into my paytm wallet but did not solve this issue. It is also pertinent to mention that they have not refunded my security money till date just own my request they inactive the fastag and when i pressurise them they closed old one and issued new one to safeguard tgemselves. I request u to look into this matter and get my full refund including security deposit with interest. Regards vikram singh

        I booked ticket from irctc from secundrabad to hazrat nizammudin and paid total amount rs 2089.09 via paytm upi .
        The amount has been deducted from my account but is showing pending from the bank on irctc please refund the amount.

          My flight got cancelled by airlines which was on 25th on march at 6:40am from bangalore to bhubaneswar but due to complete lockdown and because of corona virus. I have raised a ticket in paytm but no reply from their side neither any update regarding flight cancellation. So could you please help me on this to get my refund.

            I ordered a timex watch in feb with 7 days return and received a damaged product. The product was having scratches on its face. When requested for refund paytm rejected my request baselessly. Continuously giving me the same answer that the seller is authentic. I raised the request same day the product was delivered. Blocked my email and not replying on messenger and twitter.
            Please provide a solution.

However, my account balance has been deducted and got a confirmation message i. E thanks for paying rs.1, 200.00 from a/c xxxxxxx2 to ccapaytmcom via netbanking.
                So please refund my money.

                  I have placed an order on 16th march on paytm (Order no.- [protected]) and received the product on 18th march at around 1 pm. After receiving the product i opened the packet and got to know that it was the wrong product, i have order a totally different product and got another one. Then as soon as i received the item i have raised a complaint to paytm and sent them images of the wrong product then customer care told me to wait for 24 hours then after 24 hours they told me to wait for 48 hours then i called them today and the told me to wait for next 72 hours.. I dont understand what the hell they want me to do??? I have paid them to wait...??!!! The seller was blind??? Why did he sent me the wrong product??? And why paytm cannot refund me?? Or not return the product?? Please consumer complaints please help me. Paytm and seller are playing with me.

                    With reference to the above subject, on 4th sep, 2019 at 14:13, 14:27 and 14:28 there has been three unauthorized transactions and some one has used my credit card at paytm.

                    When i received the messages of otp and transaction, i was in middle of the meeting and soon after i completed the meeting, i messaged to [protected] to block the credit card. Then, i received call from icici saying my card is blocked and asked for reason. I informed them about the fraud trasactions

                    Transaction details:

                    I have neither done these transactions nor authorized these transactions.
                    On dec 23rd, 2019, i received mail from bank saying that they have done the investigation and transaction has been done using 3d authentication. As per rbi rules, customer is responsible for this and i have to make payment for this fraud transaction.

                    This was not acceptable for me and moreover an amount of rs.24500 is huge amount for me to pay being a student from poor family background.
                    On march 14th, i received a letter from bank saying that i have make the payment or else legal case will be filed on me.
                    Icici customer care asking me to contact the merchant (Paytm).

                    Please somebody help out to resolve the issue, i not well being to bear fraud. Rs.24500 is far beyond my capabilities.

                    I really dont know what to do. Please help me out,.

                      Dear sir,

                      My name is akshansh mehar, holing a paytm account at [protected].

                      But here i have grievance, like we never check our passbook usually, but i found that i am trapped by one of the application of social networking named as "woo". I installed this app in september and paid amount of 450 rs through paytm, for which the transaction id was [protected]. During its installation i did not gave any standing instruction for auto renewal.

                      Recently i checked my paytm passbook and found twice 450 rs has been auto deducted through paytm to woo. Now i am surprised how come paytm can release funds without my consent.

                      Transaction id - [protected] (20 march, 2020)

                      It is a clear fraud case, which is not justified. If paytm is so insecure, why should we use it.

                      Please look in to the matter urgently and help me to get the refund of 450 rs against transaction id-[protected]. This has happend only by the fault of woo & paytm, especially paytm cyber security comes questionable. Why should i pay for this.

                      Also help me get disconnected from woo so that they cannot trace my paytm account.

                      This is really breach of trust issue & i doubt paytm cyber security in future.

                      Please expedite the case to resolve earliest.

                          I have booked flight tickets through paytm for goair airlines. Flight was cancelled by goair airlines and i got the confirmation email from airlines, which i forwarded to paytm and requested for refund. My flight was cancalled on feb06th. From then paytm did not provide me refund.

                          I have even shared refund tranaction details provided by goair, refund provided to paytm by goair. But paytm is not providing me the refund.

                          I have called for around 15 times. Initially they use to say pending from Airlines but when I provided transaction IDs which are shared by airlines then started saying backend team is looking. But from past one and half month they keep on saying the same and refund was not provided till date.
                          I have booked a train ticket from IRCTC website and selected payment option via BHIM (powered by paytm) then money got deducted from my account but in irctc the status is showing as Pending from bank end and ticket is not booked.

                              I want to booked some items from grofers and for that i choosed grofers for the payment (13th march at 8.18pm). When i choosed paytm for payment, the amount was automatically deducted from my paytm account but the order was not booked. I again do it using google pay linked with paytm to pay the bills. But after that i saw that an amount of rs 823 was deducted from my paytm account for which no item was booked. I cancelled the order to verify the matter and saw that amount was refunded to my saving account but no amount was refunded to paytm account till now. I talked to grofers and they had confirmed that no item was booked under this id: grdr7f[protected]. I sent several complain to paytm buy no action has been taken.

                                      There was an offer which on paytm mobile app which says "rs 1000" cashback for making 5 transaction of minimum value of rs150. The offer is eligible till march 31, 2020.
                                      Only 1 transaction in a day will be counted.

                                      I have completed 5 transactions following all the t&c's for this offer, but in the end i haven't received the expected cashback.

                                      The offer said - cashback of rs 300 after completing 1st three transaction.

                                      But after completing the third one, i did not received 300, instead got rs 5 only.

                                      Next the offer said, make another 2 transaction, and get rs400 cashback.

                                      After completing the fifth transaction today i. E. On 14th march 2020, i have got only rs 5, not rs 400 as per the offer said or rs 1000 as per the initial offer said.

                                        I have booked a ticket from paytm of order id [protected]. Paytm
                                        Provided me a false ticket. Goair support said that the complete
                                        Ticket including return journey has been cancelled by paytm. Whereas i just put
                                        Cancellation for two out of three persons from one side.

                                        When i talked to paytm support they gave a very irresponsible behavior
                                        They said its a technical issue and they cant do anything about it.

                                        I am very much hurt with such irresponsible behavior.
