      I pay a Torrent Power bill via paytm but paytm rejected the payment and my Rs.1919 was debited to my account and same will be credit to paytm my wallet account. when i say to refund it they denied and want a 4% charge to refund the payment. After this matter yesterday my wallet balance automatically nill. I write a mail they still not give me answer and they dosn't have customer care no to ask a solution

          On 12th Aug, 2016, I payed 800 RS to PAYTM for BESCOM current bill payment (Order no: #[protected] . Bill Payment BESCOM Electricity consumer id [protected] for Rs.800, ICICI bank transaction no [protected]). Within 5 min i got a message about the payment was successful . but on Aug 24th bescom people came and they removed the fuse while i am checking my bescom account the payment not done still now and the second current bill came with addition of last month bill. and I send mail to PayTM several time they are telling that it is payed. This is the 3rd its happening while using paytm app.

          Please take appropriate action.

            Pizza Hut India — Money deducted from paytm wallet twice and bill generated only once

            Yesterday I ordered pizza from pizzahut online.I paid the bill amount from paytm wallet .Money got debited successfully but it threw some error from pizza hut site that your order couldn't be completed this time, try again later.Again I did the payment from paytm and this time bill got generated successfully.

            Since I received only once order but money got deducted from paytm wallet twice.
            When I contacted payTM they said that I should speak to Pizzahut CustomerCare as money is with them .
            When I spoke to PizzaHut customer care, they are saying that contact payTm customer care as money is with them.

              I had done recharge on paytm with order no is [protected] on 11:16 am, aug 23 2016 amount got deducted from my corporation account but the recharge had not happened till now its showing payment confirmation awaited. Its been more than 28 hours of recharge done.
              I need an immediate action regarding this issue.
              Even there is no proper customer service for paytm.

                I was transferring money from my paytm wallet to an account of pnb on 23.08.2016 12.10 pm. Yet i did not completed the transaction, cancelled it before, though the amount of 1041.67 is deducted from my paytm wallet. The status of transaction is dispalying as pending. 24 hours have been gone. I dis not get my money back in paytm wallet. How can i get my money back?

                  I have booked a bus ticket on[protected] at 11.16am for the journey on[protected] of reporting time 10.15pm from hyderabad to vijayawada and the transaction was successful but i didn't receive any message about my bus ticket.on the day of my journey by some network problem the ticket was cancelled and i have received a message about cancellation TICKETID: OKCAZE, ORDERID:[protected] and mentioned in the message refund has been initiated to your paytm wallet and you could expect refund within 24hrs but until now the money was not refunded please help mee in this issue.

                      I have ordered Samsung micro sd card 4 months ago from Paytm.
                      Now this card is not working and it is in warranty period as only 4 moths ago I have purchased it.
                      I discussed with Paytm on this matter and they told me to go to Samsung service centre and they will replace the product.
                      I went to Samsung service centre and told my problem, they asked me for invoice and sd card cover . I showed both things, then they said that they can't replace the product as its not genuine.
                      They said that contact or complaint to Paytm regarding this matter and they can't do anything .
                      Paytm send me the fake product .
                      Kindly replace my product or refund my money back.

                          Sir, aaj ke time me aapka company ka nam hai. Paytm mai aaj recharge kar raha tha paisa debit ho gaya wallet me 100 tha wo bhi gaya 150 credit card se gaya. Total 250 kaha gaya ye malum nahi ho raha hai. Aur aapka customer care paid no.[protected] par aaj maine 5 bar phone kiya usme customer care ka option aata hai 9 dabaye jab 9 dabate hai tab kahta hai wrong key. Sirf customer care wrong key, iska mere pas recording hai aur screen shot hai. Meri problem agar solved nahi hui aap parso news me dekhiyega aapka gorakhdhanda jo chal raha hai sabko murkh banane ka mai noida se hu..                             Last two weeks before i have cancelled the ticket in paytm website. But still now i am not get it refund (Rs.500).

                            I have called that customer care number. He/She was attend the call put it in hold. Really i am very suffering there services. Really very pad timing...

                                I purchased a asus laptop from paytm website order number [protected] dtd 07/07/2016 however i have yet not received the cash back of 9999. As my paytm limit of rs 10000 was used in july i was promised that in beginning of august this amount will get credited to my paytm wallet. This is yet not done. I have written multiple mails and gave request to upgrade my wallet limit several times however same took many weeks inspite of several nails and follow ups intentionally documents were collected late. I have written several mails however haven't got any response as yet.

Paytm is focusing on one particular transaction and claiming that my partial refund is a problem at the merchant's end and not my end.                                     I made a transaction amounting 1100 inr on 18 aug, 2016. The following amount was deducted from the bank but still not reflecting in my wallet. The details of the transaction are mentioned below:

                                    Even my transaction made after that whatever money transfer i am trying are getting failed and pending. Even my wallet limit has reached just 3000 inr.
                                    I compalined 5 times regarding this matter but there is no response from the company. Pathetic customer service.

                                      Hi everyone,

                                      I had booked 4 bus ticket in "sri adhinath travels" from erode to chennai on june 19th 2016 using paytm application and the total amount i spent is rs. 2837.96.

                                      I didn't receive the boarding information properly.

                                      My boarding point i received as erode bus stand and the boarding time is 8.45 pm[protected] please find the attached screenshot for proof.

                                      Note that was my first journey to erode and i noticed that erode bus stand is a huge place and i am not sure where is the exact point where the bus will stop. No body in that area was giving me correct information.

                                      I started calling the operator of "sri adhinath travels" to find the exact boarding point by 8.30pm while standing outside of erode bus stand. I was surprised to notice that the operator mobile number is switched off. I keep calling the number "[protected]" it is totally switched off.

                                      I tried to reach the same number till 8.40pm still there is no go. So i started calling the paytm customer support and to reach them it too 3 minutes then i had explain my situation, then the agent provided me a different mobile number of the same operator. Then he disconnected the call.

                                      I was again surprised that the other number is also not working then i called customer support again and the time become 8.50pm. This time they gave 3rd number that is also not working. 4th time i called they gave different different number each and every time i call. Finally some one picked the fourth number and said this is not sri adhinath travels. This is sri adhinath electricals please call the travels number and disconnected. And the time went above 9.00pm.

                                      Finally i started shouting paytm agent then he himself checked with the operator somehow and informed me that the bus left the boarding point by 9.00pm.

                                      We 4 passengers waiting for the bus without knowing the exact boarding point and the bus operator didn't cared about calling the customer before they leave the point.

                                      Paytm agent said i can understand the situation and he said sorry and promised me that my money will be refunded in my paytm wallet within 24hrs. Then i suffered the whole night and came in government bus to chennai.

                                      From next day i started calling paytm on my refund they just keep postponing the call telling that my senior person will call you in 30 mins or we have escalated to concern department so please wait.

                                      Its been more than 2 months and i keep calling them there is no resolution from their side.

                                      Finally they arranged for the conference call with the operator and they said, bus operator called us before the boarding time and said we are on the way please wait for 15 mins, bus waited for us for 15 mins, then they called us again to check the status and we said we are near gobichettipalayam which is 45 mins away from erode. So the bus left us and went.

                                      This is the story the operator tells wherever we call for resolution.
                                      I asked for proof (Monthly statement of their phone number) that they called us on that day because i didn't receive any call from anyone. Operator immediately change the topic.

                                      They said i gave proper boarding point to paytm so go and check with paytm.

                                      Then we had a conference call with redbus, paytm, operator and myself and the call ended up positively for me. I sent all the proof they required.

                                      Redbus has escalated to paytm stating take thois case in loss and provide refund for the customer. But no one is ready to provide the same.

                                      I am just asked to be wait all the time. This is really frustrating and i am not at all happy about the paytm service. Everybody started teasing me shall we book ticket through paytm in case of any ticket bookings wanted to happen.

                                      Please be aware of the travels you book and please avoid paytm service - the worst customer service i have ever seen.
