    I have pay my mobile gsm number[protected] bill payment thrugh paytm appp nd it show rechrge succesfuly. And my amount is deducted from this. But actlly payment is not received by reliance company. They added their amount in nxt month so this show that paymt is not done. I heartly requested please give my cashback to my account. So that i pay my billl. Please please please give my cash back.

      Had done recharge on paytm with order no is [protected] on 01:26 pm, aug 28 2016 amount got deducted from my corporation account but the recharge had not happened till now its showing payment confirmation awaited. Its been more than 28 hours of recharge done.
      I need an immediate action regarding this issue.
      Even there is no proper customer service for paytm.

      For three times on 11 Aug 16 at 1351 hrs Rs 300 each time debited for videocon d2h recharge. Also on 12 Jul 16 at 2005 hrs Rs 250 debuted two times for dish tv recharge. Already ticket raised in paytm website. Pl refund the money as early as possible. Paytm I'D [protected].

          Contacted the paytm care as well. Below is the screen shot. Even checked with patanjalai. They have not received the amount

            Mene 22aug2016 ko order diya tha, combo product ka but 26aug2016 ko muje parcel delivered hua to only single piece hi tha aur vo bhi dusari product thi, mene paytm me complaine kiya to vo mera paisa refund nahi kar rahe hai, so paytm as fraud web.
            So paytm se ek requste hai ki mera refund jald se jald mere bank ya wallet me credit kar de. Aur mera query resolve kare

              I have paid my electricity bill through Paytm yesterday at 12am .. amount already deducted from my account and paytm showing Waiting for operator confirmation after 22 hours now and i submitting my complains through mail but no response from paytm... how many hours i have to wait for...
              electricity bill has a due date.. after that i have to payy extra amount . why should i pay extra amount for this kind of harassment from repudiate online site...
              i has happens with me earlier also but after 2hours of waiting they gave me an option to cancel the transaction . but today after 22 hours there is no solution ...
              i have submitted my query atleast for 10 times but they replied me once that i have to wait for 24 hours.

                It is about a bill payment of reliance bill of Rs550 i made using paytm with registered mobile no [protected] and mail id - [protected]@gmail.com with my Canara Bank card no having last 4 digits 2459. I didn't check whether it was successful or not and that was my only fault. After a month I got to know that no such payment has been made but money was deducted from my Bank account. My paytm account also doesn't show any transaction while money has been deducted from my bank account. On contacting paytm, they assured me the matter will be looked into, but what they did was delayed the time and give me false details. I am sending you the picture of my bank account details and the reply i got from paytm. Kindly look into the matter.

                    Dear Team,

                    I have booked a bus ticket (Guntur to Chennai) with "Paytm" service (order no: [protected]) for my wife and myself on 09 Jul 2016. Before booking the ticket I have viewed the cancellation policy of the SVR Translines (bus operator) in my IOS app. It was clearly mentioned that "if we cancel the ticket between 5 hrs to 24 hrs before the bus departure you will get 90% refund". By seeing the cancellation policy of the bus in the IOS app, I have confidently booked the ticket. Due to personal reasons my wife travel got postponed and I had to travel alone to Chennai from Guntur. When I opened the paytm IOS app, the app didn't allow me to cancel my wife ticket alone, so I had to forcefully cancel both of our tickets, hoping that I would get 90% refund as mentioned in the cancellation policy. Later I have booked another ticket from REDBUS IOS app for my travel to Chennai and I have travelled on the same day which is on 10 July 2016.

                    Now the problem here is, Paytm has not credited 90% refund for my bus cancellation. When I raised a complaint (Ticket No: 06027561/[protected] with Paytm, they have mentioned that "If you cancel the ticket between 0 hrs to 12 hrs before the departure of the bus you will get 0% refund". They have posted the same message content in their desktop site, but the cancellation policy which I have seen is from IOS app. When I have argued with them that
                    they have mentioned it in the IOS app, they kept quiet and din't respond for my questions for 1.5 months. Later I have tried to replicate the scenario by booking the same bus and took the screen shot of the cancellation policy which clearly described "if we cancel the ticket between 5 to 24 hrs before the bus departure you will get 90% refund". I have sent the screen shot proof to the paytm customer care representatives and they din't respond anything relavant to the screenshot.

                    After 1.5 months (14 Aug 2016) I got a call from paytm customer care representative and he has asked me to replicate the issue in IOS. When I tried to replicate the issue, I can see that they have changed the
                    cancellation policy of the bus operator in the IOS app. I have asked him did you do any releases/patch updates to the Paytm IOS app, he said no to it but I have seen the recent they have depolyed a patch in the IOS app on 04 Aug 2016. The customer care lied to me that there were no patches. I have asked them few questions to answer but they haven't replied for any of my questions.

                    Here are my questions.

                    Why did you take 1.5 months to reach the customer ?
                    When I reported the software bug initially to the customer care representative, why did he accepted it ?
                    How do you prove that the screenshot I have taken is not from SVR Translines ?
                    Can you provide any proofs that you have not released any pathes to the IOS app ?

                    I have also attached the screenshot of the cancellation policy I have taken.

                    Consequences:

                    Paytm app didn't allow me to cancel my wife ticket alone, so I had to forcefully cancelled both of our tickets, hoping that I would get 90% refund as mentioned in the cancellation policy. Later I have
                    booked another ticket from REDBUS IOS app for my travel to Chennai and I have travelled on the same day which is on 10 July 2016.

                    Because of that reason I had to loose Rs.3180 (For cancelling the paytm ticket which I thought 90% will get refunded) + Rs.1600 (The bus I have booked with REDBUS) = Rs. 4780.

                    Relief Required:

                    I would like to get my refund of Rs.2862 (which is 90% of Rs.3180). Hope it clarifies you to accept that it is the bug/glitch in the paytm IOS app.

                      I did tansaction in heritage fresh and paid 500 bill with my paytm wallet and after suppose to get 200 cashback. Still not received.

                      I am user of paytm science last more than 5 years.

                      If you do this kind of issues i will stop using paytm for any more transcations.

                        Pungent smelling shower gel with no expiry date was delivered.
                        I ordered coocnut nivea shower gel
                        When told paytm customer care they refused to return the product

                            Sir I Yasmeen Bokhari 59 year old lady went to SBI ATM at RAJA JI PURAM OPPOSITE RICHI RICH ICE CREAM PARLOUR C BLOCK, LUCKNOW for withdrawing cash on 21Aug 2016 I was withdrawing cash suddenly a boy come and enters into atm I got frightened he was tall and having strong personality I was withdrawing money but unable to do the transaction I am old lady unable to see properly he asked me to insert the card I inserted once he said me to stay away he said your card is not working he stand in front of atm and started doing something in atm he said me to wait he block my way by his leg I was feeling in danger I did what he said he withdraws cash 20000 and said see my card is working he said me to reinsert the card I did nothing happened then he came again in front of me and withdraw 5000 nobody is there I was frightened he withdrawn 25000 from my account and ran immediately.


                            He withdrawn 25000 from my atm bank account by misguided me he blocked my way and saying to insert card I was frightened feeling in danger so I did what he said I complained to police immediately after this but got no response I want the video clip of that time so I can inquiry further please help senior citizens from these types of criminals.

                                    Faulty product delivered but not ready to take it back. They are playing games and saying that pick up partner says answering/adress not locatable.

                                    There is a long list of products I have purchased using Paytm till today not even a single product has not been returned saying answering/adress not locatable. Why only with returns?

                                    I stay in a City not in a remote location, Paytm is responsible for selling faulty product on their website.

                                      My name is sumankumar patnaik i use paytm and i got fraud of 2020rs on it and paytm didnt have this transaction in my account and moreover they dont even have a proper customer care as they only have email complaint and no voice complaint portal.
                                      This is shear neglegence from this website

                                        I have added money of 250inr and 500inr from my bank accont to paytm wallet, however the balance didn't reflected in my paytm wallet.Raised 3 tickets none of them responded properly apart from standard reply auto email.When tried to contact through call support never connects to customer care and suggestng to raise a ticket online.Actually there is no other way to reach the customer care.
