Several transactions in my account are not authorized by me. Paytm is focusing on one particular transaction and claiming that my partial refund is a problem at the merchant's end and not my end. There are transactions where money is added as well and even those are not authorized by me. No one at paytm is bothered to look at other transactions. All details are provided multiple times.

    I made a transaction amounting 1100 inr on 18 aug, 2016. The following amount was deducted from the bank but still not reflecting in my wallet. The details of the transaction are mentioned below:

    Date of transaction= 18/8/2016

    Even my transaction made after that whatever money transfer i am trying are getting failed and pending. Even my wallet limit has reached just 3000 inr.
    I compalined 5 times regarding this matter but there is no response from the company. Pathetic customer service.

      Hi everyone,

      I had booked 4 bus ticket in "sri adhinath travels" from erode to chennai on june 19th 2016 using paytm application and the total amount i spent is rs. 2837.96.

      I didn't receive the boarding information properly.

      My boarding point i received as erode bus stand and the boarding time is 8.45 pm[protected] please find the attached screenshot for proof.

      Note that was my first journey to erode and i noticed that erode bus stand is a huge place and i am not sure where is the exact point where the bus will stop. No body in that area was giving me correct information.

      I started calling the operator of "sri adhinath travels" to find the exact boarding point by 8.30pm while standing outside of erode bus stand. I was surprised to notice that the operator mobile number is switched off. I keep calling the number "[protected]" it is totally switched off.

      I tried to reach the same number till 8.40pm still there is no go. So i started calling the paytm customer support and to reach them it too 3 minutes then i had explain my situation, then the agent provided me a different mobile number of the same operator. Then he disconnected the call.

      I was again surprised that the other number is also not working then i called customer support again and the time become 8.50pm. This time they gave 3rd number that is also not working. 4th time i called they gave different different number each and every time i call. Finally some one picked the fourth number and said this is not sri adhinath travels. This is sri adhinath electricals please call the travels number and disconnected. And the time went above 9.00pm.

      Finally i started shouting paytm agent then he himself checked with the operator somehow and informed me that the bus left the boarding point by 9.00pm.

      We 4 passengers waiting for the bus without knowing the exact boarding point and the bus operator didn't cared about calling the customer before they leave the point.

      Paytm agent said i can understand the situation and he said sorry and promised me that my money will be refunded in my paytm wallet within 24hrs. Then i suffered the whole night and came in government bus to chennai.

      From next day i started calling paytm on my refund they just keep postponing the call telling that my senior person will call you in 30 mins or we have escalated to concern department so please wait.

      Its been more than 2 months and i keep calling them there is no resolution from their side.

      Finally they arranged for the conference call with the operator and they said, bus operator called us before the boarding time and said we are on the way please wait for 15 mins, bus waited for us for 15 mins, then they called us again to check the status and we said we are near gobichettipalayam which is 45 mins away from erode. So the bus left us and went.

      This is the story the operator tells wherever we call for resolution.
      I asked for proof (Monthly statement of their phone number) that they called us on that day because i didn't receive any call from anyone. Operator immediately change the topic.

      They said i gave proper boarding point to paytm so go and check with paytm.

      Then we had a conference call with redbus, paytm, operator and myself and the call ended up positively for me. I sent all the proof they required.

      Redbus has escalated to paytm stating take thois case in loss and provide refund for the customer. But no one is ready to provide the same.

      I am just asked to be wait all the time. This is really frustrating and i am not at all happy about the paytm service. Everybody started teasing me shall we book ticket through paytm in case of any ticket bookings wanted to happen.

      Please be aware of the travels you book and please avoid paytm service - the worst customer service i have ever seen.

          This is regarding the special recharge done for bsnl, jaipur through paytm dated 14th august 2016.
          I did the special recharge through paytm on bsnl no. +91-[protected] and got the success message instantly after doing the payment through paytm. however, i keep on waiting to get the message from the bsnl operator as well but all in vain. almost 2 days past, paytm already deducted 42 rs but i didn't get any confirmation message from bsnl. i tried calling from bsnl no. and found it is still charging me high rate as the special recharge is not being done. i called bsnl customer care for the issue but they told that there is no recharge done in past one week.

            1st time in my life in online shopping, i have been cheated and fraud by paytm and there seller, there 3 people here, paytm, seller name;- seller : taboo cycle industries

            I have waited 2 days after i order from paytm, when i track that order, i was shocked to see that, as i stay at mumbai, the origin is ludhaina and the destination was the same ludhaina, it should be mumbai not that, after few hrs, i have received the msg that, your product is delevered, i have not received the product, they have cheated me paytm and that courier serice safe express, when i contacted them, they have told me that product is reached, hows is that possible, there was no courier reached at home, no one have taken my signature, there is no proof of my delevery signature! there is no proof to whom they handle the parcel! at 21st aug, when i was track the safeexpress to there website, it was show in transit, hows that possible at same time, they declare that product is delevered after few hrs, not possible, from punjab to mumbai within 2hrs?
            Please help me regarding this, they cheated me, and i already paid in advance, after devered status, i cannot do nothing, if even i click on refund, how can i get refund, when there is no product in my hand?

              due to your late in processing as it displayed at first that payment is not success and failed and after some time i got a message of busticket this is not fair due to late processing i lost 550 and during your late processing i have booked ticket for another bus through another app.. not to trust paytm again so refund my money as soon as possible

                Sir,
                This is to inform you that i have paid my electricity bill (Transaction no-[protected], my electricity a/c no is [protected]) using paytm website but unfortunatly the paytm website is not connected with haryana vidyut parsaran nigam. However they offered the consumers tolet their bill paid through website.in this concern the payment of 4795rs. Has been deducted from my account and which has not been refunded to me yet. So kindly consider my complaint for the same and take necesssary action regarding it.

                  It's been a few days since i've started using paytm. I installed it few days back and purchased a macbook air. I received a cashback of rs 9128. Since my a/c was new i couldn't transfer any funds from my paytm a/c to my bank a/c. Therefore i transferred it to my friends a/c and made the transaction. It showed pending in her a/c too, although her a/c is qualified for any transactions. I'd request paytm to have a look at why the transaction is pending and if possible, transfer the fund from my friend's a/c to my paytm a/c.

                    Hi team,

                    I have purchased a watch, two weeks ago which was priced at rs 3200.
                    However the product which i received was entirely different.
                    This product is not which i supposed to receive.

                    I had filed a complaint with paytm on which they had told it will be refunded back to my wallet.
                    It has been more than 2 weeks but i still don't get.

                        I have transferred money to canara bank account, udaipur through sbi debit card by your paytm mobile app before 3-4 days but it has not reached yet in the particular account and i have got the sms from the bank that rs.320 is deducted from my account. I have called the bank for the same but they told to contact your company. It is my humble request to look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible. I want my money back asap.
                        On 18/8/16 i will pay 220 rupees to my frnd but amount is going on pending please conform it

                          I am complaining about recharge online transaction through credit card had not been successful.I have recharge 2 times a twice of amount 200 the transaction was successful but recharge didn't came.Then afterwards they didn't refund the money.

                          There is a very worst way of money transaction and still they had not refunded the money and when they refunded the money it also become failed!!

                                  I have purchased a career duraedge plus k+ 3 star 1 ton ac at 26690/- price from paytm, and they delivered me wrong model career duradge old model. Now they are not initiating return and refund process even after number of complaints made th them. Complaint numbers[protected], 05343636.
                                  They are not even responding to my complaints its been 7 days that i have lodged complaints but no solution is given.

                                    I cant get my order paytm says they delivered but i said show the call detail the guy who delivered because i can't get any phone calls from them they frauds i mail them 4times they can't urgent what i said they have to show all the documents i signed and the mobile detail from which they call o already paid the total amount they have to refund my money or give my order

                                      I purchased a spy clock camera worth rs 1390rs from paytm recently but when i receive product i found that product is not working then i place a return request on same day for that product but there is no body call me from paytm nor they arrange any pickup for that product. And i emailed so many times to paytm and they said click the pictures of product, packing & bill and visit to the service center but they didn't tell me which service center not tell me any area where i go they make me completely fool
