This is remind you more and more times to you, but still we didn't get any information from you'rs end.
August 6th 11.48am recharged my mobile no.[protected]. Amount of rupees 201/-. Order no.[protected]. Cc transaction no.[protected]. That time amount deducted in my account and paytm website shows recharge succefull
But still we didnt get any message and amount or talktime. I lot of times tried to u tollfree no. But always busy or sometimes giving wrong directions. I suffered from ur paytm. Please reply as soon as possible. Otherwise i close my account.

On 4 july 2016 i transferred amount of rs 3004 in only single time but when i got my cr card bill it was deducted two (3004 + 3004)
And we also try to complain so many times but no body give me response. When i contacted my cr card customer care they will said payment marchent claim the same amount in two times kind y contact with your paytm customer care for the same
So i request you to kindly refund my money asap

Hi paytm people. Yesterday, when i logged into my account then i found that my rs 400 was deducted and it dint return after some hours.
I had around 1000 rupees balance but now it has only 600.

I want to know why it was deducted and also please credit this balance to my account.
Paytm people are still not picking my call.

15 aug 2016 delivery date tha but abhi bhi nehi ayi meri iteam. But payment for this product already done. Yesterday i received a massage from aramex. Order has been delivered but order abhi tak mere pas nehu aya. Please coaperate me. Either give my product or refund money. Please investigate it. I trusted paytm. Please refund money

I was trying to book tickets for wonderla bangalore through paytime on 13th august. The transaction got failed but the money was deducted from the account. When will I get my money back? Its really unexpected from you guys!

Money debited from my account and credited to airtel's account for recharge.

I have ordered a preethi zodiac 750 w juicer mixer grinder costs rs.7075 in paytm. it should be delivered by 17th aug, 2016. but it is not delivered till now. i contacted the delhivery courier service who is delivering my product[ linked with paytm] and they told me they lost the tracking of the product. so i have cancelled my product in paytm and raised a complaint in paytm.
My ticket no is 05731865.
I didn't get any refund till now even though i cancelled the product due to late delivery.
The paytm customer service mailed me that since the product has been shipped it can't be cancelled and they also told me if some one is delivering the product[since i cancelled it] don't take the product to get my refund.

Kindly solve this issue.

My register mobile number[protected] i tried to pay 863 for my bsnl data card but it was recharged yet for the past 24hrs, it is difficult to contacct through the curstomer case number which not working i dont why you please recredit the amount 863 in my wallet baalnce at the earliest please

I have raised my concern with the proof of screen shorts which was shared in my mails to PayTM.

I have provided you the screen short where it was clearly mentioned that the product - eureka Forbes vaccume cleaner described has the blower in it, but actual product does not have. I have also shared the screen short of your site were it was clearly mention that the product has the blower function. Kindly open that mail with the screen short attached having description of the product.

My second concern was product received is used one where in dust bag contains dust which was used by some other person before I have received the product. Extension pipe has lot may scratches and marks which shows it is used very roughly before sending product to me. Small brush attached with the product has the hairs which shows it is being used by some one before sending to me. For this I have already shared the images to you. please refer my previous mails with attachment of the photographs of the product.

Sir so please cancel that transaction and refund the money to my BoB account

that money required for me alot to pay exam fee so please refund that amount to my account

Bangalore 063 has been victim of fraud for Rs 9685.
Incident plays as follows Dada I receive the calls from mobile number of
[protected] at 8:21 hours and at 08 29 hrs on 14th August 2016.
The fraudler identified himself as a bank staff and repeated my SBI debit
card 16 digit number and told that my card is blocked . Generated an OTP
and taken the same OTP from me telephonically . I received a message with
POS number [protected] paytm transaction number[protected] for rupees
9685. I lodged the police complain and emailed the facts to paytm cyber
cell and customer care the acknowledgement of police complaint GSC number
[protected] for petition number 646 / 1822 / 2016

Plz cancel order I'd. [protected]. I sent money to my bank a/c. But amount not credited, it's showing pending. And wallet balance is 20.00 rupees, actual balance should be 4900 plus.Kindlysolve the problem as early as possible.
