I made a booking on paytm for chennai to delhi, travel date: 27th feb, 20 with airline air india. This ticket was made on 19th feb and due to some mistake in the booking, i placed the cancellation request within 4 hours post confirming with the airline of 100% refund.
Paytm took request over the call but cancelled it partially for 4 passengers, for rest 5 there was no request placed to airline. I called again on 20th feb for an update, paytm representative told 5 passengers ticket is still active, i asked them to place cancellation request again. For the cancelled 4 passengers, same day i got 100% refund and confirmation as well over the email. Paytm neither sent any confirmation mail of the cancellation nor placed request to airline. On placing several requests, paytm cancelled ticket on 26th feb and proceed refund of 360inr on 13k tickets by saying i placed cancellation request late. While i placed the request within the timeline of 100% refund, i again placed complaint on partial refund on 28th feb, for which there isno update till now. I sent all the proofs to the paytm, paytm repsentative are not replying over the emails, i have sent multiple remainders and call their helpdesk. It's almost 2+ weeks i"m calling them, they place new complain everytime but taking any action on it. Paytm is not helping in rasing grievance for this issue. Kindly help me in this.

    Hi sir,

    I have ordered fastag for my vehicle with number ap29az1136.

    Order number is [protected]

    I am unable to activate the fastag through app, so i called them and raised a ticket to resolve the issue. They asked me to upload rc copies of the vehicle. Even after i uploaded vehicle rc copies, the issue is not resolved yet.
    There was no proper response from them.
    Due to this i faced inconvenience at tolls while travelling.

    Please look into this issue.

      I order for 2 mi 360 degree cameras but i recieved only one camera but company custmer care closed my query without any solution my order no. Is [protected]. I call to custmer care so many times. Every time they asked me wait for 72 hours also asked me send me snaps of partial product. I send all the snaps they asked to aend me, but atlast they ask me that your acount is blocked by our company and we can do any help to you i paid prepaid for two cameras

        Sir i'm a book flight ticket chennai to agartala 15/02/20 10:42 am but same day 11:18 am paytm send a message your ticket is cancelled. But trust me i'm a not cancelled my ticket. So suddenly call your travel helpline and speak my problem. And customer care give 7 working days and my credited my account. But today 22 days complete but my refund is not credited with my account sir.

          When it was out for delivery. I was out of station and delivery guy told that he will give it in the office. I said okay after 4 days of festival i return back to my place and asked in the office for my product they told that they did not recieved it and i called to the delivery guy from the message which i have recieved the details of delivery guy and asked him about my package he told that he delivered it and i asked him the address of where he delivered and its wrong address and wrong building. Then i went to that address and asked them and they told that they recieved it but when i asked them that its my order then they searched for it and tehy could not find it and said that it is missing.
          Now the paytm mall customer care is telling that they can't do anything and the owner of the wrong delivered address is not giving a damn about it and i have not recieved the product still.

          Customer care guys are cutting my calls after they listen to me

          882 loss for me and nobody takes the responsibility.

              I have ordered fastag ordered on paytm app. They have updated that fastag delivered but it is never delivered. Complained to paytm customer care many times but they never resolved the issue always told that they are looking into the issue.
              It has been more than 3 months but they didn't resolved the issue.

              Ordered on 28th november 2019, they updated status 'delivered' on 14th december 2019.

                Hi Team, I am using Paytm Wallet Resently i had raise complaint for UPI De-Registration viz Service Req No.[protected] on 27th FEB 2020 I had alredy notified that i had tried from my side but due to paytm techinal issue i am unable to de-register i had told them that i am unable to remove this but still the paytm told me that you can try after some time. i am fed up of this poor service for paytm if any fraud will happen then paytm soly responsible for the same. i had alredy sent screenshots that my sms are being deliverd but the verification faild issue is still there. please take strict actions agist it

Account hack kr diya jise mera upi id, paytm bank all this thing sb hack hogya tha jis din ye incident hua us time mene paytm me care call krke mere paytm account ko band kraya or jo bi detail, mangi thi mene usko send kiya jisen uno ne muje bola or mail kiya ki mera account close kr diya he me bi tension free hoke beth gya uske kuch time bad mere friend muje bina pucha mere paytm me 13400 rs transfer krdiya usne jb muje call pe btaya ki mene amount transfer kiya me tension me aa gya to mene immedaite paytm care call liya unko bat btai puri unko bat btai to unone muje bola ki tension mt liojiye sir apke account close to apke account me koi transfer nhi hoskta me bi tension free hoke beth gya jb after 1 month 12 aug ko mera account open hota he to me dekhta hu mera account me 13400 rs nhi the jb mene mere account ko statment check kiya to pta chla mere account close hone ke bad me mere account se bhut time tk transfer kiya gya he paise or aaye bi he gye bi he mene is regarding call kiya paytm care me unone muje complaint note down krke me complaint no.                         Hi,

                        I placed an order for Fastag in November 2018. In spite of multiple reminders and complaints I have not received the Fastag. In stead the Xpressbee courier service is showing me fake signature as proof of delivery.

                        In four months tried reaching paytm customer care over 100 times and was able to reach an executive only once who asked me send a request to close the Fastag and refund the amount.

                        Having made an request to close the Fastag over a month ago, I still see no action from Paytm at all in this matter.

                        All attempts to reach Paytm via their 24/7 help, emails, customer care have failed as the email ID for Fastag is not valid anymore. Customer care line for Fastag just connects to some bots who repeat the same message even at 12 o'clock at night.

                        Have seen many, many people having issues with Paytm Fastag. Next action will be to file a case in consumer court.

                          My complaint is directed against hdfc bank and paytm. I have been using all non-cash means of funds transfer like net banking, credit card, debit card, paytm etc. Recently my savings account no: [protected] with hdfc bank, branch - west patel nagar was hacked using paytm platform and a sum of rs. 50, 000/- was fraudulently withdrawn. Thereafter i filed a complaint with police, hdfc bank and paytm but nothing has been done so far by any of the authorities. I filed complaint in pgprtl too. Complaint no. Deabd/e/2020/06923 which has been disposed just sent reply of hdfc bank without any investigation.

                            Hello sir,

                            This is sankar mondal, i wish to bring to your notice, a fraudulent transaction which took place form last month. Every day a small amount of[protected] rs got debit from the account on the name of paytm and my total amount 7000, also we are not getting transaction notification sms. We came to know this when i visited the bank and print my passbook. When i come to know about these transactions, he blocked his atm card. I am not familiar with the internet, so i doesn't have a paytm account as well.

                            When i saw the passbook entries and noticed that, each transaction has mentioned othpg with some different serial no. When i search for othpg then i come to know that this is fraud transaction and others also complained about this.

                            The total debited amount is around 7000 rs. I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful. I also attached the passbook entries..

                              It is bring to your notice that today at 4:38 pm, i got a call from no.[protected], saying that please update your pay tm kyc and ask me to download the app quick support from play store after that he said please share id to update and all 10 rs. I add 10 rs. From my hdfc credit card no.[protected], after some seconds i got alert of rs.50998.98/- spent on pay tm and then alert of rs.20400/- and again alert of rs.20400/- total money rs.91799/- after that my card block automatically and he add 19999/- three times and 6982 rs to his different account and after that my pay tm block. I also complaint the same to cyber cell sec-17, chandigarh. And registered in police headquarters sec-9, chandigarh. Ref no. Pw[protected], date:[protected], time 12:15:37. You are requested to please help me in getting my money back, i shall be very thankful to you and rbi trusted team.

                                I have taken fast tag from paytm, its the biggest mistake i have made, everytime i am getting charged twice, i have requested for deactivation of my paytm fast tag account but its falling on deaf ears, they have stolen around 250 rupees from me, might not sound a big amount, but think about lacks of customers like me, my paytm account related phone number is [protected], deactivate my fast tag account or else i will deactivate the paytm from my phone.

                                      Shamem ahammed from kerala. My family booked the flight ticket on last month jan23rd through paytm from cochin to hyderabad. But unexpectedly our flight was cancelled by airlines and later contacted the airlines. They replied our money was refunded to paytm on january 16th itself with reference no 91046226 for an amount of rs 8888/-. Everyday we are contacting the customer care of paytm and they replied the amount was not credited. From jan 16th onwards paytm were giving unfufilled promises on refund dates. Please give our money back otherwise we are in trouble. So please consider this on high priority and please refund our amount asap. Our tickets and other documents are attached with this mail

                                        I purchased gold pass on march 3rd 2020. Money was deducted but i didn't get the pass. Kindly refund the money. Get to it as soon as possible.
