I recharged my dth account. Money got deducted but my recharge failed. Its been 2 days. I have not recieved my money back. I want it to be credited back to my account.in paytm there is no proper customer care assurabce. No one is there to talk. Paytm assistant keeps repeating the same thing. Please paytm look towards it.     I have never placed on order through paytm mall previously but today i tried to place an order an received a message saying your account has been restricted by our syste, surveillance bot from availing return or replacement for the item (S) in your cart. You can still go ahead and make purchase but i am still not able to place order please resolve the problem.

      I made a transaction of 1400 on 16th dec through paytm. The amount was for neet registration. However immediately after paying the failed notification poped and got lapsed. However in the app it shows a successful payment. I was asked to pay again by neet for my registration, i spoke to paytm customer care and they told me that money will be refunded 2-4days. I made the payment twice for the same registration. However its been more than a month and i have lodged my complaint in indian overseas bank, paytm so many times but with no relief... Either iob, paytm or neet is responsible for this payment error. I am in no position to track the fault unless these paltform helps me. Please kindly check with the fault and give me my money back

        Paytm mobile solutions complaint status update [id: 2567687]
        In continuation of this complaint i have received a mail by paytm
        That your issue is resolved, i checked fastag & recharge of 200, but fastag of my vehicle number itself is not available in my fastag paytm account
        I again called paytm & explained the whole issue
        And they say it is under process it will take some more time
        Talking fastag from paytm has become a big problem, if i have to pass on highway i will have to pay double the tol
        Hence i once again request you to help i resolveing the issue

          I ordered fasttag from paytm twice, never delivered to me, .
          I tried to contact their so called 24X7 customer support millions times, but no one responded in months,
          worst experience so far.
          Please dont use paytm.
          they are the crooks.
          I spoke to their customer care once after waiting for 45 minutes on the call and asked for refund or deliver the fattag in 1 week.
          that never happened.
          neither my money got refunded nor the tag was delivered.
          its impossible to get hold of their customer care executives, and even after 1 hour of waiting you talk to them, they are unable to resolve the problem,

              Since he has gone out of country for his higher studies his Number will not work over there
              Hence I request you to change the Phone number [protected]

              I have received a mail BY payTM attached one xl sheet &pdf sheet, which is not related to my complaint, i had asked for Change of Mobile No
              I had called PayTM Customer care and asked that i have received a MSG saying issue resolved, but not solved
              AGAIN THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE SOME MORE DAYS. They put some false reply and try to convey that issue is resolved were as till now issue is pending ( New complaint No given by PayTM is[protected]

                  I have stored my saved money of 15k rs.in my paytm bank account[protected] but on 26 jan 2020 i received a message on my phone telling that my paytm account is blocked due to suspicious activity. I haven't used paytm in last 1 week so how can any suspicious activity be shown in my account. Now i am not able to login to my paytm account and my 15k rs. Which i have been saving since last 1 year to buy a phone is blocked and they are not replying anything correctly nor i am able to contact to customer care to get any solution. They are doing fraud on me and my money is now stuck. Please help me get back my savings.

                    Its been more than a month since i purchased fast tag. Despite regular followup of more than 30 min wait time on call they have not yet activated the tag. All required documents are submitted since last 30 days.

                    Due to inactive fast tag i had to pay penelty (Double the charge) twice. But despite all complaints and followup the tag is still inactive.

                      Fraudulent transactions of approximately rs.1.5 lacs was done by a person with the name paytm customer care support who called from mobile number [protected] on my number registered with paytm, stating to update my kyc on 31.12.2019. He asked me to login to an app and then carried out all the fraudulent transactions. Immediately i tried to lodge a complaint with paytm but could not connect with the customer care support inspite of trying to call several times. Subsequently, i tried to lodge this complaint with paytm customer care to stop these fraudulent transactions on 01.01.2020. They registered my complaint under ticket number:[protected] but refused to provide any email of our conversation for the same. On 5th jan. 2020, i again called paytm customer care to check the status of my complaint. After such long hours of waiting to connect with the customer care, i was able to connect; but unfortunately there was no progress in the investigation of my complaint. I requested to talk to the manager and requested him to notify the status through email, but he refused to send me any email stating they do not send emails to customers and provide all the information on their paytm app only. My money is lost and these people are showing grave negligence. Please look into my matter, i am suffering lot as this was my only salary savings.
                      Accidentally sent money to wrong person paytm bank please help me

                      Now that PayTM has started charging convenience fees for topping up Wallet, I would like to port my existing FasTag to another provider. Guidance required on the procedure which should also cover transfer/refund of security deposit and wallet balance.

                        I ordered a t-shirt from paytm mall on 31st dec. & it was supposed to arrive by 7 jan. So on 3 jan. I got a notification from paytm at 8:49pm that the status of my parcel was "delivery attempted" but it didn't arrived & i didn't even received a call from the courier partner so i thought it might take some time & i waited till 7 jan. But my parcel didn't arrived & its status was showing that i will receive it by 9 jan. So i again waited but it didn't arrived so i cancelled my order & it automatically requested for refund but after a few hours the status was showing that my order is "delivered". So i called the courier partner who was supposed to deliver my order & then he himself told me to report the order as they were not able to deliver my order due to some reason (Probably fraud) so i reported the order on paytm & also called on their customer care and explained them the whole matted, they said they will investigate my case but after that they came up with a result that my order is delivered & the courier partner himself has confirmed to them that they have delivered my parcel. When i placed my order i received an otp no. & my order was supposed to be delivered only if the courier partner arrived to my location & i give him that otp no. At the time of arrival but still all this happened. Probably the worst experience to order something from this site. The courier service was blue dart. My order number : [protected]

                          On 08.01.2020 we had paid twice the toll charges while travelling to karnal.
                          We have taken the cash receipt of 105 rs & paytm has also deducted same amount via fastatg 70 rs+35 rs.
                          We have also addressed this query to helpdesk of paytm on the same day i. E. 08.01.2020. Till date our query is unresolved & our amount has not been refunded yet.
                          Please let us know how many months do you need to give our refund back as we have already provided you all the proofs regarding this transaction.

                            My vehicle registration numner (Vrn) was wrongly updated by paytm and i raised complaint for vrn change and activation on jan 11th.

                            Initially it was activated and late it noticed this was deactivated due to verification issue.

                            Jan 11 2020:
                            Immediately callled customer care
                            And they suggested send an email of rc copy. I send an email and received an auto email stating that they need both side of rc copy which was noticed bit late. And also mentioned during call it will get activated within 48-72 hr

                            Jan 15 2020:
                            Called customer care and they said we are working on it both side not required as other side is blank page.

                            And also committed it will get activate today evening.

                            Jan 17 2020:
                            Two days passed again i called and they said you haven't uploaded rc copy.. What!!! I surprised

                            They suggested to upload rc copy on application via paytm app.. What a process!!!

                            I did and asked is there anything... But they are unable to provide a date and time... All it was like the same story 48-72 hr...

                            Ok leave it.. Let us move on another day...

                            Jan 19 2020:
                            Totaly frustrated and raised complaint to close my fasttag.. As it was not activated and meanwhile during these days i was in travel waiting for a long queue in toll...

                            Jan 22 2020:
                            I called customer care as i see they were not responding for my fastag closures request..

                            Oh my god i called customer care they said you should activate the fastag before closure... What a process!!!. I said then you activate it... And close it...

                            Again paytm!!! We will activate asap.. But no specific timeline... And i wanted to call again for closure... Finally disconnected the call.

                            The customer support executives gave wrong commitment and they haven't well guided to resolve the issue.

                            When the sla is 48-72 hr i spend more days 11 days.. Whom should i contact for this...

                              Dear sir,

                              As desired vide your mail dated 18.01.2020, i submit that i had taken fastag from paytm and got affixed on my car. I am living in jind haryana and not visited any toll plaza and my wallet account was debited rs 200/- as per toll tax transaction report attached.. I filed a complaint with paytm care to refund the amount of toll tax wrongly debited to my wallet account and submitted all informations as required by them. But despite my constant follow up, the officials of paytm did not refund the toll tax amount wrongly debited to my wallet account. For your ready reference, i am attaching the following documents to elaborate my concern/issue

                              1. Copy of rc of my car.
                              2. Transaction report of toll tax wrongly debited to my wallet account without visiting any toll plaza.
                              3. Image of my car.
                              4. Image of fastag bearing barcode 20968486.

                              All these attachments have been sent to paytm care but no step has been taken by them for refunding of toll tax wrongly debited to my wallet account.in the light of the circumstances, i approached your good self to issue suitable instructions to concerned paytm to close my fastag account and refund me security rs 250/- plus threshold balance rs 150/- and toll tax wrongly debited amounting to rs 200/- in my account with pnb.

                                  Hi,
                                  I ordered fastag from paytm, order id - [protected], order delivery was scheduled for[protected], however it got delayed and finally i got it delivered on[protected].
                                  To my surprise the barcode in app and the barcode in physical card is mismatched. I opened a ticket on 25th dec and was assured a replacement fastag, however now despite multiple followup i am not getting proper support and even status from paytm. Please suggest where i can file a legal complaint as i am facing lot of issues in my commute at toll plazas.

                                    I was waiting for the bus at 11:30 pm from kalpetta to bangalore when i thought of giving a call to sam tours and travels to check on the eta. I was told my pnr is cancelled from my end! And was told to check with paytm for further. I called paytm and they told me order was delivered successfully. I was stuck in an unknown place in the middle of the night and no assistance provided from either paytm or sam tours and travels.
                                    Furthermore i did not receive any cancellation email or message at all, and later an email was received asking me to rate my ride which i never took!!
                                    Please take appropriate action about this and refund my money asap!
