I have recharged rs 372/= for the following number from my wallet.

[protected] rs 50
[protected] rs 222
Thr amount was deducted from wallet.till time the phonr was not recharged.
Several mail sent no action taken

I have ordered a product (Bajaj Air cooler) on 6th March, 2016 and 09th March, 2016, they confirmed that, Product is shipped.

I have waited till 15th March, 2016 but till now, product is not delivered. When I call them, they simply said that, they were unable to track it . Escalated the issue 4 times but there is no use. They don't have proper coordination with Logistics partner or else, they are getting commission for deceiving the customers.

Then, after that, I cancelled the order on 19th March, now, they are not initiating the refund amount. They told me to wait, until product receives to the seller.

They don't know, where the product is? then, how come, it will back to seller again? They are not telling correct date, when seller can receive the product.

If they are unable to track of the product, Customer needs to suffer for it?
They are waste candidates. If you people are not capable of delivering the product, why you are selling the products.

I think, Paytym guys have commission for each transaction, they do like this.
Paytm is deceiving the customers . Please ban the Paytm in INDIA.

Don't ever buy any product in Paytm. It is waste site, jaffa site. nobody cares, once we pay the money.

I want to pay my electricity bill but every time as message is showing that "Sorry, currently we are unable to fetch your bill details. Please try again in a while'. Please fix this problme

I tried to recharge for my vodafone number yesterday(20.03.2016) at 12.02 p.m under the scheme of 50 rupees cashback using the promo code NEW50 from my IOB net banking.Amount of 150 rupees has debited from my account. But Recharge was unsuccessful. Kindly credit that 150 rupees of money in my IOB account as soon as possible.

My Paytm account has been disabled without any reason by just saying Suspicious activity has been found. I have been asking the detail of Suspicious activity but they are behaving like dumb and replying each time

Suspicious activity has been found & you are request to transfer your paytm cash to either other paytm wallet or bank transfer with 4% deduction.

No justifiable reason has been given. I am sure they haven't found it any.

I booked tkct frm jp to Indore of 21/3/16 but the ticket I received is of date 20/3/16. Other than this i recharged my no. With rs 100 and once rs 50 they deducted money from my account but didn't received the recharge when complaint they said it will be refunded but i never get any refund from paytm.

I have done recharge of 109 which was show as full talk time n i got some other services. My money got deducted . I cnt trust paytm anymore. Paytm gives wrong n fake information. I request dear customers not to use paytm, better use other site, there r better and give correct information. -from ur disappointed customer.

When i recharge my phone no. That run smoothly buy after payment from account the order stuck and showing processing afer a hour for ordering so please fix this problem

Dear sir, I like to acknowledge you that when I recharge with Rs.24 aircel recharge of karnataka .Then after giving all card details and after processing that ...it only wrote waiting for operator confirmation .And paytm had cutted Rs.24 from my debit card without giving recharge successful of Rs.24. .This is a very very poor response from your side. It really dissapoints me.

I had ordered an item 22 Feb, 2015 and its been a month but the item has not been delivered to me, In system it shows delivered. Even after having been raised complain at their website for web site, the problem had not been resolved. They would just provide the ready made answers "We are looking into the issue" "We have checked with our logistics"., but the issue has not been resolved.
I think the company should be charged with wrong doings and for the worst customer support services

I have gone through whole recharge process and at end I opted cancel order yet the amount is deducted from my account.details about the order is in image that I aatached below. Plss keep the complaint in process.

2days before i sent money to my wallet from creditcard, it was showing in transactions but money was not in my wallet how can i get back to my bank account
