It was displayed on PAYTM portal that in Rs. 849 i will be getting 10.5 gb of 3g data from operator reliance. but when i recharged my prepaid reliance number [protected] on 4th march 2016, i only got 7 gb of 3g data and when i called reliance they said that the said that as per their tariff plans, in Rs.849 they provide 7 gb only. But what PAYTM displayed was 10.5 gb and they kept on displaying the same 10.5 gb 3g data in Rs.849 for 3 more days.i trusted the rates quoted by PAYTM since i got the 10.5 gb 3G data in same amount previous month. but now i am feeling deceived. when i contacted PAYTM regarding the issue they dint even bothered to response and after my frequent reminders via mail they kept on fooling me by saying that my issue has been escalated and it is entirely the fault of service provider which was not true as later on they agreed that it was their website which was not updated for all these days and the operator has changed the plan a long time before. but they offered me to deliver 10.5 gb 3g data in Rs.849 and i accepted the offer and paid the full price, which according to me makes it a binding contract between me and PAYTM and it is the responsibility of PAYTM to deliver me with entire 10.5 gb of 3g data or its equivalent market cost.
but they have clearly refused to deliver either of the two rather they are offering Rs. 100 as a token of inconvenience.
i paid for 10.5 gb 3g data and because of the discrepancy caused on part of PAYTM i got only 7gb 3g data.

PAYTM have not fulfilled the benefits it was liable to deliver me for charging Rs.849.
Rs.100 is not even the cost of 3.5 gb 3g data in the market. So what i demand is minimum the the cost of 3.5gb 3g data or 3.5 gb 3g data, because that's my right and it does not contain any amount/portion of their so called "sorry/inconvenience gesture".
So i demanded them to provide me with 3.5 gb cost of 3g data or 3.5 gb 3g data.
but they didn't completed the terms of service and are not providing me with the right benefits till date.
At last i am left with no other hope to approach you guys for redressal of my grievance. please take strict actions against them and help me get justice.

    Hi I recharged my cellphone of Rs.296 on16th March'16 around 9.30 pm (Order No.[protected]) which shows successful but till next day i haven't got my recharged so i talk with the customer care person of airtel & they said they haven't got any payment from paytm so they haven't done any recharge. I was in need of that pack so i again recharged of Rs.296 on 17th March'16 around 11.29 am (Order No.[protected]) which also got successful from your end but i haven't got any benefits. So i tried another with local shop & I got my pack instantly. So if you got any problem with your services you should atleast make a call or atleast give that amt to my paytm wallet. Its been 3 days & i haven't got any amount back.

      Sir i got a message that my password has been changed to my registered number and mail and if i had didnot changed it i should report to paytm.com/care, then i had immediately called to [protected] care number of paytm but through ivrs they told to mail complaint to [protected]@paytm.com then i got a reply recharge had been successfully done.then contact on facebook page then they said to write a mail at [protected]@paytm.com then i had mailed but they are saying sorry to say, but amount can not be refunded from our side.

          I have done bill payment of 535 rs on a prepaid number thinking that it's a post paid number. Surprisingly it was successful. When I called Vodafone how can it be successful, they said it's not their systems fault. Of course I understand that. But when I try to call paytm on their customer care, nothing works but it did suggest me to raise complaint at a link. I raised the complaint but did not recurve any response even after a month.             I have tried to pay my ACT Broadband bill through PayTM and transaction was failure and i have got a confirmation mail from ACT aswell stating they havent received the money but PayTm is not processing my money back instead they are cheating me by not replying to my mails

                Paytm registered no [protected] hai
                sir log in to paytm and click at track order. you can find the transaction details. If the status is success then you can claim back the amt 2 contact customer care option. if the status is under processing automatically they will refund within 24 hours.

                I am using paytm regularly on avg of 2000 per day and i am not finding any issues.

                    Reality of paytm - frauds and cheats

                    This is to bring out the reality of paytm. All around might mark this as not useful and also comment saying that i am not correct, but i am sure few of you around will actually be saved from harassment of paytm and their support desk including grievance desk and service head desk.
                    Paytm known for its great cashbacks and wallet services as of today, giving good discounts in form of cashbacks only.

                    Please do read and decide for yourself if you want such illegal activities to continue.


                    So here are few facts about paytm

                    1] they inflate prices of products and then lure customers showing great discounts in %age and cashbacks. This is illegal as even showing inflated prices on products and luring customer is illegal./ only mrp of the product can be mentioned even on listing and no inflated price.

                    Eg: https://paytm.com/shop/p/wd-wd20purx-sata-6-0-gbps-2-tb-internal-hdd-comwd-wd20p...
                    The price of product is listed as rs. 9500 and then selling price as rs. 6400 showing you discount of 33%, lure isn't it
                    Actual mrp mentioned on the real product pack = rs. 6850
                    So total discount given is of rs. 450 and not rs. 3, 100 as shown to lure the customer.

                    The price of product is listed as rs. 9990 and then selling price as rs. 6248 showing you discount of 37%, lure isn't it
                    Actual mrp mentioned on the real product pack = rs. 5892
                    So in real no discount is given, and they are charging you more than mrp and showing discount of 3, 742 to lure the customer.

                    Added to this seller does another illegal activity, issues a bill of rs. 6407 which is more than mrp of product. Isn't this illegal??


                    2] they have same products listed by same sellers at 2 different prices sometimes. You place an order with lower price, which anybody will do. Seller accepts the order and then greed comes in. Seller will cancel your order after 1-2 days saying that he does not have product in stock. And amazingly same seller will be selling same product at higher cost on paytm through other listing. You place another order the same day as seller declined serving your 1st order, and he will accept your order and ship the same for you. Fraud isn't it.
                    So overall you keep wasting your time and effort, and then place 2 orders to get 1 product and that too at higher cost.


                    3] you order for a product and you are aware that the seller might not pack product properly and to avoid the disappointment later you mail customer support of paytm on [protected]@paytm.com and they will reply that our sellers pack products and delivers them properly. And then you get the product all damaged. They never improve of this.


                    4] they ask you to have kyc done for your wallet. You submit documents and get kyc done. Then one day all of a sudden they blame you that you are doing suspicious activities and hence they block you account. They block an account which is already kyc. Amazing isn't it. And to add to it you are never informed that your account is blocked. You only come to know when you try to make a transaction and it fails without even giving any reason. The only reason given on that page is "oops. Something went wrong! Please try after 24 hrs"
                    Customer keeps waiting for these 24 hours day after day and never realizes that its not a problem with anything else but they have blocked your account.


                    5] you contact their customer support at [protected]@paytm.com, service head at [protected]@paytm.com, and grievance officer at [protected]@paytm.com, but they are deaf ears to your complaints. Mind you they are not individual person, they are a desk operated by paytm where they have "n" number of same customer support people who does not care of customer or their queries. They are tuned to reply with templates to customer and never even care to read the actual issue. They even contradict their own staff statements and mails and never agree to it.

                    Even if your give feedback of all such activities, you will be told that they have taken stringent action against seller, barred the seller and they will remove such illegal listings with inflated prices, but its a hoax. Such activities are going on from months, same listings and inflated prices exist even after months and same sellers are selling products on paytm


                    6] the teams including information security team of paytm does not even know what is proxy server. They track your transcations through ip and if you are part of an organization which uses a proxy server for internet to employees you are gone. Paytm security team will track as single ip for all transactions from employees of an organization and say that you have multiple accounts and block your accounts. They won't even check if your account is kyc (As kyc will be on a particular name), nor will they check the address of delivery, nor will they check the name and surname, nor your mobile number. They will just brand you under suspicious activity and block your accounts.


                    Can you imagine different reasons given by different support techs at different times for same issue of blocking the account
                    A) 1 paytm guy told me that you have 9 accounts. I said if those are my accounts, please provide me details of those accounts so that i can verify how can you term those accounts mine. They told me on telephonic call that they will provide on mail and from 10 days with few reminders they are just avoiding it. This shows they are providing false reason. They don't have any evidence of same.

                    B) another paytm guy told me you are doing illegal activity of bulk orders in beauty section and clothes section. I asked them to provide details of all such activities. As far as i know i have made many orders which range from bus bookings to eatables to beauty products to household products to recharges. How can they term such broad range of activities on paytm as illegal activity. They have not provided any details of such activities and just keep on giving me reason of suspicious activity.


                    I think they just wanted to block my account as i pointed out their illegal activities and fraud which other customers are not even bothered to, maybe others are not aware of this or they don't want to raise their voice against any injustice


                    Even after all this crap i tried approaching the company owner on facebook and twitter as these were the only 2 modes to reach him. Thinking that he might be a person who will look into matter of customer, but i guess even he is same. Its being flowing from top to bottom to give such treatment to customer and do fraud and cheating as much as possible.
                    The owner mr. Vijay shekhar sharma, never replied to my message on facebook and didn't even reply to my tweet. Goes on to show what is going on with paytm.

                    I think paytm has forgotten that they exist because of customers. And the day they won't have customers, they will cease to exist.


                    Decide on your own, if you want this company named paytm (Also names one97) to keep going wich such activities and keep playing with customers with their fraudalent activities, or you want to put an end to all this.

                      I have done a recharge of Rs.150 on 07.03.2016. Amount of Rs.142 has been deducted from my bank account & Rs.8 from wallet. The recharge was not successful & Rs.8 of wallet was refunded but amount deducted from bank has not yet refunded.
                      Order No was [protected]. My first complain ticket No is 00615076.
                      I was asked to provide screen shot of payment deduced which i have provide. And since then i am not receiving any revert.

                          I was paying to an order in eBay thru Paytm wallet. The amount deducted from wallet and transaction Unsuccessful. I raised a complaint in Paytm and my ticket # is[protected] and it says Paytm will respond in 24hours. it's almost 72hours, but no single response from Paytm and even if I call customer care, no proper response. credit my money back!!

                            It is not safe for users to use Paytm. Please check my email thread. We never used this site but some fraudster used debit card no alone with cvv and debited all money from acct. Any help is appreciated!

                            Hi, I will not agree to this. I need my money back to the father account. I am not sure whether Patym will have to bear or the fraudster.
                            We already logged complaint in SBI as well as to Chennai Police.
                            If you are not able to resolve this. I will further go with Police, Cyber crime with below email confirmation.

                                  I was booked a ticket in universal travels through paytm on march 4th (Paytm ticket id - ohdcx7)

                                  The reporting time for the bus is 10.55 p.M on the boarding point nagapattinam.
                                  They have not mentioned the specific place and by default all universal buses will come to universal travels agency nearby nagapattinam fire station.

                                  During the reporting time the travels agency was closed so i have called the att number which they have send through message [protected] at 11.00 p.M.

                                  When i contacted them they were simply said "we don't come there we will go in different route so you come to putthur ( around 5 to 7 km from the travels agency) for the boarding.

                                  They are repeating this unprofessional way of treatment again and again.

                                    I have made a transaction using the paytm wallet for 338 rs to avail the 20% cashback (Max rs 100).
                                    Usually the cashback is credited within an hour. But the cashback is still not credited.

                                      I have blocked my sim for mobile no registered with paytm,
                                      But paytm is a foolish organisation, because when i call customer care to help me, the ivr says call from registered mobile, so it is not possible to change registered mobile as i cannot call from my blocked sim which was registered with paytm earlier.

                                      When i try to login to paytm, it gives me error as paytm send otp to my old and lost registered mobile..

                                        Dear sir when iam log in to paytm wallet, it showing (the Account blocked! You have entered wrong password in last 5 attempts. Try again after 30 mins) after entering username and password.what can i do? and my mobile number is [protected], please slove my issue, iam facing this problem from 15/march/2016, what can i do?
