Hi, I will not agree to this. I need my money back to the father account. I am not sure whether Patym will have to bear or the fraudster.
We already logged complaint in SBI as well as to Chennai Police.
If you are not able to resolve this. I will further go with Police, Cyber crime with below email confirmation.

Hi Sir/Ma’am,
We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
As we have checked we found that, the transaction was made from your card.
Unfortunately fraudster has used all your money, therefore we are sorry to say, but amount can not be refunded.
However if you need the beneficiary details, we can provide you the same. But for that I would request you to please share the copy of bank statement or updated copy of passbook, for the date, when the amount was deducted from your account.
To avoid such inconvenience in future, please follow the steps below to make sure this doesn't happen again.
1. Always keep your password confidential and never share with anyone.
2. Beware of websites & social media pages that are propagating fake offers like person to person transfers to specific accounts.
3. Never share your card or bank details with anyone.
Do let us know, if any other assistance is required from our end.
Best Wishes
