      Yesterday Paytm delivered an order at our house.
      Except that it did much more than that.
      The delivery man was drunk . No, severely drunk.
      And as my mother came out of door to sign. He started verbally abusing her and made suggestive remarks. When my mother tried to get inside and close the door.
      He pushed her out and entered our house.
      He reclined on our sofa and started making threats and suggestive gestures.
      My mother, hurt and panicking started screaming for help.
      Our neighbour's son was available and he came in to help. He asked the man to leave.
      The man was not in his senses. And just kept mumbling threats.
      By this time few people had collected and were threatening to call the police if he didn't leave.
      Our neighbors finally managed to get him up and through the door. They were all taking him to the security offive. When he ran away.
      Before we could alert the security to close the gates. He ran out of them.
      has been known for its cashbacks. What about an answer back?

      What if we were looted, raped or murdered?
      Is this the service they offer

      Do they pay no heed to the kind of delivery system they have?
      Should I stop ordering online? Or live in fear all the time.

      My mother is even now traumatised. She is a diabetic and a Bp patient. She could have had a stroke when he pushed her. She could have fallen off the stairs.

      Who would answer then? paytm?

        I purchased a laptop on 18-feb-2016 bearing order number [protected]. Got the cashback rs. 8000 amount shortly after. Unfortunately vendor sent me wrong laptop so i returned it. Paytm refunded me money after deducting rs. 8000 which i thought is ok as i have received rs. 8000 in cashback form and i can utilize for future purchases.

        However to my surprise within few days, cashback money was gone. I checked with paytm and they said i made some purchase with that money which i clearly did not do. Finally paytm comes up with some details regarding this transaction and says item was purchased by an ebay user and indicates me for filing police complaint.

        My question is why i should file police complaint for paytm's sloppy system and processes around security. How this fraudster was able to bypass otp system which is required during login time?

        I suspect this fraudster could be from paytm also who understand security glitches they have and may have exploited. I strongly believe paytm must refund this money immediately and do their own follow up with law enforcement agencies.

          I had placed an order for iphone 5s on 16 feb 2015 i had done my payment with pos feature and rest of amount from my paytm wallet due to some reason my order stand cancelled but my amount returned in that form

          Paid by the debit card/net banking 34968


          I recieved my amount back 29968 in bank account nd 5000 in wallet


          Where is my 4537 in these one... I had done so many emails but there is no response from paytm i spent lots of charges on being hold on customer care but they sucks...

          Please help me out its been a year m getting mental harrasment...
          I had attached all the screen shot of my order..

                  Ticket:# 00687382 till now not re solved it lodged before 4 days. this is worst by Paytm. i wanna lodge a complain on Paytm regarding not resolving my issue. which i looking for. problem: Recharge for Roaming free 77Rs. in Roaming tab which is in Vodafone recharge point in Paytm. but Activated another service. i raised a complaint but they are not responding. They doing just auto generated mail. If again and again i lodge a complain about same thing they doing new ticket numbers... I am missing my incoming calls to respond. i am getting frustrated by this. Because i am in Roaming pls help me to find solution. this is not first time.

                      I am registered with paytm and placed an order for 4 sarees vide Order No[protected] on 28th February 2015 details of ordered articles are as follows
                      Ishin Blue saree - Rs. 399
                      Florence Green Saree - Rs. 290
                      Florence Green & orange - Rs. 290
                      First lady Red saree - Rs. 599
                      Total amount - Rs. 1578
                      The order of above items shipped on 02/03/15 and i received the items on 05/03/2015. Further, there was a discount of STYLE50 on these products and i got return of total Rs. 790 on 03/03/2015.
                      The items, which i received were not according to my expectation and one or two sarees were defected also. Therefore, i placed returned request to Paytm on 09/03/2015 and the same was accepted on 10/03/2015. Subsequently, Mr Pankaj Mishra from JV Express courier services collected all four sarees and handed a slip of airway bill which is enclosed with this mail for your ready reference.
                      Now paytm team had collectted the ordered items and refund of Rs. 790 only was needed to be done.
                      But instead of returning Rs. 790/-, Paytm refunded only Rs. 199/- on 13/03/2015.
                      Since then, i am requesting paytm to refund my balance amount as the whole order was returned to paytm representative or courier boy.
                      Now, its almost 14 months since i am requesting to refund my pending amount so that i can utilize my money. In this regard i have sent more than 100 Nos of mails to Paytm and every time a new representative have responded to my mails and every time has asked to send scanned copy of courier slip, which i forwarded number of times. For e.g. on 19 March Mr Subh responded to my mail and assured to sort out the issue, followed by Mr. Arpit on 21/03/2015, Mr Kartikay on 25/03/2015, Ms Swetha on 08/05/2015, Ms Tanika on 15/05/2015, Mr Rahul on 18/05/2015, Mr Pradeep Nayyar on 21/08/2015 and Ms Akansha Tiwari on 03/09/2015 and so on... and neither of them resolve the issue. Such a worse experience is not expected from a top notch entity in e-business as payTM. Now i need refund of my dues along with compensation amount.

                        सर, मेरा user id: [protected] हैं, मैंने 13.03.16 को अपने वॉलेट में 1700 रुपया क्रेडिट किया था, और मैंने बस एक रेलवे टिकेट बुक किया paytm वॉलेट से पर मेरा रुपया दो ticket का कट गया जिसका मैंने complaint भी किया था, , जिसका ticket no[protected]. हैं अभीतक इसका कोई रिप्लाई नहीं आया न ही custmer केयर से बात करने का कोई option मिल रहा हैं, सर मैं आपके साईट का पिछले 4 साल से उपभोक्ता हूँ ! अभी तक ऐसा कभी नहीं हुआ मेरे साथ पर ये बहुत दुखद हैं ! मेरा पैसा refund कर देते तो बहुत ही कृपा होती !
                        आशा करते हैं आप लोग इस केस को गंभीरता से लेंगे !

                          Against my better judgement, I fell in the trap of huge cashback on a exercise cycle listed on paytm(Order number : [protected] ). I received a incomplete product with parts missing, certain parts broken and parts which needed to be fixed in a workshop. I placed a return request for this product and that is when I realised that I had bought a product from a company without any sense of customer service or logic.

                          Following were the issues with the refund:
                          1) The delivery charges of Rs. 249 for shipping the product to my address is not refundable.
                          2) They cannot provide any pickup for my product. I need to arrange courier pickup on my own.
                          3) Couriers in my city have quoted me a price of Rs. 750 for delivering this product, weighing 25 kgs, to the seller. It should be clear that I, as a retail user, cannot get discount like the business users as paytm's seller from courier company. Paytm will only refund maximum of Rs. 200. Rest of the cost of Rs. 550 needs to be borne by me.
                          4) Paytm will refund the money only after the product has reached the seller. I have not gone down this road but it might be likely that seller refuses the refund after receiving the product. After all, it was the same seller which had sent the defective product.
                          5) If any refund is received, the same will only be credited to paytm's wallet, not your bank account. So, if you have bad experience with paytm, you are forced to use the refunded amount at paytm itself, unless you are willing to deduct upto 4% to transfer the money to your bank account.

                          In total, I have to suffer loss of Rs. 799(original shipping charges of Rs. 249 and return charges of Rs. 550) along with hassle of arranging the return of the defective product. Either that or I have to spend Rs. 600 to fix the defective product locally. It is a no-brainer that I decided to cut my losses and arranged to fix the product locally rather than risk further refund issues with paytm.

                                I was booking my flight tickets on cleartrip.com through paytm. The transaction was not successful but the money was deducted from my account.
                                This happened on 14/03/16
                                I have mailed them through their website but they haven't responded yet. The customer care phone number is also so bad that it does not let me speak to any customer care executive.

                                    I used to pay my tata docomo mobile bill from your paytm mobilr application on 09.03.2016 from my credit card and that amount is deduct from my credit card but that amount is not paid to tata docomo by you and my bills still show outstanding on tata docomo site and now they charge me late fees for the same so you are requested to plz clear my said bill of mobile no [protected] Rs.212/- and no.                                       I am Paytm User, I have paid the amount online and purchased the product through PAYTM,

                                      The status is showing as delivered, but I did not received the product. I have been waiting from past 14 days.

                                      The service is very worst, PAYTM does not have customer care number to contact. when I sent email to customer care. they don't understand english. Asking the problem again and again..

                                      I am frustrated with PAYTM service.

                                      If this is the proper channel to raise a complaint against PAYTM, please escalate it to top PAYTM management. Otherwise I need to take lawyer help to take the action against PAYTM legally.
