I gave complaint about your service.but you are not responding my complaint.if you will not solve this problem.i can proceed in legal way.can you please solve that problem and give money in terms of deposit or in terms of balance

I used to pay my tata docomo mobile bill from your paytm mobilr application on 09.03.2016 from my credit card and that amount is deduct from my credit card but that amount is not paid to tata docomo by you and my bills still show outstanding on tata docomo site and now they charge me late fees for the same so you are requested to plz clear my said bill of mobile no [protected] Rs.212/- and no. [protected] Rs. 212/- the total amount of Rs.424/- was paid by my credit card or refund me my amount as early as possible I already mailed you 3 time on [protected]@[protected]@com but no proper reply is thr and not receive my Rs.424/- back.

I am Paytm User, I have paid the amount online and purchased the product through PAYTM,

The status is showing as delivered, but I did not received the product. I have been waiting from past 14 days.

The service is very worst, PAYTM does not have customer care number to contact. when I sent email to customer care. they don't understand english. Asking the problem again and again..

I am frustrated with PAYTM service.

If this is the proper channel to raise a complaint against PAYTM, please escalate it to top PAYTM management. Otherwise I need to take lawyer help to take the action against PAYTM legally.

I am Chaitanya.yesterday I recharged worth Rs.75.i got a message of successful recharge.but I didn't get balence.i tried to call to c.care they are always busy busy.i attached photo copy of my recharge details.can you please check it and solve it

I have placed an order of Fs mini Klub shorts with Order number [protected] but it seems the seller isn't responding. I really need the product very badly. I don't want the product to get cancelled at any cost. Kindly help me with processing the item.

I paid 700 rupees.I got 150 cash back . Unfortunately I have canceled the tickets within a day I got refund of 200 rupees instead of 700. If I right a complaint in pay tm site. They are saying rules and regulations. And refunded only 200 rupees only. I don't know how many people loss there money because of this.Paytm

i hope that lodging a complaint here with you guys help me. I am with a lot of hope have looked upto you guys. I ordered a pair of Johnsons lotion (pack of two ) from paytm with First Cry being the seller, under order no. [protected] . The day i received it i found it to be. duplicate or counterfeit as i have been using it since i was a child. I initiated a return request and then 21st february it was accepted. Right since 21st february i am making a fool of myself. I nearly spent 200 for making calls to the customer executives and managers out there at Paytm. Each time i spoke to them they used to say wait for 24-48 hrs. Since then alternately used to send mails to them and got repeatedly same response( being we are sorry for inconvenience and we will arrange for the pick up of your product as it is on urgent or priority basis ) and now today i got an email from them saying my return request was rejected without giving me a bloody reason . If you like i can send across all the mails sent by the paytm executives and managers . i Hope you can help me.

Paytm blocked my account for purported suspicious activities. No explanation given. My credit amount of around Rs 4000/- is also blocked. Repeated complaints to Paytm care elicited standard reply that the account cannot be unlocked. Is it justified for Paytm to block my account without letting me know the details of purported suspicious activities ? Is Paytm authorised to seize my account ? I need immediate refund of my money.

This is a complaint on mobile phone talk time services paid through one of your website.

MTS telecom services (www.mtsindia.in) website leads to one of your website (https://paytm.com/mtsindiaidinstmxacyze).

Soon after keying in my prepaid mobile number, there is a menu on the right side getting populated (something like Topup, SMS STV, Voice STV, Data STV and Combo Voucher).

On choosing Combo Voucher, the second entry says Lifetime validity for Rs.31/-. Being so, it should get on to my main balance. On paying the amount, what I realized is promo balance for 15 days. Which is wrong. This should be corrected.

When I checked with the customer service of MTS India, they say it is a problem of PayTM services and hence they are helpless. I don't understand who's problem really it is. I am looking for correction. Please help.

Refund has not been credited and Support team is not contacting/helping. Their seller is rejected the delivery that too in a metro city like Chennai. Very poor experience with paytm's customer care service.

I recharged twice for Rs 251 net pack of vodafone in this month march 2016 through paytm app, my amount was cut from my bank account but the net pack was not activated twice.

TOTAL Rs 502 is gone from my account.

I did a recharge of Rs. 40 on 10 March 2016. The recharge was successful and the amount debited from my account but I have not received any benefits yet... plz solve my complaint

I have made recharge of 61 rs for 3G data plan but while doing this recharge I have Applied for Sharekhan account offer but in reality, I didn't get that offer .
